Zoominfo is a prospecting gamechanger!
What do you like best about the product?
It provides up-to-date contact information, including direct phone numbers, emails, and even LinkedIn profiles, which makes reaching key decision-makers easier and faster. The Zoominfo team has been wonderful to work with, especially Devin Crory and Jake Thongsythavong!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far! The platform has been easy to navigate and the training has been great!

integration with salesforce is awesome and saves me a lot of time

data is not great in certain countries like malaysia and vietnam and thailand

i need to find contact information of prospects for coldcalling purposes, zoominfo has a convenient database for most of the accounts i want to target

Zoominfo Intent and Scoops.Which helps us to identify right accounts for Sales support

Zoominfo has 70% data accuracy which some times tough to get right phone number and email id.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting to the right contact at right time. We can integrated through API to SFDC and we can fully automate it for Sales Reps.

What do you like best about the product?
The accuracy of the information provided on contacts/ leads is second to none. When I have an email but not direct number for a contact I just drop it into zoominfo and 9/10 times its in there.
When im trying to find new contacts for an account it gives me plenty of options for contacts and easily exports to the CRM or excel

What do you dislike about the product?
The abiltiy to import leads to the CRM sometimes leaves a few out when exporting large lists. I do like how it informs you of which ones it cannot export and the reason why but it would be great if it automatically exported to excel instead.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo bridges the gap on those accounts that would otherwise be closed out as no obtainable contacts. It allows me to get in 5x more conversations than what it would without it.
It also whens when Im build out large contact lists.
The intent data does give some direction on which account are open to engaging with us.

So easy to research customers for sales. I use it every day, has so many features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes not accurate on who the connections at the company may be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me filter customer intent in Saleforce and the workers at that company I will target.

none really, every once in a while i'll have to reboot but not often

I often get inquiries with no company name or phone number, only an email. Zoom info will often help me identify the company

What do you like best about the product?
The amount of data that is available. There are many contacts with titles for most records. Makes it so easy to get to who you want to contact.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the data is out of date. But zoom info is really good about making updates and revisions as needed and you can report those and it gets fixed pretty quick.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting to the right person in a specific company is sometimes challenging. Zoominfo really limits that frustration. It's a game changer.

I love the fact that I'm able to find valid phone numbers and emails for people that check out my company without leaving some wya to reach out. I use Zoominfo on a daily basis for my work needs and haven't had any experiences where it's been inaccessible.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are certain instances where someone will be attached to an old employer or they will have a similar name so it routes a bit strange in the pull out that pops up on the screen.
