What do you like best about the product?
The availability of and quality of the information for each company and contact.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some smaller organizations and municipalities are missing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The primary problem I solve using Zoominfo is making sure I have the correct contact/decision maker and then adding other contacts across disciplines to contact and speak with. The primary benefit is that my contact list for a company that I'm targeting is robust and real.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give it a try. The data is invaluable.

By Far My Favorite tool to understand company org structures in an ever changing market

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to understand a company's org structures and insights on what's happening from a macro perspective but also the ability to navigate different organizations within the company that might have different needs. Zoominfo Powered by Discovered Org was a tool that was critical to my success in my last two jobs. Zoominfo Powered by Discovered Org allows me to leverage a deep understanding of each player's role from entry-level to management to go after the correct client and employee. The sleek UI and easy to use navigation toolbar makes using Zoominfor very easy for even the novice user in mind as well as someone whos been an expert in their subject for years.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the information can be a bit outdated on whos currently still employed. With the changing in fast place workforce specifically in the IT world it could be frustrating to get several clients employees that haven't worked with the customers for years or understand how we got their information in the first place. The last thing that I would change about Zoominfo Powered by DiscoverOrg would be the additional features to integrate to Office 365 and other tools to assist with email prospective and keeping up with who spoke to who at which date and time. Competitors like UPLead are very affordable to zoom info and I believe it takes away from its competitive advantage in the market for a tool like this. I have been using this tool for years and its very familiar to me and my sales day to day process but competition has me questioning if I should stay with DiscoverOrg or look elsewhere.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo Powered by DiscoverOrg has been a daily tool used for the last several years to help me quickly Identify my target audience and understand their roles within the company fast. What stands out with this tool is its ability to understand keywords and functions necessary to target the right employee with all the right information to make the best marketing and prospecting tool. I would love the opportunity to dig deeper into the zoom analytics and discover what customers are currently looking for and who our those target key decision-makers in the process as well. Maybe the ability to see what team within a company is selecting a specific vender based off their current pain points and goals for their specific project. Also, the ability to tie into a remote IOS or Android app would be helpful and tie it back to office365. Several different companies are coming to play in the market that allows for similar features at half the price.

Happy searching with Zoominfo

What do you like best about the product?
I love zoominfo as a BDR it's very useful in searching for contacts. I'm able to search for the exact job titles we sell to.We have territory we work out of and i'm able to list all of the states in my area and then narrow my search by company size and revenue as well as vertical which has made my job easier. I also like the scoops with the company insight. We also have linkedin sales navigator but my go to tool is zoominfo. Zoominfo is user friendly I only had a belief demo and was able to use the tool and feel completely comfortable and after only one week couldn't be happier.

I had Discovery org before but like the upgrades after the merger
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't discover anything I dislike. works well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to research companies size, revenue and employees and locate phones. I also have access to organization employee charts. They also break it down by C-suite, director and etc. They have everything you will need such as cellphone, office phone, email and employee bio. They also have the same information about the company headquarters address, revenue, vertical company description and other useful information . Everything is just one click away. I'm a fan of this tool and its the best in the market and I have tried a bunch over the years. I think you will be please if your company decided to invest in this tool.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It was able to integrate into our Salesforce CRM which made my work flow easier. Before I had to export to a excel document then upload to the crm now it is directly from zoom to our crm. This has been a huge time saver

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to search a company and then export all the data to excel.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is out of date if a person has left a company or if they don't have the LinkedIn field for that person.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the problem of looking up who works at a company and who the leadership team is and the org structure.

Quality data that’s easy to find

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo has up to date data that is easy searchable. It’s easy to filter and layer in intent data too.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost comes with a bit of sticker shock, but if you use the tool regularly, it’ll pay for itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quality data for SDR teams along with marketing research.

Great tool to expand your Sales Development

What do you like best about the product?
How easy I can pull contacts from the platform. Also, the training and webinars offered in the site are very interesting and beneficial.
What do you dislike about the product?
Account manager sometimes takes to long to get back to us. We had some issues setting up some of the users. Sales person from ZoomInfo seem a little desperate to sell us the product regardless of how interested we where on already being set to acquire the service. Payment/Invoicing was not fully explained.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My sales people was spending too much time researching and looking for valid contact information, we used LinkedIn Sales navigator in the past but where not getting the most our of our investment. With ZoomInfo we have been able to save a lot of time and reach out to more contacts every day. We have also been able to direct our attention to new leads and different campaigns with the information we are able to get from the platform. The features of "scoops" and "Enrich" have been very beneficial for both our Sales and Marketing teams. On top of that being able to integrate with HubSpot has been a great advantage for us.

The latest feature ZoomInfo ReachOut has also enable us to still get the most accurate information from our contacts and future prospects in LinkedIn.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I will recommend this tool to anyone interested on increasing their sales and having more effective marketing campaigns. The access to the information you get from ZoomInfo is phenomenal and will allow you to increase the productivity of your sales team.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo Powered by DiscoverOrg is most helpful because data points are easily and readily available in the system in order to better understand the scalability of the account and growth potential.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downsides of using ZoomInfo Powered by DiscoverOrg is that if you are a person who likes to do research, this will significantly lessen that time. ZoomInfo Powered by DiscoverOrg decreases research time and improves revenue increasing activities. The real cost of bad data = 67 percent gain in revenue as a result of strong data quality standards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo Powered by DiscoverOrg has impacted my work through Correctness & Completeness. For example, Correctness: How many Contact Record fields have critical errors? Completeness: of each Contact and Company Record.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
My advice for those looking at ZoomInfo Powered by DiscoverOrg is to definitely make the switch if you want your sales organization to have immense success!

What do you like best about the product?
The CSM and AM at ZoomInfo have been immaculate - the level of support, strategic partnership, and guidance towards best practices has exceeded expectations!
What do you dislike about the product?
Implementation is segmented with different features, has made the implementation longer than ideal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bringing new products to market, identifying our ICP and targeting them vs. 'cold' outreach. Efficiency for our sales & marketing teams!

What do you like best about the product?
I like the accuracy scores so I can only contact those with a high probability.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you're working in a list with multiple pages, you are always sent back to the first page and must scroll to where you left off.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Able to create excel lists of qualified prospects with good contact information.
