How the data downloads into my enterprise CRM. Very cumbersome

Getting the most up to date phone number and email.

Sometimes the data is out of date and not helpful.

ZoomInfo helps me get customer contact info.

What do you like best about the product?
I've been looking up information with a phone number only and am getting a lot of hits on accurate contacts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Still very happy with the database. Have yet to find a downside.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The best benefit I have found is all of the cell phone #s for top executives in ZoomInfo. As we know, secretaries can be gatekeepers, messages left in general voicemails aren't passed along, and many executive's direct lines are impossible to get to. People answer their cell phones and listen- plus, texting is a great tool to let someone know why you are calling.

ZoomInfo has email addresses that are legit and work! Can't get through with a phone call, send an introductory email.

What do you like best about the product?
Data accuracy is of the utmost importance when working a lead list, Zoom prides themselves in maintaining data validity.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have been 100% satisified with the services that are provided!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pulling lead list from Zoom eliminates the uncertainity of your contacts when making cold calls.

Solid tool for contact and company research

What do you like best about the product?
It provides my organization a single source of truth on account data that helps standardize data elements to conduct our marketing and sales efforts from.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think there are downsides but like any data provider - consistency and accuracy are key.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A central repository for data to determine if an account fits our ICP criteria and a solid integration point with our Salesforce CRM to update missing data and correct bad data points.

The ability to find people easily and quickly. The Intent feature is invaluable, to help you find businessess that are insterested in your Company!
What do you dislike about the product?
Some limitaitons on the app, like Intent.

Lack of information on prospects. I can find people email or cell#'s easily.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only think I would change is that I would like to have a Management account (Admin Seat) to manage all profiles, monthly credits and lists in my company wothout me having to pay for my user bennefits (User Seat) since I do not fully use the features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo is a valuable tool for sales teams. It helps find new customers, prioritize leads, and improve sales efficiency. This leads to increased revenue and productivity.

What do you like best about the product?
Using ZoomInfo Sales and Engage is a huge help in my day to day sales tasks as well my sales campaigns. It provides direct emails and contact numbers, as well as beneficial company information, that makes outreach much easier and more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
When using ZoomInfo Sales, exporting contacts to Engage (or our existing CRM) and updating them if they are incorrect, can at times be a bit challenging. However, any time that I need assistance or tips to improve how I am using the platform, our Zoom contact for support is easy to reach and there to help when I reach out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing us with the direct contact information needed for my outreach. prospecting and campaign while also allowing email campaign tracking and email templates is a big benefit

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, integrations into the likes of Sales Nav, LinkedIn and also CRM! To be able to quickly gain insight, contact details and other useful statistics, buyer intent, webvisits it's brilliant, Saves me multiple hours in each day!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a dislike persay, there's so many features that i've not even explored yet, all that i'm sure add great value in their own right!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time researching, creating prospecting lists allowing me time to hit out bound prospecting sessions harder and with information under my nose.

The ability to gain contact details, specifically telephone numbers, Prospecting has always and always will work better over the phone or in person
