Zoominfo for Contact Enrichments

What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo Intent and Scoops.Which helps us to identify right accounts for Sales support
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoominfo has 70% data accuracy which some times tough to get right phone number and email id.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting to the right contact at right time. We can integrated through API to SFDC and we can fully automate it for Sales Reps.

Great for finding that target prospect!

What do you like best about the product?
The accuracy of the information provided on contacts/ leads is second to none. When I have an email but not direct number for a contact I just drop it into zoominfo and 9/10 times its in there.

When im trying to find new contacts for an account it gives me plenty of options for contacts and easily exports to the CRM or excel
What do you dislike about the product?
The abiltiy to import leads to the CRM sometimes leaves a few out when exporting large lists. I do like how it informs you of which ones it cannot export and the reason why but it would be great if it automatically exported to excel instead.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo bridges the gap on those accounts that would otherwise be closed out as no obtainable contacts. It allows me to get in 5x more conversations than what it would without it.

It also whens when Im build out large contact lists.

The intent data does give some direction on which account are open to engaging with us.

great way to
1. find out what company some one works for if all you have is an email
2. great way to learn more about company prior to contacting

none really, every once in a while i'll have to reboot but not often
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I often get inquiries with no company name or phone number, only an email. Zoom info will often help me identify the company

What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that I'm able to find valid phone numbers and emails for people that check out my company without leaving some wya to reach out. I use Zoominfo on a daily basis for my work needs and haven't had any experiences where it's been inaccessible.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are certain instances where someone will be attached to an old employer or they will have a similar name so it routes a bit strange in the pull out that pops up on the screen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding missing phone numbers and emails

What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo is so easy to use, and it provides so much relivant information to help equip me in my Sales role. It allows me to be ready when speaking with customers or potential sales with the information and details it provides on Companies and Individuals.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found much that I do not like about this tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides me with the contacts needed to be able to reach out to the company knowing who would be the gateway to prospecting for products.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can cherry pick your biggest prospects and find relatively accurate contact information as well as who the chief decision makers are. Creating lists has never been faster.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if I didn't have to verify the accuracy of zoominfo through linkedin or other avenues regarding decision makers, but its got to be hard to stay on top of this.

Also the projected revenues are always so far off.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me pinpoint prospects in specific industries and territories much faster than otherwise. Also the Engage platform allows me to know if my emails are being opened and reviewed by decision makers, which is a great help.

What do you like best about the product?
Super easy to access information and cuts down time on my prospecting practices. I use it daily when researching the companies I'm going after
What do you dislike about the product?
The information can be outdated/wrong, so it does require some cross referencing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's cutting down time when researching prospects and finding info on the contacts I'm reaching out to

What do you like best about the product?
Contact identification. Because of Zoominfo I can gather higher quality contact info to make sure my outreach is actually going to the right person.
What do you dislike about the product?
A large amount of the information is missing. I wish they could do 2 things:
1. If the prospect I'm trying to get in touch with doesn't have an email identified, auto-populate assumed emails based on other contacts at the company.

2. Finding prospect contact info if their last name isn't listed on linkedin.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contact info and removing the majority of the need to upload manual info to outreach or other sales tools.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about ZoomInfo Sales is it helps me add contacts to my CRM and updates with the latest information. Otherwise, I'd be left to rely on outdated Salesforce info from previus reps.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can sometimes take a bit to update multiple contacts into my CRM from ZoomInfo but that's better than the alternative of 1 by 1.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving the problem of not having a customers phone number or email to reach out to them when prospecting. Without it I have to search company websites, Linkedin, and my crm for this information which can either not exist or be outdated.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the most impactful features is the real-time data updates, ensuring we’re working with the most current information, which reduces time wasted on outdated contacts. The integration with our CRM also streamlines workflow, making it easier to import leads directly and track engagements efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limitations on Exports: There are restrictions on how many contacts you can export at once, which can be frustrating when working with large lists.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo showed me how to find new prospects with a high employee count not already in our CRM. This was very helpful given we need to be prospecting for new leads.
