What do you like best about the product?
I am able to find new contacts at companies by using the salesforce integration. By being able to do this I am able to find new prospects at companies that I have not been able to get in touch with. This has made my job a lot more efficient when it comes to being able to make connected phone calls and ultimately get meetings set up.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it automatically pulled over all phone numbers in the Salesforce. Currently I have to use the ZoomInfo plugin in Salesforce to add contacts in bulk but to access all of the phone numbers associated with the specific contacts I have to go to the main ZoomInfo website and manually copy and paste the phone numbers over into Salesforce
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to get new mobile numbers has allowed me to get into accounts that I have had trouble getting in touch with people. It has also made tracking down employees who are new to companies or jumping from company to company easy, especially in an industry where this is very common.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would definitely use ZoomInfo if your company is in outbound sales and is having trouble tracking down new prospects to reach out to. The integration with salesforce is very smooth, but being able to pull mobile numbers along with contact names and emails automatically is one current drawback for me.

I like how there is the ability to search by company name, industry, or contact to find the best prospects

A little bit difficult to navigate. Multiple windows need to be open.

Finding direct phone numbers and emails for Prospects. Discovering new employees.

Best feature is the ease of adding contacts to salesforce

dislike outdated data, a lot of companies have multiple contacts for the same title which should be easy t o filter out
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly enriching my database , allowing myself to cast a large net over an entire company by marketing to multiple contacts.

What do you like best about the product?
Using zoominfo has put me as a salesrep on a new level. It has helped me create a strategy on how I can get into different accounts with the detailed breakdown of how organizations are set up.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I don't love is that they don't have a portal that you can give them feedback when a contact is no longer at a company.

Great tool.
Zoominfo has been incredibly helpful in prospecting.
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to export untouched contacts into my accounts. It helps to get people on the phone that haven't been called 10 thousand times. Also it has been great in figuring out titles and roles and getting mobile numbers.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes some time to import/export but it isn't too much of a headache.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have very many accounts with 1-2 prospects so it is great in finding new prospects and adding them into Salesforce. That and getting mobile numbers has been huge.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo is extremely helpful and necessary for background research + data assembly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Incorrect data on some contact-level items like email / title. The bad data slows down prospecting or makes you look stupid when sending target messaging to the wrong person, or the right person with the wrong title, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Assembling a scalable prospect database used to be extremely manual but the sync to SFDC solved that issue.

More complete data will be extremely helpful across the board.

What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of obtaining that information so quickly and without a problem is one of the things that sets apart Zoominfo. An essential tool for our office.

Sometimes it can be outdate but its still a very important tool if you want to start somewhere with call calling or knowing what target you are trying to reach.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Well the fact that we have all the information and the materials thanks to ZoomInfo. If it wasn't for them our office cant work at all.

Excellent service and great content. Easy to use, tons of assistance and training, and great for team use.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's costly - but pays off. Very challenging for us as a small startup to manage the cost up front, but definitely worth it for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to find verified contact information for our potential customers and partners is the key problem we're solving. The ability to search based on narrow specifications is really key for us.

ZoomInfo is a pleasure to use. Their team is great to work with, and if you're looking for a solution to finding the right people to reach in an organization or an industry, this may be the right product for you.
Easy UI, many data points to segment off of
What do you like best about the product?
The ZoomInfo platform is very user-friendly and easy to navigate. ZoomInfo also provides several data points that a marketer can use to segment their lists (for example, technologies installed is very helpful for competitive campaigns). It's also very handy that you can append your own SFDC IDs to your ZoomInfo export files.
What do you dislike about the product?
People info is easy to access and use, but I have a harder time downloading company-level info.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For ABM campaigns, we need to target individuals at companies in our target lists. ZoomInfo provides up-to-date contact information that we can use in executing ABM efforts. The best part is that all of the contact information I need for campaigns is accessible at my fingertips.

It's a great tool for both salespeople and marketers.
