What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I realized that if I'm looking for someone ZoomInfo is the number one website that I can go to and that its easy to search for anyone with just one type in the search bar.

What do you like best about the product?
The range of filters you can use for more specific data. You can also save the filters so you no longer have to set them up again every time you log in. They also provide you a notification via e-mail whenever the results are updated for any saved filter/searches. You can also save a lot of searches, and they also show which data is the most updated per score that serves as an additional help when gathering data. You also have the option to separate data you have exported since it will notify you that there is already a duplicate for that. You also have the option to just update the data you have exported so there is a guarantee that there will be no mix-up.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it refreshes in the middle of searching or clicking the pages then you'll have to go back from the start again. It might help if there is an option to go to the specific number other than just clicking next.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Their plug-in, ZoomInfo ReachOut is very helpful. Especially, when I'm prospecting on LinkedIn. You can easily export data using that tool. It can also access a lot of sites aside from LinkedIn it makes prospecting a breeze for me. That tool also serves as a mini browser for the Zoominfo since it also shares the same features of notifying you if it is already in the system (a duplicate) or if it needs to be updated, which I find to be extremely helpful.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a very helpful tool in prospecting, gathering, and exporting data. Including their ZoomInfo ReachOut Tool, this also helps lead mining a breeze in other sites. It provides you with updated data that you can sort in various filters which I find very helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo's user-friendly interface is its best asset. The simplest way in finding a quality lead has become easier because of the platform's great system features. The seamless process of searching and exporting the lead and its powerful breadth of data is something that ZoomInfo could only offer. For salesperson like me, this is a gift from above because we are able to generate leads in a quick span of time and able to reach the necessary quota.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I dislike is it crashes down once I've reached more than 200 pages and I don't have a choice but to reload the whole site then go back to the page where I left again. I'm not sure if the problem is just on my computer but I've spoke with some of colleagues and they also experienced the same thing. I believe that it's just a simple problem and definitely ZoomInfo's technical team would work on that. Nevertheless, I couldn't tell anything I don't like about the platform anymore.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem/s that I am able to solve is the challenging and time-consuming lead generation. WIth the help of ZoomInfo Powered by DiscoverOrg, we are able to find quality leads and at the same time, we don't have to look for their contact information anymore as everything is already available within the platform including their company's information.

Make sure to utilize the product wisely because it offers a powerful breadth of data.
COVID who? Get ZoomInfo if you want to hit your goals!
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom info has provided some of the best information I have seen throughout my career in software sales. I love being able to look into an organization and pinpoint who the best contacts are to get a deal done. Being able to see how a company is structured and seeing all the big players presents a very big opportunity since we are then able to see a good way to fast track a deal.
Not only with that tool are we able to see how to get something moving quicker but we are also able to use the Intent and Scoops tool to give us additional data on how to best approach a company if they are looking into something specific or have had articles published recently that can give us another warm intro when reaching out to a cold prospect.
Having mobile phones and emails has been without a doubt the reason I have hit my goals during this COVID pandemic as it has given me the right ways of reaching out directly to higher-ups and being able to address them without having to all through 5-10 people to find the right person I am supposed to talk too. Then being able to use those same tools i mentioned before to go wide on an account and create some groundswell. There is absolutely no way I would have hit my goal during this whole ordeal if I did not have Zoominfo in place.

What do you dislike about the product?
One of the only few dislikes I have about zoom info is I work with companies doing billions of dollars of business. When a company like this does as much revenue as it does there are always going to be smaller companies under their umbrella. When I have targetted these companies and tried to gain insight into how they are operating I tend to see there is no info under the subsidiary but it is instead attached to the parent. This presents a hard issue since I am trying to target something specifically. There is a way around it by looking at the location of the employee but I feel there must be a simpler way to get to this information than the way I have been doing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been able to solve getting a deal faster and looking into the right champions I am able to create at the companies I am targeting. This process was a lot harder in the past and much more time-consuming. Being able to leverage Zoom Info this way has been invaluable since I am able to really get down to the point instead of wasting valuable time maneuvering through a bunch of people. I have realized a tool like this is absolutely crucial in my line of work and am glad we were able to adopt it sooner than we thought. I have no doubt the rest of the team feels the same way since we are now able to gather more momentum with companies.

