Powerful tool to find contact's information

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using ZoomInfo SalesOS in the company. I liked the advance search feature to map the prospect and set the target audience. Our BD/Sales team really like to reach out after finding details. Also, like the use of extension to get email/Phone no.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have observed many times, zoominfo provides outdated data. Either prospect's email gets bounced or left the organization. I would suggest to keep updated your database to get right info.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo helping our sales team to get the proscpect's info and marketing team supports the sales team using Zoominfo SalesOS to findng the target audience and made our database process very smooth and rapid.

Ease of Use!

What do you like best about the product?
I really like using info because of the access to data, I like the data that they share, you will know a client's intent. The classes offered by Zoom info are great too! The Ease of Use with Zoominfo is very beneficial to me because, many of us don't have time to use something overly complicate

I do feel like many of the technology leader have had their contact numbers removed. Many phone numbers are not correct,

Zoom info is helping find the right tarkets with the right intensions

Sales Technology Disrupter of the Century!

What do you like best about the product?
Having been in sales for almost 15 years, the dynamics of my day, critical activities of prospecting, documeneting, pivots with technology changes with CRM, has been absolutely disrupted by ZoomInfo. Long gone are the day of cold calling, figuring out the strategies of going upstream, or a companies DNA in the market and internally. An Activity when prospecting or going to market would take maybe 20 hours or so just to land the strategy and the true decision maker, are solved within a click and call. Building out time in my week to prospect as a seperate activity to making cold outreach calls or email blasts or researching on the companies website, has not only increased my entire strategy, but has increased my salary substantially. The ease of integration and implementation to our CRM has been SO easy and I have been through two CRM updates with ZoomInfo. Customer Support is excellent and the Extension on my desktop truly lets me live and breathe sales , and my why. I use ZoomInfo all day!
What do you dislike about the product?
Like with most things, nothing is perfect. There are instances where a person may no longer be employed at a company, but highly unlikely at the enterprise, C-Suite or procurement level.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I believe ZoomInfo has put 20 hours back into my work week to focus on the activities that really get the deals across the finish line. Furthermore, understanding Key stateholders and their background, and other insight around them is a gamechanger when when meeting with my buyers.

Great tool for Mobile Numbers

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo is very easy to use. There is plenty of contact information for all types of industries. A lot of mobile numbers too which increase connect rates.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike. I know people typically say the information is not accurate. But those people typically export massive lists. I would recommend hand sourcing the leads and putting them into the CRM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With ZoomInfo I am easily able to find my prospects contact information without having to use multiple data sources.

What do you like best about the product?
I've ran lead generation for multiple companies in tandem with sales and marketing and Zoominfo has been the best tool I've ever come across and is very easy to use or can be as complex as you make it if you want super granular info. Love how easy it is to generate new contacts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything. It would be nice if I could export leads straight to my CRM, but I think that's an issue on the Salesforce side not the Zoominfo side.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping my go wide in an account and source new contacts, providing new numbers and sometimes correcting emails, showing me their LinkedIn page, helping me quickly identify who key targets are.

Amount of outdated contact information - phone numbers, emails & current positions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contact name, title, phone, & email address all easily exported into a .csv making it perfect for call blitzing at my current company that does not have any direct integration between ZoomInfo and our CRM (which is being changed in the next few years).

Misrepresentation of product - No Support - Poor tactics

What do you like best about the product?
They have good company data that's easy to navigate. It's not worth the pain of workinq with the team and can be found elsewhere
What do you dislike about the product?
What we were promised was not available in the tool. We were willing to work with them to get help, but struggled to get any support and no one would get back to us in a timely manner. When they did, they often blamed us for what were clearly issues in the tool. It was to the point with engage that it was not usable. We agreed to a partial refund. From what I've read, they never refund so clearly they knew it was their product even though we continued to get blame. About a week before the first year was up, we got kicked out of the tool and no one could access. If you're going to force people to stay in contract, you can't also kick them out of the tool. I received outreach about renewal and wondering why we weren't going to. That's a nice effort, but there was likely a file of information somewhere about why we were frustrated. During that time of pretending to understand our frustration, we were getting kicked out of the tool. The person who wrote the email wasn't exactly helpful and we struggled to meet in order for me to give live feedback. If you're going to ask the question, at least be authentic about it.

If you're a smaller company, stay clear of this tool. Bad practices in sales, support and negotiation and they do not care. They will pretend with the standard outreach to make it seem like they're going through the motions of support, but don't be fooled. Outside of the company data, nothing provided is worth it. Your AM will only be responsive if you have a potential upsell.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are not solving any problems other tools can solve better and with actual support. I'm shocked Gartner and G2 continue to give this platform high ratings based on what is said in low reviews. Read the 1 star ratings and consider the common themes discussed.

Professional Customer Service and Amazing Product

What do you like best about the product?
They have great, reliable, comprehensive data with integrations for everything I need. They have great service as well; helping us not only implement & integrate the product, but also quickly jumping on calls to troubleshoot any issues I had. It's extremely user friendly as well, so it was very quick to train our employees on it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it had more personal information. I know that's not their specialty, but as a B2C business, that would be extremely helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is providing clean contact data and verifying poor contact data we already had. That is giving our sales agents better swings at bat.
