Effortless Lead Finding with ZoomInfo Sales

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate that ZoomInfo Sales almost totally gets rid of my issue finding leads, saving me so much time and effort. It is incredibly convenient and helpful that with just someone's company name and their first and last name, I can get their contact number and email. The initial setup was super easy and intuitive. It's definitely a software we have always leaned on because it is the best, and I would definitely rate it a 10 when recommending it to a friend or colleague.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the numbers and emails I pull off of ZoomInfo Sales are outdated. I have also been linked to relatives of the person I was trying to reach. Those are issues but not frequent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use ZoomInfo Sales to find leads and reach out for Transformer Sales. It almost totally eliminates my issue of finding leads, saving me so much time and effort.

Effortless Prospecting with Comprehensive Data

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the vast variety and accessibility of data that ZoomInfo Sales provides. I can find pretty much any company I want to speak with and locate the right target person within that organization. Having their mobile number or email address easily accessible allows me to cold call or email them for solution selling. Additionally, ZoomInfo seems to know almost everything about everyone, which is super helpful. It usually has contact information for a person, and if not, it might have details for a colleague or someone in a similar role, so outreach is still possible. This access to data really helps us speak to our customers quicker. The initial setup was super easy and straightforward, and it didn't take long to get everything going.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some contact data might be a little bit outdated sometimes, so it could lead to a bounced email. But as a whole, it is pretty good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use ZoomInfo Sales for prospecting and validating contacts, solving our communication block with key decision-makers. It simplifies finding accurate, up-to-date sales and company data, enhancing my ability to quickly reach potential clients via mobile or email.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like ZoomInfo Sales for its speed and accuracy in providing B2B data. It's very useful in finding accurate data, and I appreciate the latest data updating feature. The initial setup was very smooth.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it will be freezing or takes more time to load.

ZoomInfo Sales is very useful for finding accurate B2B data. I like the speed and accuracy, and the latest data updating works well.

Lots of Great Contacts and Useful Information

What do you like best about the product?
Lots of good contacts and information that I can use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the contacts are long-gone from the company. It's embarrassing to call someone that's been gone for 5 years. (Or worse--passed away a couple years ago.)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding correct contacts for outreach via phone and email. (LinkedIn is rather outdated these days and doesn't give email addresses, anyway.)

What do you like best about the product?
I can easily find mobile phone numbers and emails for top prospects. This includes contacts at huge companies as well!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not very easy to learn at first. I wish there were more tutorials and training guides for teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo is providing me much needed points of contact with key decision makers at very large companies. Without ZoomInfo I would have little to no way of contacting directors at these companies.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about ZoomInfo Sales is how quickly it helps me identify the right decision-makers, with accurate contact and company details. The filters and search options make it simple to build targeted lead lists, and having the data readily available saves me a lot of time compared to doing manual research. It’s been especially helpful for improving the quality of my outreach and increasing my chances of getting responses.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest drawback for me is the pricing, which can feel steep for smaller teams. And while the data quality is generally strong, some phone numbers or email addresses may still require verification. On top of that, credit limits can be restrictive if you need to use it heavily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo Sales helps me quickly find the right B2B leads and decision-makers by providing accurate contact and company details. It cuts down the time I would otherwise spend on manual research and makes it easier to build targeted prospect lists using filters such as industry, role, company size, and location. As a result, my outreach is more relevant, response rates improve, and the overall sales process becomes faster and more efficient. It also supports better account targeting by helping me prioritize high-intent prospects, which leads to more productive conversations and a stronger pipeline.

Mixed Bag: Great Features But Subpar Data Quality

What do you like best about the product?
I like ZoomInfo Sales for its user-friendly interface, which makes navigation simple. The ability to search for companies to prospect within their database is something I value. I also appreciate their browser extension that allows pulling a contact directly from LinkedIn without manual processes. Plus, the integration with GongEngage through the browser extension, letting me add a contact to a sequence directly, is very useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The quality of the information is quite bad. I specialize in prospecting EMEA, and to be honest, it does not find half of the contacts I am looking for. And the ones that it does find, most cases the contact information is wrong, generating a lot of bouncing emails and making it very hard to achieve results. Apollo was creating too many duplicated contacts and accounts on our CRM, and their customer service was not quite good. Our company recently decided to switch to ZoomInfo Sales, but the quality of the data got a lot worse now. Not sure if this was a good move at all. Took a while, I wouldn't say it was the easiest I've seen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find ZoomInfo Sales useful for gathering contact information and automatically creating those contacts/accounts in Salesforce through their integration.

Rapid Contact Discovery, Minimal Setup Hassle

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I'm able to get the information I need in literally seconds that would have taken me several minutes previously, and might've even cost money to obtain (assuming it's even available). I was astonished at how easy it was to set up ZoomInfo Sales. It's saved me thousands of dollars in time that I didn't have to spend hunting down prospect contact info. Works extremely well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes have to log in over and over again in the same day. I guess I'm not as familiar with using the actual site as I'd like to be because I very often get clunky results there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use ZoomInfo Sales to fill information gaps by providing additional contact methods. It helps me get necessary information in seconds, saving time and money that I'd have spent hunting down the info on social media sites and databases.

Great tool to get lead data

What do you like best about the product?
Very good database of leads helps faster lead generation and open the sales to new accounts. Integration with Salesforce CRM is a great help. It reduced all the manual effort reps has to put in to share accounts to Zoominfo and get leads back to Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
For some regions quality of lead was not great, especially for APJ accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It pulls lead accounts from Salesforce and provides intelligence about each account. It also surfaces the contacts within those accounts, with multiple filters to help find the right contacts that a sales rep can work with directly. Then it pushes those contacts back into Salesforce so the team can act on them. Overall it helps increase sales.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the building list functionality in ZoomInfo Sales because I think it's very complete and helps me create comprehensive lists. I also appreciate the buyer's intent feature. These functions help me cut down the sales life cycle, allowing me to close more deals in less time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think when it comes to international contacts, the data information for the leads needs to be more correct, with updated phone numbers and emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use ZoomInfo Sales to build lists where I can verify user contactability, cutting down the sales life cycle and closing more deals quickly.
