Positive Experience with Zoom Info

What do you like best about the product?
Extremely useful 90% of the time, very helpful information necessary for my job
What do you dislike about the product?
Not everyone is in it - I'm not sure how often the database gets updated or cleaned
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is making lead generation for me much easier!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Everyone should use this!

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of accessing contacts and the ability to export them.
What do you dislike about the product?
the cost, and not having the intent as part of the overall package.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the growing platform of data associated with each person and account record. The insights are great and the contact information saves me tons of time from trying to find in other places.

I find that I am very well informed, using one source like ZI as I develop competitive differentiators and account plans.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like all databases, I would with for better data quality, but I am not really complaining this is the best database I have used.

I have to always log in to see the chrome pluggin. Not sure if thats an issue on my end or ZI's plugin.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Need to contact key people and business to sell to.

I need a source of intelligence on prospect propensity to buy, and I can see trends in topics that interest the account and leads.

I also can see what the existing tech stack at the customer is likely to be.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This tool was widely recognized by my peers in my current role and my last role as the best source of data on contacts/accounts. Its not perfect, but you should see an overall increase in data quality with ZI.

What do you like best about the product?
My position is about finding new business, and with this tool I am able to research prospects, look at competitors, and find the correct email addresses for who I need to reach out to is. This is a good lead mining platform which is essential for my job.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing I do dislike as that not all of the information is not correct. I do not mind vetting, that is apart of my position.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using this tool to prospect and reach out to appropriate contacts. A big chunk of my position is new business development, and this platform benefits that part of my job.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo has allowed us to specifically target key industries and employees saving time and money.
What do you dislike about the product?
Finding niche industries can be difficult
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo saves an enormous amount of time searching and has allowed us to find key prospects contact info. We are now landing Demo's.

Gas for the Sales Engine

What do you like best about the product?
The product seems to be built by sales people for sales people. There are a lot of tools out their for sales teams but many of them give the impression they have been built by people who have never sold before or that expect sales departments to change everything. ZoomInfo isn't like that, it knows what it and how it helps and it speeds up sales activities not slows them done.

The ReachOut product is also game changing. There are lots of Chrome extensions out there and 90% of them are useless. Whoever was the Product Manager on Reach Out deserves a lot of recognition for what they have built.

The ZoomInfo team are all very direct, straight talking and knowledgeable. Our initial sales contact was great and took good care of our requirements and our Integrations contact (Brooke) was excellent and really helped work out out the best way to put everything together for our sales processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is painfully expensive for a small team. Everything about the product is great and the value is there (which is why we bought it) but that doesn't stop the sticker shock.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have built out the sales tech stack and the sales engine. Zoom Info provides the gas that fuels that engine.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Info provides me with all the information I need about companies, contacts, and relevant information for my research. I love how it's connected to Salesforce and I can just directly export all the information I need.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes contacts are out of date! I go to Linked In and I find they no longer work there or they don't have the same title!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to find email address', or phone numbers that I have no other way of having access to if I didn't have ZoomInfo
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a great tool for research and hunting!

What do you like best about the product?
Booking business and proactive prospecting has never been more simple!
What do you dislike about the product?
I think some people can get overwhelmed by the mount if info provided, but the proper training helps!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Uncovering gatekeepers, understanding individual roles, and having accurate contact information has never been more simple.

Love the inclusive zoom training! Wade Z. was the BEST!

Nothing. The content was perfect and well organized.

I obtained additional information on ReachOut and Suppression Settings that I was not able to get on my own watching other ZoomInfo training videos.
