Great Prospecting tool
What do you like best about the product?
Everything is well organized on zoom and very much up to date with its contact within a company.
What do you dislike about the product?
When trying to connect to my CRM unfortunately mobile numbers do not manually sync and have to be imported manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Staying organized with leads and contact and discovering the correct people quickly.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a great tool to start prospecting on any company or individual. The sync is easy with a quick set up and select contact to export if you are using a CRM
Great database to find your industry-specific contacts!
What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to use software and integrate well with other systems we have in place. I also like the scores they provide.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I dislike. It's a really good solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Harvesting contacts for our target market and contacting them actively.

It's a must-have tool for marketing and sales professionals. I personally find it very useful working in the B2B Saas industry.

In sales, we spend too much time researching and looking for valid contact information for customer touches. DiscoverOrg takes the guesswork out of prospecting and becomes a one-stop shop.

Contact Update Frequency in the attachment that I submitted you'll see the wrong CEO listed for this company.

DiscoverOrg has become a one-stop shop for prospecting

The ease of use when it comes to prospecting as a salesperson you cannot find it anywhere else.
What do you dislike about the product?
Paying extra for some added features. The bare-bones works but some of the features to import/export they nickel and dime you. But it all works great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prospecting and finding information. Along with insight of changes and what is going on. Also lets it talk with Salesforce, SalesLoft, etc...

It is either this, Lusha, and that's about it that really works. This is the most advanced platform with integrations. They just IPO'ed mine as well go with what works.

- Data can sometimes be incorrect, but they are quick to fix it if you point it out

- ZoomInfo Powered by DiscoverOrg has helped the sales team reach out to new prospects, with relevant messages thanks to Intent, so it leads to more quality conversations.

Zoominfo provides the most comprehensive data on companies and their contacts available from any platform.

The org chart information does not provide all the direct reports.

Great Sales tool. Be sure to negotiate the correct number of licenses for your entire team.

I have been using Discover.org, now ZoomInfo, for several years. It is a very useful tool for those looking to gain insight into the companies they are doing business with.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Discover.org UI was much better than the new ZoomInfo UI

Finding key players is always a challenge! Not with ZoomInfo! It shows me everything and can contact the person immediately
Getting Zoominfo has been the best investment

I don't like that it includes names with emails.

I've gotten more sales leads in such a short amount of time. I've been able to hit my quotas with ease.
