Zoom info is necessary for prospecting
What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to upload multiple contacts to an account at once that fall within the same function.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoominfo sometimes recognizes several accounts as the appropriate one to upload to and I often have to take additional steps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo solves my prospecting needs. I use this as a sales development tool. Zoominfo allows me to quickly do my job in once place and it directly links to salesforce which makes things much easier.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like all the search criteria you can do and how helpful it is for finding contact info for our leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the contact info was updated more than just "in the last 6 months" so we could know if they still work at the company or not.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simply put - contact info! Has been a huge tool also in mass importing/exporting contacts.

Sometimes the search parameters can be hard to navigate

I am finding phone numbers and email addresses that aren't published on a prospect's website and it has helped so much

Nothing at this time, a little tricky to exclude individual contacts from a search but not a big deal.

Make sure to download the chrome extension so that you can integrate with the copy and highlight ability for quick reference on the side bar of the screen.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use. Just enter a Keyword (What) and Place (Where) and hit Search, and within seconds, Zoominfo provides data of several thousands of businesses, including their phone numbers and email addresses.
What do you dislike about the product?
it is little expensive when compared to it's competitors

because of Zoominfo, i am able to reach out to my target market with most updated direct numbers and email address.

I like that the plugin will let you add people from LinkedIn and then directly add them to an Outreach sequence.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think with most platforms like this you always come across info that isn't correct.

It makes it very easy to find target personas and add them directly to our prospecting sequences using the plug-in.

The lack of contact information that were available compared to other solutions.

Try to expand upon the current contacts that you already have. At times it was a bit limited.
Perfect for quick prospect mining
What do you like best about the product?
The integrations with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and SFDC are essential in quickly finding relevant prospects, synching them and relevant information into SFDC, and placing them into my outreach cadence.
What do you dislike about the product?
The time to import information into SFDC takes longer than I'd like it to, which slows down the process a bit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickly mining relevant contacts into the CRM in order to then sequence them for prospecting.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're looking for the best database to gather relevant insights for prospects and quickly import the information into your CRM, then Zoominfo is the best way to do it.
