ZoomInfo Is the Way To Go For a Call Surge
What do you like best about the product?
I like how I can narrow the search to a radius of how far I am willing to travel, what people I want to talk to, what contact info I want, NCIS code...everything! The lists generated are bombproof compared to any other program I have used. They are easy to export to the sales system and client management system we use in my company and that is a huge time saver.
What do you dislike about the product?
Duplicate contacts are the only struggle.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving the problem of getting to the decision maker. Being able to narrow the search to specific titles of employment has been very beneficial. It works great for generating lists to be exported straight into our cold calling programs
Outstanding Customer Service
What do you like best about the product?
The ZoomInfo associate I interacted with on their chat feature was outstanding. She was extremely knowledgeable and made it easy to get the answer to my question. In addition to providing the answer to me she emailed she sent me a clip on how to do it so I could share the information with everyone on my team so we all knew how to do it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was not a single thing I did not like.

We are able to target a contact list to our sweet spot.

When evaluating a service make sure to consider the support and customer service. ZoomInfo's is phenomenal.

Finding new accounts and preventing duplicates in our Salesforce. Providing new books to sales team
Amazing Seamless Solution
What do you like best about the product?
Love the chrome extension. Being able to real time pull the data on the prospect off their Salesforce listing, Website or LinkedIn is amazing. Then you can export it directly into Salesforce and update live.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of integration with Salesforce Lighting
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead Data, Cleanliness and confirmation of employees. It has allowed our company to go from working solely out of leads, to accounts and contacts.
Great software, well worth the price tag
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of navigation is awesome. Tons of information available and contact info for prospects is usually spot on
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes outdated information or complete lack thereof.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sometimes when companies have similar names the information gets mixed up, so I can call a company, ask for a POC I found on Zoominfo and be told I have the wrong number.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I captured two good leads in the first week of use and the software paid for itself.
Best Lead Generating Tool So Far
What do you like best about the product?
The user-friendliness is second to none. ZoomInfo University provides answers to most any question that may arise.
The user dashboards on the admin side for both views and credits are outstanding and provide great data on a selected range.
The ability to Tag contacts and companies to provide an internal ZoomInfo List is awesome! It allows for you to make a quick list now and review the details later!

What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that the basic platform would allow for more insight. In completing the ZoomInfo Certification for Sales, it was difficult to answer some of the questions because our user license doesn't allow for access to items like Scoops or Intents. The pricing from one program to the next is quiet large which makes it difficult for buy in from people who don't use the program on a daily basis.
The phone app of ZoomInfo is user-friendly as well; however, i wish it had the capability to export into Salesforce.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo is allowing our team to fill the gaps for missing connections. It has provided us the ability to build our lead and contact pipeline with verified and up to date contact information. It provides quick and easy access for individual contacts and also allows to build a longer list to export directly into an excel document for further review or directly into Salesforce.

Take the plunge! You won't regret it!!!

ZoomInfo makes it easy to look up contacts, not only to get their phone and email, but also to get company insights. The info you get with Zoominfo saves thousands of hours time, and is simply invaluable.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of public sector state agencies, municipalities, and public utilities missing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefits are immeasurable! It provides necessary details on customers that would otherwise take countless hours, days, months, to locate on your own.
It helps me to do my job better and faster, and definitely helps to bring in more deals. Every company NEEDS to get ZoomInfo!

You NEED this tool! Any company that is not providing this tool for their sales employees is throwing business and money away!

What do you like best about the product?
The quality and coverage of the database is unparalleled. The coverage is very comprehensive and contact info is very accurate
What do you dislike about the product?
Some filters on the database are not well designed. Ex. Employee strength buckets. Similarly, seniority positions are not well classified
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Database extraction -email and phone number for relevant prospecting in US, India, ME markets. Have been a satisfied user and has been very useful in getting a lot of relevant leads.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part of Zoom is access to accurate contact information, including where they are physically located, email address, and phone numbers. I also like the org chart features. Intent is also an amazing tool to help me prioritize my outreach.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not sure the contacts for the intent scores are accurate, as they sometimes include titles I'd rarely target.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding the right titles to contact. I've been able to build contact lists so I can create campaigns easily. I enjoy seeing intent scores in my uploaded lists to help me prioritize which companies to target.
A Tool to power the remote work revolution!
What do you like best about the product?
With working from home being "the new normal" it is especially challenging when you are in a sales position. One can only leave so many voicemails on a corporate extension before they accept the harsh reality that there is no one at the office to return your call. Zoom Info has provided me with alternative contact information, cell phones and up to date emails so that I can be a more powerful prospector!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are many filters within the Intent side of the platform and I'd like to see if I could ZOOM in a little further on prospects as I still have a wide list of interested companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In sales, timing is everything. When you call into a company that is actually looking for a solution, the cold call goes much smoother and there is often a genuine interest peaked.

Yes, it is a great tool! I would definitely look at this if you are struggling to reach prospects.
