Great information and prospecting software! Best algorithmic information software out there!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to use. You can search by company name, contact name, company size, location, employee count, annual revenue, etc. Usually, the information found there is information that isn't found anywhere else and is accurate contact info to get to the person you are trying to reach. It would be impossible to do my job without ZoomInfo. The ability to upload the found data into our CRM is so easy and compatible. I have found that the administrators at Podium have been able to adjust certain settings to get more info or less uploaded into accounts that I am working and it makes it nice not having to go back and forth between the CRM and ZoomInfo to get the information uploaded. I have also seen that if the contact has a Linkedin account, that there is a link within the contact page to be directed to their page. Easy one-stop shop for all the information I need to be successful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I know that the software does its best uploading the most accurate contact information possible, but it would be nice if it updated quicker, with any role changes within the company. I haven't used the email checker, but I would recommend automatically checking the validity of emails, before posting the information for a contact. That would make one less step for the user to find out the accuracy of the lead.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prospecting and outreach. If you are looking for KDMs or champions within an organization and you need their contact information, this will do it for you. The ease of uploading the found information into Salesforce is so great! I have used other prospecting tools from plugins with Linkedin and have found that the data within ZoomInfo is extremely accurate and helpful. The time it takes me to discover all the champions and KDMs within a specific company is cut by like 500%. No joke, I can spend hours on Linkedin and Google searching for information that is found within minutes by using ZoomInfo. It also makes my job easier by not having to call every location of every company and doing investigative work to find out who the KDM is and what their contact information is.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for a software that saves you time and money, ZoomInfo will do it for you. As a sales tool, it is by far the best thing I have ever used. I used to spend hours and hours researching, calling, and negotiating to get any type of champion or KDM contact information. Now, I search a name, title, company name and I have all that information at my fingertips. The good thing is that these contacts never question how I got their information. ZoomInfo's algorithm must pull this info from social sites and websites.

What do you like best about the product?
Up-to-date information and ease of use, combined with additional information such as direct competitors. While not every single company is in the system, Zoominfo is constantly updating and adding new information. The ability to find candidates that no one else is currently speaking with is a huge help as well. I have found candidates that had zero interest in making a change, so instead, we talk about the market. Being able to discuss the current market situation with someone that is directly in the field has helped immensely as well. The office I work in has been able to take this information and adapt accordingly while navigating the current covid situation.
The website is well designed and very easy to use. Being able to adjust my search criteria quickly has led to even faster completion of filling open job orders.

What do you dislike about the product?
Rarely, the information is out of date or completely wrong, but it is fairly rare. I do wish that all employees were listed as well. I know that part is rather difficult to obtain, but one can dream! Being able to open companies on multiple tabs would be beneficial as well!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are working on completing our database of construction workers, while also finding fantastic talent. Zoominfo allows us to truly find talent from well-known companies. It has led to finding candidates that no one else would find because they are not listed on other sites like LinkedIn or a company website.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is well worth using if you are looking to find talent from direct competitors. I highly recommend ZoomInfo! If you are still on the fence, reach out to others to see their thoughts as well! The website is easy to use, the information is up-to-date 99% of the time, and new companies/information is constantly being added. If you want to do true headhunting this is the best tool on the market to do so! The searches are able to be modified to meet your exact search requirements or be as vague as you want.
I have done searches in multiple states for different positions, and every time I am able to get new leads that were previously not on there. This will be well worth the investment, I can nearly guarantee it!

Only 5,000 credits with Professional edition

Cutting out gate keepers and speaking directly with the decision makers.

CSR took the time to explain and clarify which platform I'm currently subscribed to. Validated my subscription was still active.

Nothing really. Didn't understand before call.

Backfilling lead gen gap left from current company marketing efforts for the set of solutions I'm responible for finding buyers for.
Find Leads Faster
What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive interface that is easy to use for finding leads. Fully ramped after a couple of days.

Have not run into any downsides yet. Very good software!

I like that there are entire org charts to pick from. It allows me to penetrate the entire organization if I need to and get down to the specific person I am looking for.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not a clear description on what each of the colors mean. Some times the names are in green, orange or grayed out. What do the differences mean? I think a legend on the org chart page would be helpful.

I am being enabled to better prospect my account sets. It allows me to understand for the most part what their install base is across the board. The cell phones numbers, email address and information is almost always correct.

What do you like best about the product?
Getting direct contact information (phone numbers & Email Id). The processing time is speed and chance of getting US & Canadian contacts is 90%. Other country contacts are also available in ZoomInfo, but the chance of getting them is around 40%.
What do you dislike about the product?
Whenever i need a bulk of contacts, i cannot directly download from ZoomInfo. I had to upload the list of companies with proper formatting along with changing the file type. Although ZoomInfo has many other additional features, but they are ineffective and inaccurate. ZoomInfo relays data based on LinkedIn profiles, they don't do any extra research.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I search for contacts related to CFO and Tax heads, before initiating a Sales Pitch. It minimizes most of the time involved in reaching to concerned person in a company.

If are you involved in meeting new clients everyday, then this is the perfect product for you.

access to direct phone, cell numbers and email addresses for lead prospects. I also like how I can search C level contacts within a prospect company

I only had usage for two weeks so did not encounter any issues

reduces my time locating correct contacts by limiting the number of data sources I need to visit since all data is captured in Zoom

If you sell to small businesses or sole proprietors it might not be more helpful than other platforms. Just to give context for my definition of small business I would say under $1,000,000 in revenue.

this tool is hands down the best tool I have seen for B2B sales professionals. The amount of information which someone could use to add value to customers is unparalleled.
