ZoomInfo delivers the data I need through easy to use filtering
What do you like best about the product?
Identifying companies that are surging on data points relevant to my companies offerings allows me to prioritize my reach out as well as identify customer accounts that maybe at risk.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the data I'm looking for is not available. Phone numbers and emails are missing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Building up an ICP list from scratch and populating data for those companies from scratch, ZoomInfo has been an important tool not only in identifying those companies but then having visibility into buying signals as well as general information. Contact info is critical as well. Combining all of these areas, I have a robust application that provides the different insights I need to work smarter and prioritize my reach out.

Incredible data for contacts
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to upload a list to ZI is really efficient. We can match based on characteristics and be able to pull it out or send right to our CRM. We historically had really bad contact data and data sources so it was crucial for us to find a service that would actually have our contacts and help us in updating their information and characterisitcs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not having location level data. There are times where we need contacts and their data at our account level and not necessarily at the parent level. We can't bring that data back into our CRM because the accounts wouldnt match.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have really old data in our CRM for our contacts. Our other databases we use for account details and account data has really poor data when it comes to actual people. We are able to get contacts with up to date infomation, titles, contact information and previous emplolyment history.
Absolute Gold!
What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo, and specifically ZoomInfo Sales, is the backbone of my GTM. We utilize it daily across our entire org, helping our SDR's find targets, helping our AE's look for intent signals, and finding the right buyers and groups in an organization. CoPilot has become our best friend and I could not imagine not having ZoomInfo in my tech stack
What do you dislike about the product?
There is still the need to find time to carve out and setup everything - not set it an forget it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo allows me to find the relevant and correct buyers, find companies in my verticals that are looking to buy or showing intent to buy, and gives me a singular place for research and information. Additionally, it's integration with Salesforce and Gong is top notch

Accelerates my research for client meeting preparation. Provides useful insight gaining focus on the client's intent, goals and initiatives

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it integraes with Pipedrive directly as far as exporting info. the info is accurate. i love the ratings and the ability to see who activley answers their email and phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not everything inegrates with pipedrive. While I can export from zoominfo, I cannot export a list from sales navigator. I can do it one by one or manually, but not an enitre list which is problematic. Copilot does not integrate and a bunch of the advances features which is a real bummer. If you want to export a list directly from sales navigator, you cannot, you can only do that within zoominfo, so you're not actually scraping new info.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it solves our lead mining issue and verifies emails for us. it lets us see see who has a better shot of answering email and calls with th accuracy rating. We are able to see who visited our site and for how long, from where and what pages. the intent setttings help alert us who we should be reaching out to.

Enormous data set and ability to constantly enrich our data.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm somehow always managing to find a way to run out of credits.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
List building and enrichment. ZoomInfo provides an enormous amount of valuable data to us.
More expensive, but far and away the best.

Consistently great prospect info. Phones, emails, you name it.

Filters and searches turn up a lot more junior and overseas people than you'd like. Hard to filter through

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo has an extensive and frequently updated database which provides extremely accurate contact information, company insights, and intent data. It is very easy to utilize and understand. I especially love the Intent data. I can easily find target and new prospects utilizing this tool. It is my number one favorite sales tool!

Smaller properties or companies might not be able to afford in their budgets despite having strong ROI.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Oftentimes we know the company name of business in our market, but have no way of finding accurate contacts. This helps us find these contacts and touch base with them. It also assist with finding new business in the market. We utilize the Intent feature to search for those companies looking for our product in the market.
ZoomInfo with Intent is the Best
What do you like best about the product?
Here are the 3 primary reasons that O love ZoomInfo with Intent... 1) We needed a solution for our Consultants to be able to find accurate contact data for prospects and referrals. Zoominfo fixed that. 2) The bonus that came with our ZoomInfo package turned out to be Intent. Our Consultants love using intent and prospect with it regularly! and 3) Custom Intent! We recently wen through the process of testing a new Intent term with the support team and we are now the sole prpreitor of our Custome Intent Term. And 4) (Bonus Reason) The support team at ZoomInfo is amazing. Thy are professional, kind, and knowledgeable, and we have yet to stump them with a support issue.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found anything that I have determined to be a reason to dislike ZoomInfo.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has been a key resource to help my Consultants do their job better. Better data. Better Prospecting. It is a tool that they use every day, as do I.

What do you like best about the product?
I can find contact information for 90% of the contacts I search.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we could use it more for international customers but its limited for what we can do with the GDPR laws.

We are using zoominfo to source new contacts at existing organizations, enhance our customer data, find new opportunities.
