Excellent platform for enhancing sales workflows
What do you like best about the product?
Very strong software platform that's powerful and easy to use, robust data, super fast support, and easy access to data "concierges" where I can suggest clean ups to data that then happen in 48 hours or less
What do you dislike about the product?
Data isn't always the best or complete, technographics could be more robust

Having a database and the advanced searches is great.

The saved searches and daily alerts, integration with Pipedrive for exporting.

A good amount of the contacts are outdated.

Being able to gather accurate information, to improve our outbound motion.

At times it can be slower to update, but besides that its been a great experience.

Finding and gathering accurate information on individals for us to reach out and get in contact with them. Benefits us in being able to now accurately reach out to potential customers.

I love using zoominfo bc of the valuable intent data, advanced data search, and the accurate business/contact inforamtion provided to me.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I had to say something I dislike, it would be the interface and filtering options could be better.

Helps me prospect for new clients quickly and efficiently and most of the information has been accurate which saves me time from doing research
Great tool for Sales Development
What do you like best about the product?
The access to contacts and ease of use. I wish it was a bit more snappy though.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the information is innaccurate.

Finding leads for sales and this allows us to connect with your customers faster.
Decent Data and Useful AI
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part of ZoomInfo has to be all the new features they're rolling out that utilize AI. I use ZoomInfo on a daily basis, and my search time has been cut in half, if not more, with their new buyer group AI function.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've found there to be some frustrating data within the platform, but that will be the same almost anywhere you go. I've called into accounts who say the contact I found using ZoomInfo hasn't worked there in 15+ years, which is quite impressive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo makes it a lot easier to find great conatcts, and I use their weekly reporting to try and find heat traces in my territory from online keywords. This help me find warmer leads which has lead to more meetings booked.
Very useful, time saver, mostly reliable
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of access with chrome extention, how quickly the information loads and the ability to use zoominfo seemlessly with other softwares.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the info is not accurate. I will find other sources online that are more current than zoom info's information. however this only happens about 15% of the time
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding contact infomation for potential leads, this shortens the time that I would have to scrub the internet for a phone number or email allowing me easy access with a "Z" icon on any tab I am viewing on google chrome.

I enjoy how it was easily implemated, and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
More customer support would be good, as well as additonal training for the number of features.

With the AI assistance I am able to pin point great talking points with my customers.

ZoomInfo makes it easier to find the correct email address to introduce myself and my company. This is very effective and saves me a lot of time.
