What do you like best about the product?
Ive used a lot of information sites and this is the best one. Has a lot of direct lines and also accurate email addresses.
What do you dislike about the product?
The locked profiles - we are targeting people outside of traditional technology roles.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
DiscoverOrg helps me confirm a prospects position, it helps me verify the company's revenue, and allows me to find appropriate contacts in aligning departments.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the information is not up to date, so I check the data I find on DiscoverOrg and cross reference it with LinkedIn or Google. I've even attempted to contact some people that I find out no longer work at the company and can't be found in the directory.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have received vital information to form my pipeline, it is beneficial for finding potential leads and for understanding import industry specific details.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Develop a process for the use of DiscoverOrg, once you establish a process it makes prospecting much easier. It is an endless hole of information, and I really appreciate its easy to use platform.

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite thing about the software are the opp alerts and scoops. It provides a conversation starter
What do you dislike about the product?
The opp alerts sometimes list contacts who aren't relevant
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not haveing the right suite for the market you want to go after is challenging. Make sure you know your audience before signing up for a level of contacts

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to filter across name, company, and title makes finding the right people that much easier. Additionally, the contact information pulled, including the address they operate out of is scary accurate. More times than not the numbers direct right to the desk of the person I need to reach, which saves me countless hours trying to get around front desk staff and admin assistants.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't say I have found a single thing wrong with the program. Some data might be dated and people may have left the organization, but the numbers almost always direct to their replacement which is just as good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides me with the ability to find the decision makers within an organization and access to their email and direct lines so I can start having the right conversations that much faster. Half the battle is not only tracking down the people by name, but also finding their information and the best ways to get in front of them. This has saved me countless hours tracking down leads and following name trails. The product is vital to my daily/weekly/monthly process.

Implement into Bullhorn- that is the staffing CRM we use

What do you like best about the product?
I use DiscoverOrg multiple times during the day to verify contact information and strategically identify best contacts so that I can avoid contact fatigue of my customers. I have had only positive experiences requesting research to increase the depth or accuracy of contact details.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am surprised at the price of a limited license. It only makes sense to pay for contacts within my specified industry, but I often run into "locked" content that I would expect to be included in the license I have access to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Understanding the Org Chart of my customers allows me to know exactly which solutions to initially offer, based on their defined role and responsibilities.
Scoops/Intelligence has been a pleasant surprise helping to summarize the news and changes in an org.

It is absolutely worth the investment

What do you like best about the product?
I love how I am able to save all of my most used searches, and even set up notifications form those searches. I reach out to specific targets daily from those notifications.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's been a little difficult to learn how to use the tool. I am sure I'm still not using it to the full potential.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using Discover Org for the most current information on all of my contacts. I am able to reach any more of my contacts than before.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take your time and watch the tutorials. They really help.

What do you like best about the product?
The interface of DiscoverOrg makes it easier to efficiently search for companies and employees at a high level.
What do you dislike about the product?
If there were more ways to filter such as by technology, city and distance, it would make searching even better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to access means of contact with companies that I otherwise would not have been able to. The ability to use the DiscoverOrg on a daily basis has made my day to day more productive and ultimately successful.

I would absolutely recommend using DiscoverOrg. The contact information is accurate, the use is extremely easy and it greatly impacts your daily work in a positive manner,

What do you like best about the product?
DiscoverOrg is a short time has helped grow our database 3x over with quality contact information. It's allowed us to better understand new business targets and learn more about our accounts. It's help narrow our target funnel and improve client relationships.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far! DiscoverOrg has meet and exceeded my expectations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are getting to opportunities before its too late. We have increased our brand awareness with an improved database and are more aware of client's organization structure.

What do you like best about the product?
These days, prospecting best defined as “adding value to those who are not yet our customers”. DiscoverOrg allows me to do that value-addition meaningfully, with relevance and impact. Its integration with Salesforce, and the ability to download contact details, is invaluable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can’t think of anything I dislike. It does its job exceedingly well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My prospecting work and follow-up has greatly improved, and OTG dramatically improved results.

Get it!! Modern sales is very difficult without it!!
