Zoominfo - can't do my job without it!!!!
What do you like best about the product?
I use it every day as it allows me to reach my target clients with much more efficiency due to the access to direct/mobile contact info - traditionally, I am calling through a company' reception/switchboard multiple times which is usually a pain for the receptionist or worse, there is no access to the person I am trying to reach via switchboard. They have great customer support for any inquiries, and the tool integrates well into Chrome which makes it easier to access.
What do you dislike about the product?
1.5 in 10 contacts do not have numbers, and some contacts opt out but this cannot be mitigated so it is understandable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lack of target contact info is solved by the numbers and emails Zoominfo provides. This saves me tons of time in building call sheets and dialing through a company's main reception/switchboard.

It's quite user friendly and customizable as well as much efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
No dislikes till now, it's just doing great. But improvement is the key.

Sales assistance, auto dialing issues, lead quality catering, sales engagement issues.
ZoomInfo Sales review
What do you like best about the product?
The speed at which I can build lists of prospect companies with potential decision makers including their contact information.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a daily user of both ZoomInfo Sales and ZoomInfo Engage, I can confidently say that my onboarding experience with Engage was far superior to my experience with ZoomInfo Sales. My Engage representative, Eli Greenstein, is always responsive and willing to help. I would rate my experience with Engage and Eli as an A+++.
However, my experience with ZoomInfo Sales has been much less satisfactory, and I would rate it as a D+ for the following reasons:
Ineffective Search Function in the help center: As business professionals, we rely on speed and efficiency, but the search feature in ZoomInfo's help center are frustrating. It only works well if I already know the exact terminology or naming conventions ZoomInfo uses for the information I’m looking for. This makes self-service and finding how-to guides a cumbersome time sucking process. ZoomInfo should really reconsider the design of this search functionality.
Poor Customer Support: The customer service is lackluster at best. Email inquiries often take days, if not weeks, to get a response. When I do try calling the helpline, communication is typically difficult because of language barriers, and I often struggle to understand the representative, who likewise has trouble understanding me.
Challenging Onboarding: Once I figured out how to use ZoomInfo, the platform itself is quite useful. However, the initial onboarding experience was terrible. It was frustrating and difficult to get up to speed with the platform.

Getting past gatekeepers to access contact information for decision-makers is a key feature I love in ZoomInfo Sales. I also love the fact that Engage offers email tracking with open notifications, which is a standout feature. Additionally, my experience with Engage's onboarding and customer support was far superior to what I encountered with ZoomInfo Sales.
User-friendly intent tool
What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo Sales is an intuitive tool. It is easy to use and has decent filtering options to help you find the right prospects. The WebSights feature is also very helpful in identifying companies that are researching your company. Our account manager is very helpful, they have great resources online (both live webinars and self-paced courses), anyone can become a Zoominfo expert if they choose to be!
What do you dislike about the product?
Contact information is not always accurate, but people do change jobs frequently especially in the tech world. There is a NeverBounce option for email verification, but it should be built into the tool instead of being an add-on. There are other tools that use a "waterfall" approach to verify contact info, but they're not as user-friendly. Would love to see a waterfall approach built into Zoominfo - then it would be unstoppable!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo is one of the largest company databases, you can easily identify accounts and prospects that would be a good fit for your business.
ZoomInfo is a great sales lead tool that let's you drill down to the right contacts!

Cell phone numbers and emails! Correct info

NOTHING! Such a great platform, I see nothing but positives

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to find leads within seconds. ZoomInfo is easy to use. Their customer support is excellent and very prompt. I use this application everday.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the amount of numbers that are no longer in use but overall there are more legit numbers than useless ones.

ZoomInfo sales helps me find and locate leads for my business. ZoomInfo sales makes my job exponentially easier to perform.
Game changer
What do you like best about the product?
I sell a wide variety of products and services to mid-market accounts, and diversifying contacts and understanding org structure has always been one of the most challenging parts of my job. Zoominfo streamlines the process and makes me a more effective, productive, and happy sales person.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only complaint is that, naturally, the data isn't perfect. The occasional incorrect email, phone number or ex-emloyee showing as a current employee will slip into the mix.

Zoominfo radically simplifies the data gathering portion of my job, which can be one of the most tedious and fruitless parts of being a salesperson. By cutting down on the time it takes to understand and identify the people, companies, and markets to sell to- I have more time to focus on starting conversations and solving customer problems.

What do you like best about the product?
There is a lot that i like about Zoominfo but there is one this i like most is that personalization is quite easy using zoominfo and its really easy to implement and integrate with Salesforce and Linkedin as well with great customer support and with that amount of data it really don't take much time to load pages

There is nothing i dislike about zoominfo

Personalization, Accuracy, Filters a lot more which other software doesn't provide
How it eases me as an SDR and a Inbound sales agent.
What do you like best about the product?
As an SDR and an Inbound sales agent, what I like about Zoominfo sales the most is how it streamlines the lead generation process it provides accurate lead data.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't say that I don't like it but It's somehow overwhelming how many features there is in the ZoomInfo interface.

ZoomInfo address challenges in sales prospecting and lead generation. It solves plenty of the problems I'm facing, specially finding accurate and up to date contact information for decision-makerks, which helps me reach the right people faster without spending recessive effort on research.
