The Best Prospecting Tool

What do you like best about the product?
The information provided by Zoom Info is second to none in the corporate world. There is nothing like being able to call on new accounts and reach new people by having direct lines, emails, and locations. I tell my colleagues it is like cheating. For example the receptionist can many times be the gate keeper, with Zoom Info you have the ability to circumvent the receptionist. You can create a search, filter down to include direct lines/emails and you can then reach out to your contact directly. One last thing I did not yet mention is the support, throughout the entire sales cycle ZoomInfo has the support side of things nailed down.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I am being critical there are a few things that are bothersome but I know this is part of having such a large database. Sometimes it can be hard to find contacts in smaller companies, the information is not always accurate/up to date, and the price is very high.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cold calling efficiency and effectiveness. With ZoomInfo I can target a contact, tag/organize that contact and call/email them very quickly. Using my previous methods I had two options which was to call the front desk with a name of the website or social media or physically go there to drop off information. It is not only improving my efficiency but it is helping me get into accounts that I otherwise would not have.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If cold calling is a requirement by any means I strongly recommend this product.

Access to decision makers email, phone, address and LinkedIn.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the information is old , it is not able to be utilized when information is wrong

Benefits are having most information at my fingertips

What do you like best about the product?
I love how much information zoom info gives you from different companies as well as the contact info for each department. I use zoom info all the time to find new prospects and win more business

There is nothing I dislike on zoom it is very useful and I enjoy using it

Helps me reach out to the right person and also gives me info on the company and their competitors

Can't function without it

What do you like best about the product?
What I love the most about ZoomInfo is the accuracy. Not only do I have the most up-to-date direct phone number for my contacts, it also provides me with their email address.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some contacts who are new to the company may not show up immediately. Also, some employees that are no longer with the company may still appear as being employed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before ZoomInfo, I spent countless hours every day trying to find the right person to reach or their contact information-It was unsuccessful until I started using ZoomInfo. Not only does it save me time and effort, it's made me more efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use is the most distinguished feature of zoom info.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the search function, ie boolyeans on Zoominfo do not work as well, but it might be user error
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding the right contact info!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use ZoomInfo as a prospecting tool, as well as a tool for validation of given information. When prospecting, take advantage of the competitor tab.

What do you like best about the product?
The Reach tool and it's ease of use makes acquiring the correct content at the right time, possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be in accurate if you are not using the proper query
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can acquire contact quickly and dump it right into my hubspot tool - this really helps with being able to maximize my prospecting days. Also I really like the targeted list tool. Very helpful when constructing a marketing campaign

What do you like best about the product?
Lead generation has never been easier than it is with ZoomInfo. All of the data is easy to find and is up to date.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, ZoomInfo has only been helpful. There are some accounts that aren't completely up to date, but that is pretty rare.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo helps me hone in on my target list very easily with their detailed contact search features. They fact that they integrate with SalesForce makes it that much easier.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Info makes everything easy from when it comes to to finding a contact and their info to looking up a company. Zoom info has everything you will need to build up a lead list. Use Zoom info to create a lead list from all contact tat you can find under the companies name. This tool is great for sales to understand their business and what role they are in. This will help during your sale by tackling and understanding their pain points with in the organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Smaller companies aren't always set up with Zoom Info. Zoom info doesn't has a constant update so people will get fired and still be listed as a contact. Although it would be hard to do this since company's wouldn't send firing updates to zoom info.

finding the right decision maker is often a challenge in Sales. ZoomInfo makes that task much easier and allows also to identify the email.Use Zoom info to create a lead list from all contact tat you can find under the companies name.
