What do you like best about the product?
Easy to navigate and provides great information
What do you dislike about the product?
There should be an export function for immediate download. Going back to my email repeatedly is annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Generating leads list and contacts quickly.

What do you like best about the product?
How quick and easy it is to get relevant information. I no longer have to spend hours on hours to find the information that I need. What took me a long time before can only take minutes now.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the database was bigger, and there was more info on different people and companies. The platform would be much better if I could find emails on every potential prospect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My efficiency has increased dramatically, so I have more time to do more important tasks.

Definitely take the time to learn how to use ZoomInfo, it's a great tool and everyone can benefit from it. It doesn't take long to learn, and even if it did it would be worth it! A tool like this can save you so much time and effort. 10/10 would recommend.

How easy it is to use for novice users all the way up to expert. Plus the marketing analytics help show how we are utilizing the information we get. You can have the contacts name, number and email address with just a couple clicks. Making your contact list better and your sales funnel strong. What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, I have been a Zoominfo user for the better part of 7 years. I recommended it to my VP which he has finally purchased it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By getting around the gate keeper in large format companies. How much faster I can hit my quota by talking and communicating with the right person.

Cost and the inability to report inaccurate data. They are also behind when companies merge with others, and we often spend unnecessary credits downloading invalid information.

Ability to create call lists and find contact information to strengthen our reach within organizations.

Buy it. There's nothing better out there.
The most comprehensive database for direct dials and email addresses
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Zoominfo has the highest volume of direct dials and emails for prospects I am targeting. I work in sales so I do a lot of prospecting to fill my pipeline and Zoominfo has been imperative to my success in terms of generating meetings with decision makers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The salesforce integration is expensive so we were not able to directly import leads from Zoominfo to Salesforce. So I had to do a lot of copy and pasting for leads into Salesforce which was time consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to directly reach out to prospects to set meetings and try to sell them on our solution.
ZoomInfo is GREAT
What do you like best about the product?
The accuracy of the data. This helps me be efficient in my day. And reach the people I am trying to reach.

25 contact limit for importing to CSV can be a pain. It is a pain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding my prospect's contact information is helping me do my job. I have saved time and seen great results with email open rates.

Very little I dislike - their quality is what I'm looking for so that marketing functions better. I'm sure there are members of my marketing team that could provide something here - but I'm satisfied.

DiscoverOrg provides a simple repository for company information at a glance. This information has proven to be invaluable in not only serving my existing customers but also for researching potential new customer targets within my territory and vertical boundaries.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the bulk actions aren't very intuitive and take a bit too much time to figure out. The answers can be found, it just takes time and resources that I don't necessarily have when I'm conducting those actions. I've taken the time to create customized lists, so I'd like to simply work from those lists to accomplish bulk tasks such as downloads or CRM connections.

DiscoverOrg Scoop Alerts have positively changed the way that I frame conversations within my sales targets. Additionally, I'm able to use Scoops to proactively engage within my Channel community. This allows them, in turn, to support our mutual customers by asking specific questions based on insight provided by Scoops.

While B2B Intelligence is a moving target, DiscoverOrg is one of the most continually accurate platforms I've utilized to support my sales efforts. Additionally, the account intelligence insights will prove to be an invaluable resource regardless of focus (marketing, sales, etc.).
