What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to navigate, the interface makes sense and is intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
The accuracy can be hit or miss which makes it a little more difficult to track down the right information; HOWEVER, it still gives you a great high-level overview and can help you track downt he right answer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a central hub for me to look up quick information about a company; number of employees, locations, contact information, etc.

Providing data from a high-level overview to a more detailed level aids in minimizing the turnaround time of lead cycles by furnishing precise information about individuals, accounts, and company financial data.

It simplifies the issue of obtaining verified data, which may include the name, phone number, website, LinkedIn profile, or account description.

Zoom Info is powerful and easy-to-use, and I can't imagine prospecting without it!

What do you like best about the product?
The software is very intuitive. After a few minutes a new user will be able to search companies and contacts using multiple search tools, such as web addresses, individual's email addresses, etc. In addition to searching for a specific company, that company's competitors are also suggested for additional prospecting. When searching a company with operations in multiple states, you can simply click on the state(s) to refine the list of contacts. Once the contacts appear, you can filter the list alphabetically by name or by position. The flame icon helps the user to see which method of communication (email, phone, SMS) to which the contact is most likley to respond, thereby increasing the effectiveness of prospecting. If the contact has a LinkedIn account there will be a link to their profile. I use Zoom info on a daily basis, typically opening a page on my browser and leaving it open all day. It is a fantastic tool!
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe it would be helpful for ZoomInfo to actively promote and encourage users to suggest updates to individual contact data. It is easy to suggest updates and ZoomInfo is prompt to make those updates. Having the most accurate data will help to ensure users continue to utilize the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo helps me gain insight into the various contacts and their roles within the organization. When prospecting I generally focus on three or four roles and I can easily filter to find those personas. Additionally, learning which method of communication the prospect is most likely to use is extremely helpful. Its amazing how ZoomInfo knows whether the contact is most likely to respond to email or will take a cell phone call.

Zoominfo is easy to use, and data is accurate and up to date.

Some of the data may lag a little when prospects update their titles, but overall it does a good job

The restricted monthly credit allocation can occasionally limit utilization, necessitating meticulous strategizing to optimize efficiency. Furthermore, individuals who are not well-versed in technology may experience a modest learning curve at the beginning. Nevertheless, as one gains experience and proficiency, the platform becomes more instinctive, and the advantages surpass any initial difficulties. In general, it is a helpful tool for individuals who are prepared to dedicate the necessary effort.

What do you like best about the product?
The quickest platform to provide the huge database, limit of 2000 and integration with crm is smooth, extension gives us the email id and multiple phones number on linkedin page itself
What do you dislike about the product?
not sure, but keep introducing new feature, they should provide regular training to users

ZOmminfo sales is benefiting hdfc with huge data base, customers cell phones, and at corporate with selling products

Great way to find new leads

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. It was easy to set up and with the Chrome plug in I was using it to enrich contacts and leads right away. The Websights function works really well and gives a view of warmer prospects, along with their info. Definitely a daily tool for me. Salesforce integration works great and its very easy to import new contacts.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I'm using the zoom info browser extension on some sites it will pull the contact as a list rather than right into salesforce which is a bit inconvenient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding alternative contact information to get around gatekeepers and getting up to date details on prospects I'm working with.
