Don't know how I lived without it
What do you like best about the product?
The best part of Zoom is access to accurate contact information, including where they are physically located, email address, and phone numbers. I also like the org chart features. Intent is also an amazing tool to help me prioritize my outreach.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not sure the contacts for the intent scores are accurate, as they sometimes include titles I'd rarely target.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding the right titles to contact. I've been able to build contact lists so I can create campaigns easily. I enjoy seeing intent scores in my uploaded lists to help me prioritize which companies to target.
A Tool to power the remote work revolution!
What do you like best about the product?
With working from home being "the new normal" it is especially challenging when you are in a sales position. One can only leave so many voicemails on a corporate extension before they accept the harsh reality that there is no one at the office to return your call. Zoom Info has provided me with alternative contact information, cell phones and up to date emails so that I can be a more powerful prospector!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are many filters within the Intent side of the platform and I'd like to see if I could ZOOM in a little further on prospects as I still have a wide list of interested companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In sales, timing is everything. When you call into a company that is actually looking for a solution, the cold call goes much smoother and there is often a genuine interest peaked.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Yes, it is a great tool! I would definitely look at this if you are struggling to reach prospects.
Consolidated, Time-Saving INsight
What do you like best about the product?
The setup and layout of the landing page are excellent. I am able to quickly create and save searches for immediate and future use. The response time of the search engine is excellent, and my ability to drill down into results directly within my search screen are appreciated.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is my organizational security concerns around importing information directly into my CRM platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to achieve a robust and thorough prospecting search within a single tool. That is a big plus when it comes to oversight and management of my time and sanity.
Great insight and relevant insight for your targeted or existing accounts
What do you like best about the product?
Scoops it provides insight into company projects, mergers and acquisitions, new hires, executive moves, etc. and contact names, email and phone numbers. Extremely helpful when cold calling or preparing for a meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, I can't think of any. Excellent customer support, they are always quick to respond.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gaining insight to my targeted accounts, names of project leads, contact information including email and phone numbers. The benefit is having relevant information when I am cold calling enabling me to see if the company pain points align with my solutions.

It is an excellent one stop site to gain insight into your current or targeted acounts.
Having ZoomInfo has saved me so much time and effort finding contacts.

The organization of the website, how easy it is to find exactly what you are looking for and narrowing your searches.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when I am working on a saved search and click something and go back, it starts my search back to page 1.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the scoops section because it updates regularly allowing you to be in the know of what is going on at the organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how some of the contacts are out of date despite having the A grade.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love how it integrates with Salesforce because it saves me a lot of time when exporting a list of contacts and accounts for me.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would definitely recommend buying Zoominfo because it offers the most bang for your buck out there.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo does a great job of being able to gather the contacts information you are looking for and putting it into a centralized format view of all the contact information you need to understand who you are targeting. I also like that their information is more often than not accurate as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the new view that they came out with - Although I do still like it, I do prefer their old style of view as it was much easier to access information and saved time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to reach out to my prospects effectively and make them aware of the services that our company provides. This is a huge benefit because if they are interested then it is doing my company and theirs a great deal of service and benefit as if I wasn't able to get their contact information to make them aware of our services.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking to gather information about prospects, no matter what your role is even if you aren't in sales, this can be an extremely effective tool to use. I have had really great conversations with my prospects that have generated new business that I wouldn't have been able to do without the use of ZoomInfo. I truly believe in the product and would highly recommend considering it if you are doing so!
Incredible Platform
What do you like best about the product?
The best part about ZoomInfo is the vast amount of filters you can use to pinpoint a specific persona or company.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike is the lack of contacts on certain accounts. Most have hundreds, but every so often I will run into an enterprise company over 2B with only 5 contacts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem I am solving is getting in contact with potential prospects. The major benefit is getting insight into companies' initiatives through scoops, making calls a bit warmer.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There are so many more contacts on ZoomInfo then the ordinary discoverorg.
ZoomInfo is the best business tool!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of use of Zoom and all of the various ways I can sort data. I love that I can create my own search categories and build target lists. I love that that I can find comprehensive information about organizations and their industry peers/competitors.

Nothing; I love everything about ZoomInfo
