ZoomInfo has made my day to day work flow much easier.
What do you like best about the product?
The thing I like best is how easy ZI is to navigate and how accurate the information ZoomInfo provides me about my prospects. Also, the integrations ZoomInfo has with my other tools. Like Salesforce, for example. ZoomInfo is a tool I choose to use everyday over other tools my company provides.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I can complain about is how often the data is updated. Sometimes I find prospects have left the company I am looking into multiple years ago.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem Zoominfo is solving for me is having to not wasting my time going through LinkedIn to find prospects when I can quickly search the criteria I need, and filter from there. It gives me the ability to make calls more intentful instead of mass dialing to figure out the decision maker.

Information is inconsistent. Would love to have a Salesforce integration.

It's very easy to navigate, but it feels like the best features are still in development. Would love to have an integration with outreach and salesforce.

ZoomInfo provides a vast database of company and contact information, allowing us to easily identify and research potential customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like any large database, ZoomInfo's data can sometimes be inaccurate or outdated. This can lead to wasted time and effort. ZoomInfo is quite expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo provides us a vast database of potential leads, helping identify and prioritize target accounts. It offers advanced search filters and sorting options to refine searches and find the most relevant leads.

It's quite user friendly and customizable as well as much efficient.

No dislikes till now, it's just doing great. But improvement is the key.

What do you like best about the product?
As one of the individuals managing our ZoomInfo licensing and user adoption, I have found the platform to be a useful tool for our sales and marketing teams. The extensive database of contacts and companies is regularly updated, ensuring that our data remains accurate and relevant. ZoomInfo’s support is responsive and assists us in managing our changing needs, as well as keeping us informed about new features and best practices based tailored to our industry.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the volume of data can be overwhelming at times and requires careful vetting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the current job enviroment, contacts are constantly chainging. Zoominfo helps make sure we have the most current contact info for our accounts. Zoominfo also helps us with the data needed to research and vet new potential accounts.
ZoomInfo Sales review
What do you like best about the product?
The speed at which I can build lists of prospect companies with potential decision makers including their contact information.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a daily user of both ZoomInfo Sales and ZoomInfo Engage, I can confidently say that my onboarding experience with Engage was far superior to my experience with ZoomInfo Sales. My Engage representative, Eli Greenstein, is always responsive and willing to help. I would rate my experience with Engage and Eli as an A+++.
However, my experience with ZoomInfo Sales has been much less satisfactory, and I would rate it as a D+ for the following reasons:
Ineffective Search Function in the help center: As business professionals, we rely on speed and efficiency, but the search feature in ZoomInfo's help center are frustrating. It only works well if I already know the exact terminology or naming conventions ZoomInfo uses for the information I’m looking for. This makes self-service and finding how-to guides a cumbersome time sucking process. ZoomInfo should really reconsider the design of this search functionality.
Poor Customer Support: The customer service is lackluster at best. Email inquiries often take days, if not weeks, to get a response. When I do try calling the helpline, communication is typically difficult because of language barriers, and I often struggle to understand the representative, who likewise has trouble understanding me.
Challenging Onboarding: Once I figured out how to use ZoomInfo, the platform itself is quite useful. However, the initial onboarding experience was terrible. It was frustrating and difficult to get up to speed with the platform.

Getting past gatekeepers to access contact information for decision-makers is a key feature I love in ZoomInfo Sales. I also love the fact that Engage offers email tracking with open notifications, which is a standout feature. Additionally, my experience with Engage's onboarding and customer support was far superior to what I encountered with ZoomInfo Sales.
Great Data Capturing and Sales Enablement tool

Good qulity data, easy to use, Intent feature, integration with Platforms like Hubspot

nothginh i can think of. I would like to see the accuracy of intent data overtime
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo is allowing our sales team generating leads and capture data for those leads, There is no other way to do this apart from Linkedin messages which are not very effective
User-friendly intent tool
What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo Sales is an intuitive tool. It is easy to use and has decent filtering options to help you find the right prospects. The WebSights feature is also very helpful in identifying companies that are researching your company. Our account manager is very helpful, they have great resources online (both live webinars and self-paced courses), anyone can become a Zoominfo expert if they choose to be!
What do you dislike about the product?
Contact information is not always accurate, but people do change jobs frequently especially in the tech world. There is a NeverBounce option for email verification, but it should be built into the tool instead of being an add-on. There are other tools that use a "waterfall" approach to verify contact info, but they're not as user-friendly. Would love to see a waterfall approach built into Zoominfo - then it would be unstoppable!

Zoominfo is one of the largest company databases, you can easily identify accounts and prospects that would be a good fit for your business.
ZoomInfo is a great sales lead tool that let's you drill down to the right contacts!
