A must have tool
What do you like best about the product?
First it integrates with LinkedIn which is insane. Then the interface is easy to use and almost fun. The filters are probably the best part though.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn’t anything that I can think of that I don’t like

One of the better tools I have been able to use and I highly recommend this to everyone that needs something like this in their company.

With the search features that allow you to even filter out a ton of stuff it makes it really easy to navigate a large database. This has really helped out company out and saved us a lot of time.

You really cant beat the advantage this tool gives you and your company. I recommend it to everyone I meet.

Love the integration into SFDC - makes it super easy update contact, and find info.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not as familiar with actually being inside of the full zoominfo as I mainly just use in SFDC. It is a little confusing but probably only because I have not been trained on it.

Buy it! It is a lifesaver
Easy to use, and has the contact data needed

Took about two minutes to learn. Easy to search and find what is needed. Easy to export as well.

Not all companies are present, keep working on that.

Time savings. It takes time to find a contact and phone, this makes it easy.
Great for cold calling and mass emailing
What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo is awesome! It provides you with direct lines and email address for many contacts. It is especially useful when cold calling and you may know what department or title but you don’t know the person or have their contact info.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some times the information is out of date, even when you you limit the update to 6months or less.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have benefited from zoominfo by getting in contact with the right person, whether it be an email or direct line to a c-level where I would never have gotten through the gate keeper
I absolutely love Zoominfo, and could not do my job without it.

It allows my to easily find the right prospects with all their useful information and quickly export them so that I can contact them with relevant ideas immediately.

I really don't have any complaints. Sometimes the less-important company information, like revenue or company size, is slightly off, but the contact information is spot-on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have quadrupled the number of sales meetings I've gotten since switching from LinkedIn Sales Navigator to Zoominfo.
The problems I'm solving are how to find prospects who are in my target market who would be interested in my product. Zoominfo allows me to find those prospects in seconds.

DiscoverOrg has been extremely helpful in prospecting for my initial sale calls and emails.
What do you like best about the product?
The Org Charts have been nice to use when trying to understand the hierarchy in prospective companies.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, it is difficult in finding smaller companies or subsidiaries. The corp hierarchy is better now but still hard to find some companies.

Capturing contact info and understanding what technologies are being used by companies.
ZoomInfo Gives Me A Prospecting Edge
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can cut through some of the gatekeepers and find decision makers. The interface is easy to use and puts all the necessary filters front and center...no hunting around just to get your 1.5 million results scaled down. I like that I am always fairly confident that I can find at least one person from the company I am prospecting on ZoomInfo. The ReachOut integration is a nice touch when I am browsing LinkedIn.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could change some of the default settings (ie make my home market the default search market). This may very well be possible, but it might be helpful to have it as a highly visible feature during the first few uses). Occasionally there will be no contact information or severely outdated contact info. Not ZoomInfo's fault, necessarily, but still a little irksome when it happens.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving the aforementioned issue of needing to navigate around gatekeepers. I don't think that I have any specific sales just because of ZoomInfo (I still have to know what to say once I reach the decision makers!) but I am certainly more confident that I have the right person when I call. It is nice to be able to search by job type and find a lot of the same roles to reach out to.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give them a call and see if you can get a seven day trial. I used it and was blown away by how much information I was able to glean on new prospects.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the easy ability to find emails and names/titles as well as locations (based on territory we cover). Very easy to tag and group possible leads
What do you dislike about the product?
A bit busy on the screen at any given time (a lot going on), which can sometimes be overwhelming but overall is good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving the problem of building up an effective sales pipeline. Also creating heirarchy for potential of leads
