What do you like best about the product?
User friendly operation and Generative AI to make the user experience smooth.

Nothing to dislike about it, it's the best yet explored.

Sales assistance using AI, Email tracking for smooth marketing campaigns, Lead capturing and nurturing.
Excellent Sales Team and A High Value Investment
What do you like best about the product?
My Sales rep Joe Contento was instrunmental in getting us ZI right when we needed it most. The tool it's self has yeilded multiple high value contacts and insights for our business. My sales team loves the AI features and functionality. We would love to see further integration into the PipeDrive CRM but overall we are very happy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Need better cross platform functionality with PipeDrive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are finding motivated leads when we need them.

Lead management and nurturing at its best, appears very user-friendly and highly integrated with a multitude of features.

Dislikes are a myth for ZoomInfo, it has no flaws.

Auto dialing without any restrictions, lead intelligence with Generative AI ROI forecasting.

What do you like best about the product?
This platform provides information that we didn't have easy access to before. The helpdesk has been supportive. Customer account team has been very helpful with trying to figure out our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the filters can be hard to use due to the type of industry we are in. We are a unique industry so figuring out how to manipulate the filters hasn’t been easy. Sometimes the data is wrong or outdated but can’t be corrected with a suggestion update.

Access to information for contacts and phone numbers.

What do you like best about the product?
Its been around few years of using the B2B data enrichment process Software wherein i can manage my sales team and providing good inputs of mine to improvise the skills of my sales team.
What do you dislike about the product?
everything is good but, sometimes the data which is being received by me was not appropriate and not even as fresh as i want. They may be consumed by someone before sharing with me. Data Enrichment is cruicial thing which you needs to maintain guys.

Zoominfo Sales should also integrate with othe sales intelligence tool such as Gong

Zoominfo is souricing the account intelligence data which solves the issue of market outreach

What do you like best about the product?
It's having auto dialer and AI featured which can be customized as per needs. Not much training required to use.

Nothing here to dislike for. It's just a wow service.

What do you like best about the product?
In today's world, people rarely answer their phones so my team was having difficulty getting in touch with their target companies. ZoiomInfo not only provides a good email but in many cases a mobile number.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform due to all the items it loads om the Home page can be slow in loading but the the reachout function works great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
GIves me the data I need to keep my CRM updated and the correct details to help me make revenue numbers for new business.

The Ultimate Prospecting Tool
What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo has definitely helped me turn my sales career around here at Lumen. Struggles from the past trying to find decsion makers and their information has been completely eliminated. Also, one of my favorite new tools to use is the intent tab. I have found that it allows me to reach out to those decision makers that are in a "buying mode" and reach out to them directly from the information provided.
What do you dislike about the product?
My biggest con would be that when selecting several contacts on list that I curate, would be the ability to only select 25 contacts at a time. Also, the limitation of only being able to export 1k contacts at time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom helps me identify decsion makers in a quick and timely manner. Also the plugin for Google Chrome takes things another step with it being there on the side and readily available to provide me with information about the company that I am viewing.
