Insightful Tool with Easy Setup but Needs Bug Fixes
What do you like best about the product?
I really like that ZoomInfo Sales is easy to use and very intuitive. It's smooth for the most part, and I can honestly get more information on a prospective client and company than with really any other tool. The initial setup was very easy; I got a license, got in, and started using it. It also connects smoothly with our CRM, Dynamics 365.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it buggy sometimes when searching, which requires extra tweaking in the search bar. There's sometimes a delay or bit of a bug initially. Also, when integrating with Dynamics 365, the phone numbers and contact information do not translate over very well, and I'm hoping that gets fixed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use ZoomInfo Sales as a prospecting tool to find contact information and decision makers, helping me build my book of business. It's easy to use, intuitive, and provides more information on prospects than other tools.

There can be high costs associated with deployment, compared with some of the other data tools on the market, as well as a bit of a learning curve for new users.

Solves most of the difficulties in finding accurate contacts for companies we are targeting, which enhances are ability to target and prioritize outbound sales strategies.

What I like most about ZoomInfo Sales is how quickly it helps me identify the right decision-makers, with accurate contact and company details. The filters and search options make it simple to build targeted lead lists, and having the data readily available saves me a lot of time compared to doing manual research. It’s been especially helpful for improving the quality of my outreach and increasing my chances of getting responses.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest drawback for me is the pricing, which can feel steep for smaller teams. And while the data quality is generally strong, some phone numbers or email addresses may still require verification. On top of that, credit limits can be restrictive if you need to use it heavily.

ZoomInfo Sales helps me quickly find the right B2B leads and decision-makers by providing accurate contact and company details. It cuts down the time I would otherwise spend on manual research and makes it easier to build targeted prospect lists using filters such as industry, role, company size, and location. As a result, my outreach is more relevant, response rates improve, and the overall sales process becomes faster and more efficient. It also supports better account targeting by helping me prioritize high-intent prospects, which leads to more productive conversations and a stronger pipeline.

ZoomInfo Sales allows me to search for contact information by specific industry or business type, which helps me sort through hours of time spent searching for a contact. The integration with Salesforce is also a feature I utilize. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy, and the training modules are simple and easy to follow along with.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have been struggling with the Signals and where the signal is coming from. For example, a company has their main office here in my town but the signal was in another state.

The integration with Salesforce is ideal and facilitates a seamless process for gathering essential data before launching sales or marketing campaigns. Additionally, I found the initial setup to be very easy, and we've just purchased another module in our marketing department that will integrate with ZoomInfo Sales, which we're pretty excited about as it will enhance our prospecting efforts.

Some of the data points can be antiquated, which can be frustrating because there is older data in the system that hasn't been updated yet.

I like that I can go by industry and marketplace with ZoomInfo Sales and how niche you can get with it. It allows me to prospect big lists, over 1,000, which is really helpful for my work. The initial setup was easy, which was a nice plus.

I'm not super keen about limiting my excel files by only 1,000 credits

Easy LinkedIn Extension Integration Once Set Up
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of integration with LinkedIn as an extension. As well as the ease of import from ZI to SalesForce. There are loads of data, and the advanced search filters are what I'm actually looking for for my targets.
I also love the fact that the numbers are up to date, and there's accuracy with the "frequently used" symbol next to phone or email.

It's not too intuitive with getting the extension/downloading through ZI, but once it's there' its great. Sometimes outdated data or wrong numbers, but seldom

It's solving the lead generation issue. I used to have an issue of "who do I call" but not there is no excuse.

I appreciate how we can download data in bulk for a specific industry that I choose. This feature is especially beneficial since we work primarily in the finance industry in Europe, making it easy to obtain leads and accounts quickly. It's straightforward to reach out to clients effectively. The initial setup is easy for me because the features are easily accessible.

Some contact numbers we get are not assigned which makes it difficult for us to find the accurate contact.
