Extremely robust, can access a lot of info
What do you like best about the product?
Like the title says, DiscoverOrg is extremely robust. You can search from a wide range of criteria all the way down to funding (and filter it even further by time), technologies used, industries, etc. I think what sets DiscoverOrg apart from their competitors is their "Scoops" section where you're able to set alerts (based on a customized criteria that you make) about certain things that happen with the prospect. Their integration with SFDC is amazingly helpful as well
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say training was a little lacking. I still find it semi-difficult to navigate the platform and understand the relationship between account lists, prospecting lists, scoops list, etc. Natively on discoverorg you're not able to click out directly to Salesforce (you can in the SFDC app, but the app doesn't have all the features/functionality of the native one). Ive been able to make DiscoverOrg work for me, but I feel I'm not using it to it's full capacity because of lack of onboarding/training/how robust it can be

Saves you a ton of time on prospecting
Easy to use, invaluable for data, and vital for businesses

What do you like best about the product?
Discoverorg is extremely easy to use. I am able to do research on prospective companies and find key information that allows me to take actionable steps in my sales process. A lot of which I wouldn't be able to do without it.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes the scoop information can be incorrect
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows me to find the right contacts for companies I am prospecting. It also provides 'scoops' and industry news that are relevant to the solutions my company provides.

What do you like best about the product?
this is one of the best prospecting and account building tools . I never knew it existed until I started at my new company, and I'm thoroughly impressed. Not only that, but if a contcat doesn't exist, you can simply request it and within a few hours they come back to you and add it!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes loads slow in Salesforce, also sometimes hard to find the right subsidiary .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
trying to build out new contacts and accounts.
Nothing short of Excellent!
What do you like best about the product?
Some of the most valuable data and contacts have come from this system and we have enjoyed such correct information. An enormous amount of business has been generated due to the validity of the contacts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are hiccups but they can be easily fixed by contacting DiscoverOrg.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The amount of leads our company has generated is unheard of in our industry!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give it a test run and look into it a little more to actually see if it is worth your money. It is something that will cost you a good chunk but it is more than worth it if you are looking to improve your leads.

Being able to access the correct info!!!
What do you dislike about the product?
It does not have all direct contact information- email/phone number.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I been able to get in contact with the correct contact within the organizations- making it easier to start a conversation and discuss our offer.
Great Interface with Large Database!
What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo has a huge database with accurate information making it very easy to find the people you are looking for.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can take longer than expected to load.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Updating contact information in Salesforce.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Very easy to use, can start using the first day you get your login credentials.
ZoomInfo is a great time saving tool.
What do you like best about the product?
Use ZoomInfo with Salesforce and Chrome, the interface is helpful to seamlessly move information from ZoomInfo to Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this point I have no issues with ZoomInfo
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The amount of time it saves on the research of leads is massive. Some of our lead list will have a contact but we are usually looking for the assistant to the President or CEO and with ZoomInfo it makes it easy to find the correct person on most accounts.

You should have started using it yesterday!!
In general the information let us reach the right person, or at least, the person next to him/her

I appreciate when I see emails addresses, and the best, mobile phones
What do you dislike about the product?
When I need to refresh the page to get new data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to find several professionals into a same organization, so that I can figure out who they are, accesing LinkedIn profiles to confirm the data and move ahead easily and faster then go to another tool.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Need to do double check when using phone numbers... sometimes they changed, as well, emails, because the person is no longer working to that Company.
get for prospecting new clients and getting an idea of what the company does and employee count

not every company can found in zoom and you will have look somewhere else
