Excellent platform for B2B Sales
What do you like best about the product?
I am truly enjoying the training's for all the different features. The work from home time with Covid is the best time for me to attend these meetings and I will be very experienced in the software when we hit the ground running. It has helped me with targeting who I need to contact and get past the gatekeepers. The running lists are helpful during our campaigns. This is a high level of research database and the accuracy is amazing. This is truly helpful for me to continue to hit my numbers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found anything that I dislike. The old version actually!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting past the gate keeper to get the decision maker. Having access to mobile number, emails, headquarter information and the Org Chart has eliminated this challenge.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend any industry that is in B2B sales, then you need to purchase this software
Great Platform for Data Refreshing and Account Identification
What do you like best about the product?
Complete datasets and can be as granular or large-scale as you'd like. Easy exporting process and a user-friendly and easily navigable platform. Our Account Management team (especially Rachel Paul) has been extremely helpful and proactive in getting us in front of the right tools. Offering email compliance help through dedicated calls with their email compliance teams have been extremely helpful as well. With the additional of GDPR and the California Privacy Protection Act, our job as Marketers has been impacted so that the best practices of the past now run the risk of having our email account in jeopardy. Now that we have the availability of dedicated compliance managers, we feel more comfortable expanding our database and acquiring new leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are many features of DiscoverOrg and ZoomInfo that are hidden unless you know what you are looking for. The Account team has been super helpful about finding some of these though. However, it would be helpful to know more about the system on weekly or monthly webinars or other videos.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are finding new ways to market to our current database by refreshing using ZoomInfo. By completing our database and refreshing each record based on Vendor Interest and Technology Interest we have boosted our email stats, webinar registration numbers and open enrollment counts. We also employ OppAlerts to discover new key accounts for our Account Managers and Inside Sales Representatives.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Get on the phone with an Account Manager so they can understand why you are using this platform. They have a great team full of people who are knowledgeable and can lead you in the right direction.
ZoomInfo is the gold standard for data enrichment and sourcing. I've seen every competitor demo.
What do you like best about the product?
Data Quality - What else matters?
User Experience - Easy to learn the platform, create list, and use the data you have sourced.
Support - ZoomInfo has always been quick to answer all of my support questions and fix any issues I have created.
Product Updates - ZoomInfo is constantly innovating and removing little user barriers.
Integrations - with Salesforce and Salesloft integrations it's really easy to export a contact exactly where you need them.
Scoops & Subscribed List - I love that I get email updates when contacts have been added to the database for perimeters I set and subscribed to.
Training - ZoomInfo created the most beautiful user e-training I have ever experienced from a tech vendor and my company create training.

Support - ZoomInfo has always been quick to answer all of my support questions and fix any issues I have created.

I don't like that I can only export 25 contacts at a time without using bulk credits. (*update* ZoomInfo truly listens to customer feedback because this has been changed.)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo removes roadblocks for your sales team so they can spend their time reaching out to decision-makers, complete persona mapping quicker than ever, leverage news in their conversations without hours of research time, complete whole org campaigns, the benefits are truly endless.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend doing a demo with all of the data providers because the data quality and ease of use difference is incomparable.
Great Upgrade from Legacy ZoomInfo!
What do you like best about the product?
We love the new interface, InboxAI,company heiarchy outline, and the complete org chart visual by department. The new filters available in the search function make it easy to find exactly the person or company you are looking for.
What do you dislike about the product?
The change from Bomboras intent data to ZI homegrown intent product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving our data integrity problem with the export directly to Salesforce. We are also able to outline brands in the heiarchy to their parent company to prospect appropriately.
Powerful tools, knowledgable team!
What do you like best about the product?
We are on DiscoverOrg Legacy and our sales team has gotten a lot of use out of alerts and scoops. I'm interested in using intent as well and the team and ZoomInfo has been very helpful!
What do you dislike about the product?
The differences between DiscoverOrg Legacy, ZoomInfo Legacy, and ZoomInfo new platform are confusing to me
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our sales team uses scoops and news to stay on track of trigger events such as newly appointed executives and M&As. In marketing, we want to incorporate intent data to run our account based marketing stategy.

The ability to query based upon a number of criteria for up-to-date, market intelligence is empowering.

Not sure yet. Need more time and exposure.

How to overcome objections and make calls that are targeted and relevant to the customer's problems.
Very effective for lead generation
What do you like best about the product?
The upside is that the ease of use makes it very easy to utilize and transfer records in and out into a CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything I dislike. Sometimes the records aren't always correct but that is to be expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving the problem of generating leads to establish my sales pipeline. Without this service you might as well be calling out of the phone book.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a great product for lead generation. Sometimes the records are outdated, however for the overall volume of information it is very useful. Also, the curated scoops and intelligence that it lends towards the sales cycle is invaluable.

Utilize the target accounts feature! It is very helpful in staying organized.
Indispensable sales tool
What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo allows me to assess how attractive an account is if I see that there a lot of our target personas with direct phone numbers. Additionally, without ZoomInfo I would not be able to do my job. It is invaluable for anyone doing cold outreach.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the information is not up to date. The titles are sometimes not up to date. This leads to longer manual input to fix leads on Salesforce.

I’m solving the problem of not having any contact information for potential prospects. The benefits include faster prospecting, direct dials, and HQ numbers.
