What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo Sales provides the most efficient way to organize, filter, and prioritize companies to prospect. Coupled with the organized contacts by title allows sellers to find their targets faster.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is that many of the numbers for the contacts are not correct.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Provides the most effiecient way to organize and identify companies to prospect.

What do you like best about the product?
the upside of zoominfo is you don't need to search on the data manually, you get everything inside the portal, portal has features such as advanced search, industry search, revenue based search, contatcs has email id or cell numbers, it integrates with the CRM very well
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside could be, they have limited data in Europe, maybe because of GDPR
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it solves the problem of not able to get the accurate database

What do you like best about the product?
I love the contact info, ease of use, AI email generation, and data and insights.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like it all. I wish the "Outreach" type platform were more robust.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo provides a majority of the information I need to research and contact a client for prospecting purposes. It's a one-stop shop.

What do you like best about the product?
Excellent in gathering contact info and facilitating sales. I work faster with the convenience of zoominfo and able to reach more clients and prospects. Easy to use and ease of integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find Zoominfo convenient and not much to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can find my point of contacs quicker and the information is mostly accurate.

- Cloud-based systems that easily integrate with CRM with Widget/app.
- Plug in for browser, allowing the user to review key information naturally during daily prospecting effort.
- Discover about prospect organization quickly and prepare for calls

- Too much information can become a rabbit hole and get stuck in analysis paralysis.
- May need some support for new users to get the most of the system and be efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the integration part. I'm using Salesforce integrating the leads I found into Salesforce for easy dialing.

I work for Top Tier Connection and Wishpond and I both use this tool for these companies.

I love the fast download, for some tools I've used you have to do it manually eating up your time just to download 1k leads, here, it only takes less than 2 mins.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's pricey. Not all companies can afford such a very good prospecting tool
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Buyer intent feature isn't clear on how it works, maybe I need tutorial.
But this is a breakthrough on clients looking for a very hot leads

What do you like best about the product?
data galore to exelll the everchanging information war, one step ahead to get all of your sales quotas and sales teams organized and informed on changes with corporation's changes within its organization and data information to get sales done.
What do you dislike about the product?
the Shell is hard to navigate the data sheets and user interface complicated there should be a box with commnets regarding leads information sales information and follow up information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting customers information in real time and getting the personal customres information at hand

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use with a clean user interface and has an extensive database which provides us with accurate and up-to-date contacts and companies information. It is also easy to find and get accurate data thorugh its advanced searching and filtering capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
It intergrates easily with other tools in use like Salesforce. Never found anything to dislike and the customer support response is awesome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saves time to find contacts and provide accurate, up-to-date information and insightful tool to target new pontential leads and make accurate informed decisions.

What do you like best about the product?
I have used a couple other lead source databases. ZoomInfo seems to be much more accurate and very easy to use - even out of the box. The Hubspot integration is simple to set up and works well. I definitely consider ZoomInfo a crucial piece of my tech stack that has largely contributed to my success.
What do you dislike about the product?
ZoomInfo can be a bit pricey when compared to alternatives; however, you get what you pay for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having good, accurate data when pulling leads is crucial. Additionally, using ZI to enrich inbound or other leads is extremely helpful.
