What do you like best about the product?
This is a hard question since there is so much to like. I would lean towards the Intent option as best feature. The insights here provide a pathway for communications and understanding where a customer/prospect is focused at any given time. It's a powerful confirmation of leads and interest.
What do you dislike about the product?
In reality, there is too much information to review. You could spend hours lost in the wealth of data. The search/filtering is very strong. Use it and use it religiously to improve your efficiency within the data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Verifying targets and improving focus of my messaging.

An amazing tool for Sales Teams

What do you like best about the product?
It's custom-built for BDRs. It's very easy to find leads by whatever category one wants. It has an amazing set of filters as well which helps to get granular level data. The alerts feature is also awesome. Integration with Salesforce
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the data which we get through applying filters is not correct. The '25' limit while exporting leads to SF.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to get more leads very quickly. We are able to do accurate prospecting. Since we have integration with Salesforce, it's very easy to import leads from Zoominfo to SF. The integration with Outreach also helps a lot.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Zoominfo is a great tool for BDRs. It has an amazing set of features to get data at a granular level.

Being able to reach out to new companies that we couldn't have before.

Some companies are missing from their database or are missing contact information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo helps us unlock so many more opportunities to establish business relationships with other companies that we could never have done before.

Important sales tool

What do you like best about the product?
It fills the gap between public information (general phone number) and Linkedin (lack of direct phone numbers), contact info is accurate (75% I'd say based on my experience). So it has facilitated being able to reach more contacts in a shorter time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their pricing tiers and access limitations, they charge a lot for contacts they get for free essentially. But you pay for the convenience and for the time savings, and for increasing your potential for sales.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having access to contacts that otherwise we didn't have access to, and also being able to contact people during the pandemic.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are in sales and marketing and need to get direct contact info for prospects, then this is a good source you need to look into.

What do you like best about the product?
Finding contact info quickly and easily. Zoominfo's ability to create reports and alerts for job changes is super helpful for finding new prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Using their website is not as easy as their integration in Salesforce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo allows our team to target decision makers in an outbound function with ease.

What do you like best about the product?
The accuracy of the information needed to be successful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Covid 19 pandemic has made it difficult to keep up with the corporate changes occuring almost daily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prospective account information and accuracy makes our ability to have more contacts in the right positions to reach out to.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how the information is displayed really clearly and that I get to see org charts as well. The integrations are amazing, also the list exports have a lot of potential.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to have the Websights feature to be able to show me all visits each particular account has had instead of having to search each url, also to be able to track what was the visit source .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool has been awesome for locating potential customers and to keep track of contacts that have moved somewhere else, additional to that, it has made it easy for me to filter off of org size.

Make sure you are in command of you internal data to be able to best take advantage of this tool.

What do you like best about the product?
So easy to compile lead lists & export into Salesforce. Chrome plug-ins turn LinkedIn into a one click download to salesforce as well. So many ways to slice & dice data. Data is predominantly accurate.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can only download 25 leads at a time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quick access to decision makers. Translates into qualified leads & sales.

Accurate, Powerful, and Complete Prospecting Data - Unmatched by Competition

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo is an intuitive, easy to use prospecting database full of all the missing information that common lists lack. Mobile numbers, direct dials, business and supplementary email addresses, and even information like direct office locations. The level of granularity and accuracy on ZoomInfo is unmatched by their competition. ZoomInfo is to data providers as SalesForce is to CRMs, the best of the best.

ZoomInfo's ListMatch functionality is also extremely powerful for creating account-based marketing campaigns and filling in missing data in my prospecting database. Their Intent and Scoops data for buyer intent and market research is fast, accurate, and extremely helpful for gaining a quick understanding of my prospect's business priorities.

One of my favorite features is their organizational charts - they somehow figure out who reports to who, making finding additional stakeholders and engaging a prospect's sphere of influence a lot faster and simpler.

Also - their super easy integration with the leading CRMs makes ZoomInfo the number one choice for most companies.
What do you dislike about the product?
ZoomInfo is expensive, and even though I think it is well worth the price, it is cost-prohibitive to a lot of startups and small businesses. I will give them props for segmenting their product well, allowing those with smaller budgets to still get some of the benefits I talked about. While you'll be missing a few of the top features like intent data and scoops, you'll still get access to their prospecting database and super easy integrations with CRMs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use ZoomInfo to find accurate business emails, direct dials, and other company information like revenue (even for private companies - very helpful) to help me prioritize my prospecting efforts. Additionally, ZoomInfo's ListMatch functionality enables me to create custom, account-based marketing campaigns with more data, faster, than I would have been able to do otherwise.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
ZoomInfo is expensive, but to startups that are just getting off the ground, it enables you to catapult your Business Development team into success. Whether you're still using Excel as a CRM or if you've joined the modern world with HubSpot or SalesForce, ZoomInfo will deliver high ROI and bring your company that much closer to profitability and success.

exporting to salesforce can be a little tedious, but that may be more of a salesforce problem.
