What do you like best about the product?
ZOominfo helps sales and marketing team in identifying the right contact and right company to sell, the buyer intent data is super useful
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes accuracy is the issue but they keep verfiying the details
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives us the right email id and cell numbers which help us in demand generation and lead nurturing

What do you like best about the product?
One of the standout features of ZoomInfo Sales is its comprehensive database, which provides detailed information on leads and prospects. This has greatly streamlined my daily tasks. This helps me identify qualified leads more efficiently.

Another thing I appreciate about ZoomInfo is it's user friendly interface. You get quick access to information without wasting time hunting for leads information.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, when I'm searching for leads on ZoomInfo Sales, I've noticed that the contact information provided for certain leads may be outdated. For instance, I might find a lead with an incorrect email address or phone number, which can be frustrating when trying to reach out to potential prospects. This inconsistency occasionally requires extra effort to verify contact details.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the problem of lead generation and prospect research by providing a comprehensive database of leads with detailed information. This benefits me by saving time and effort in the prospecting process, allowing me to quickly identify and connect with qualified leads. Additionally, its user-friendly interface streamlines my workflow, making it easier to access the information whenever I need.

What do you like best about the product?
Overall I like the Zoominfo sales. They offer a lot of capabilities and products, specializing in multiple areas. They provide continual acquisitions to improve their product and company. The accuracy of their contact data is pretty amazing. Integration with other CRMs I use is straightforward. They also have plenty of fun features and capabilities to choose from which helps with ease of use. I would highly recommend in investing with Zoom Info as an over sales tool. I could'nt imagine going about my work day without using this tool daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a very robust integration with Linkedin.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Accuracy of employee data.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo is one of my go-to prospect tools in SaaS. I love the information you are able to pull and it really helps me get in touch with the right contacts on the right channells. Very easy to push over that data too to other systems like Salesforce, or Outreach for my follow ups.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I can think of at the moment. It does a fantastic job. I'd love to see a feature where the contact information you are pulling has been verified by an as of date, but understand that might take a lot of work too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me find the right phone numbers for my prospecitng efforts. Often times I don't have a direct line to my prospects and this is helping bridge that gap by providing relevant contact information that has enabled me to get in touch with my prospects.

ZoomInfo for sales has not only met but exceeded my expectations on every front, earning its place as an indispensable asset in my professional toolkit.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside to ZoomInfo Sales is the amount of other users grabbing access to it and the accuracy of information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to see so much information, in a glance. I'm able to find out contact information on employees and most importantly which companies are raising their hands to buy what you sell.

It is easier to find out who you need to talk to at a company. You can also find other companies that are similar to your customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Downsides is that it is based on credits an so you can blow through those.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can filter and narrow down from hundreds of thousands of contacts to dozens. I need specific cell phone numbers of decision-makers in the manufacturing industry. I can find these for my sales team members and my marketing purposes with a few strokes of the keyboard. With the provided tutorials and support, the platform is easy to use. When you combine the power of ZoomInfo sales with LinkedIn and Google, you become an unstoppable sales force. Also, I have never waited more than a few minutes for customer support with Zoominfo, even on a weekend.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the app was a little more user-friendly. I think it is becoming more useful with updates but I try to use it frequently and will switch back to the site most times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding accurate decision-maker contacts quickly. Formulating lists of leads and contacts to give to sales members for cold calling and email campaigns. These are the lifeblood of our corporation. Without ZoomInfo our sales profits and brand recognition would suffer greatly.

What do you like best about the product?
The thing I like most about ZoomInfo is the ability to quickly gather info on customers and prospects via LinkedIn - this tool saves so much time in my day to day and helps me getting relevant and up to date information to better prospect and reach out to customers.

Sometimes the info isn't available which is always frustrating

What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo is the market leader for phone numbers and contact emails. It's easy to use and can be connected to your CRM. I use Zoominfo everyday.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides I can think of. Sometimes export rules aren't in line with what I would prefer, but that is an admin task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me get specific contact data. The websights feature is nice and I use that as an intent signal in my outbound process.