Get it. You won't regret it. Made my goal with ease because of ZoomInfo.

What do you like best about the product?
Complete org charts. This includes names, titles, relationships, and best of all...DIRECT DIALS.
So long as the companies you are targeting exist here, there is absolutely nothing you won't be able to instantly and comprehensively find out. Landing a sale or partnership will solely be the result of your outreach cadence and technique.

What do you dislike about the product?
This started as an IT prospecting system, which limits itself against brand marketing and other industry efforts. This is changing over time, so I imagine this issue will at least partially resolve itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead generation, direct outreach, and determining compelling events to justify customer interaction. Essentially, taking almost all of the guesswork in top of the funnel sales activity.

This is an expensive tool, make no mistake. However, you should meticulously consider the cost vs benefit of manual prospecting efforts and the overhead it chews up. If your business is in a growth stage, especially high growth, this is a mission critical system.
Powerful, Easy To Use Contact/Selling Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using ZoomInfo since the legacy platform. Upgraded earlier this year. User Interface is very friendly. Contacts are accurate and very useful to our selling team. Like the updated search parameters and new features such as scoops, which can be used to give you alerts on happenings within your watched companies.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only complaint is I wish that I would be able to export a limit of 1 or so individual contacts from each location if a company has multiple locations. So many times I've had to go one by one and find an individual at each location. Luckily, in the new platform their locations and hierarchy feature make this much less painful than in the legacy program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding the decision makers has been made much easier. Sellers have been able to get a foot in the door, contact data is much more correct. Our campaigns have had more engagement and delivery.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
My advice is that this product can seem a little pricey compared to other platforms especially considering the current economical climate, but rest assured the value you gain far exceeds the initial cost.
Connecting this program to your CRM makes exporting very simple. You can set up custom import rules so as not to override information you have already gathered.

What do you like best about the product?
Solid, intuitive interface with robust filtering options. Zoominfo makes it easy for marketing to create targeted lists easily and export to relevant marketing automation or sales engagement platforms for follow up. Zoominfo also made an improvement over legacy DiscoverORG by allowing for contact and account suppression. This feature ensures we are not exporting competitor/customer data, saving us time and credits.
What do you dislike about the product?
Data exports can sometimes have undesired results - bad contacts, wrong contacts, etc. This gripe is relatively minor compared to the benefits and quantity of data that can be exported from the platform. The new credit system is also not as beneficial to the customer, as it can cost a good amount if you are a power user, although I understand this was the correct move from a business perspective.

Identifying potential markets and contacts to generate demand. Zoominfo's huge database of contacts allows us to operationalize outreach at scale that was not possible before.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I believe Zoominfo will let you do a brief trial. This will allow potential buyers to get a feel for the interface and the quality of data they provide.
I don't know how other sales people do their jobs without Zoom Info!

The fact that we now have access to mobile numbers. Since working remotely this has been extremely helpful to be able to reach the right people at home!

I don't like that I can't search by email. For example, if someone reaches out to me and I have trouble figuring out their cell phone, jurisdiction, title, etc. It would be helpful to search by actual email address.

Having multiple ways to reach out to a prospect, Direct line, mobile, and email.

If you are a sales person prospecting, invest in this. It will make your life so much easier.

I like that ZoomInfo has an extensive resource of contacts and companies. You can find almost any business or anyone. I do sales internationally and I am able to find contacts worldwide.
I really enjoy the filters which also make lead mining possible!
And being able to then export that information straight into my CRM is next level.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the contacts are not the most up to date. I always double check a contact against LinkedIn.
I also find that sometimes I’m looking for a contact in Spain for example, I’m given their direct number and the number of the HQ in the US but I am not able to easily get their Spanish companies number.

Sales outreach is much easier than the old days! That’s for sure! Our sales numbers are up!
