The amazing world of prospecting
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use, and the integration capabilities it offers with other systems. Zoominfo makes prospecting much more efficient for me and it gives me more time to create custom content for my prospects. Before using Zoominfo it would take me a whole day to create 10 leads, now I can create more than 25 leads per day with ease
What do you dislike about the product?
Everyone once and while data from similarly named organizations get mixed up. If I am prospecting in a certain region or state, data from other locations get mixed up with the region or state that I'm prospecting in
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo is helping me confirm the organizational structure and contact information for various companies.

What do you like best about the product?
The accuracy of contact information - Salesforce integration

a bit challenging to drill down on some fields
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prospecting to the right contact levels - My message getting to right people - Saving time - Salesforce integration
It is incredibly helpful daily, if not hourly.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the seamless integration to the other enablement applications that I use daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall there aren't any glaring issues. The one tiny bump is when zoominfo struggles to find a contact and then I do a manual search and find the person.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am constantly trying to find the right person to talk to. 9/10 times zoominfo delivers and makes sharing contacts across different platforms easy and quick.

If you need to find the right contact zoominfo will help. They go one step further and even show you the last time their info was active.

Exporting to excel. Think its important for companies who utilize excel to have a easy transition form zoom info to excel. its been very helpful to me and my peers. Especially when it gets difficult having locate a point of contact is not possible via phone/email. Also being able to get every form of communication is great ex; Phone, email and address. Its very helpful.

Your able to find business contacts and decision makers very easily. exporting contacts and business's to excel is important.

I like how many filters there are, as it assists me in finding the correct individual at the correct business.

I don't like how you need a specific number of credits to export information.

I'm able to pull a lot of information that makes reaching out to whitespace a lot easier.

What do you like best about the product?
Real contacts that are undated. No more asking for an employee who has dies or retired 10 years ago.You receive phone numbers, email addresses and their website. I enjoy being able to search for "IT" and get all the different associates. Because you get the contacts direct email, you are able to make immediate contact.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really have any dislikes. I'm able to get the information I need. I can think of a feature I need that I don't have. Sometimes there can be o phone number associated with an account, but that's rare.
Again, i dont know what i would do differently because everything I need as a tool or a good salesman needs as a tool is there.Maybe if you could see where an employee went to as teh new job that would help. but again Im very hppy.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to look at my current customers and find out their competition or prospects in that same vertical.I'm able to see a companies earnings a s a whole as a company. This alows me to skip over companies that don't have the revenue im looking for, Also, i can see new people vs veterans at locations.I also have reaped the benefits of calling someone wh is not therer and spoke with their replacement.

If you are tired of not knowing who to ask for, zoom will help you get to the right people.

The best thing about ZoomInfo is the fact that you can literally find any industry or any specific job title and search the people in your area that meet these qualifications.
What do you dislike about the product?
That some of the information may be out of date or be with previous companies or positions.

Ability to filter searches by geography, industry, and and job function; Access to direct phone numbers and email addresses

nothing that I can think of. I like all of the functionality I have used.

building more accurate prospecting lists; saving time

ZoomInfo has aided me in finding the correct person at companies to reach out to in order to better complete my job and save me time.
What do you dislike about the product?
For a company as big as mine, it can be hard when people use the same diplicates as you and people get annoyed that they are being contacted multiple times. I would like if they could automatically stop people from exporting duplicates into CRM systems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have not had any serious problems with ZoomInfo thus far. The benefits are tremendous in comparison though. I am able to find the correct email, phone, and address of practically any company that I can then reach out to. It makes my job much easier.
Great Product and Excellent Accuracy
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom offers a great variety of data for individual person searches as well as companies. It is very easy to navigate and select filters to narrow down search results. The support staff is always very helpful and timely on their responses as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the cost of the program, I feel that it is a little expensive, however the quality and quantity of data provided do make up for the cost. Some of the company names are hard to pinpoint on the Zoom platform, so it does take a few different tries to find the exact company I am looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has cut down a lot of time lead searching and data gathering for companies. I really enjoy saving time on exporting to excel because Zoom has an easy to use export function.

For others looking to use Zoominfo, I would recommend doing the research on the product and making the most out of the trial run in order to really see if it will be a good fit for a company.
