What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use to find contact information and relevant news/info on companies.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be slow in your browser.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It quickly provides us with quality contact information and relevant information & news on companies so that we can stay up to speed on who to outreach, when.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is user-friendly, and the customer support team is responsive and knowledgeable, always ready to assist with any questions or issues. Highly recommend to any sales team looking to up their game!
What do you dislike about the product?
System appears to rely heavily on LinkedIn so some contact information or company details may occasionally be outdated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It generally provides comprehensive and accurate contact information and can notify users when someone is actually looking for their services creating warm lead opportunities.

What do you like best about the product?
The new thing which zoominfo has done is building the AI model, which predicts the confirmed and right email address of the prospect
What do you dislike about the product?
Looks like they are on the journey of building monopoly, happy for it, keep growing and keep building amazing platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Couple of problems have been solved from the day we have started using Zoominfo:

- too much dependency on Linkedin
-Calling rate has been increased
-Email marketing improvised

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about ZoomInfo Sales is its ability to empower sales teams with accurate and comprehensive data, leading to more efficient prospecting and ultimately, increased sales success. It's like having a secret weapon that helps you find the right contacts, personalize your outreach, and close more deals. I'm particularly impressed by its powerful search functionality and integrations with other tools, which streamline workflows and boost productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
Other than being a bit pricey, nothing much to be honest
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping with accurate data which in turn increases my productivity and revenue.

Best Tool of Its Kind

What do you like best about the product?
I have used Zoominfo Sales in most of my sales roles, it syncs perfectly with either Salesforce or Hubspot (I have used both) and is an invaluable tool in the sales world. If you are trying to bulid a list of prospects, it has excellent list building capabilities. You can dial way in on the type of company you want to target and the types of individuals within those companies that would be the most ideal to connect with. In addition to building out lead lists, you can search for specific companies and look at all of the individuals that Zoominfo has contact info for at those companies. Also, with the chrome extension, you can visit a website of a company you may be considering targeting and with a click you can see if there is a Zoominfo record associated with the website you are viewing. And lastly, you can export any company or contact right into your CRM with a few clicks. This both saves you time from needing to build records from scratch and it populates additional company info into your CRM record for a more complete company profile.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main issue that I run into is often the phone numbers and contact info is outdated. I know Zoominfo is pulling data from a multitude of sources on a regular basis to try and keep their info up to date, but even with these efforts, too often the info is incorrect. I don't believe any of Zoominfo's competitiors do this any better however, so it may be just something to be expected and accepted when using a business intel tool like zoominfo.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are two major issues or pain points that Zoominfo solves within our sales organization. the first is the need we have to identify and reach out to potential companies and contacts that could use our services. Just searching google for these companies is never going to get you the type of data that Zoominfo provides. We can find companies all over the United States that fit our ideal client profile and dive into who is in what role within these organizations and what their contact info is. Often there are cell phone numbers, direct lines and email addresses available that makes targeted outreach so much more effective. The other problem Zoominfo addresses is the tedious work required to manually create client records in our CRM. Of course there will always be data that needs to be manually put in, but anything that can be found in Zoominfo can be exported right into HubSpot or Salesforce, allowing for detailed records, in mass, to be added directly to prospecting pipelines allowing for more time to be spent dialing and emailing and not doing tedious data entry.

Exponentially Increases Efficiency

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo sales enables us to quickly prospect, find the contacts we need for our whitespace, and enrich the data we currently have in our CRM. It integrates seamlessly with HubSpot. Most importantly, the client success teams, training and account managers ensure the product is being used optimally. Their support system is a model for all tech companies. We were up and running in what seemed like a day, so there is little effort needed to get superficially started.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. We find the platform incredibly valuable.

Who should we be talking to, when should we be talking to them and how should we best engage?

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to find current, accurate contact information within a matter of moments
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there could be better filters, specifically in industries, to help weed out companies that aren't deemed prospect worthy inside things like WebSights and the like. More filters in Workflows, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives 0 excuses not to call, not to reach out, and not to make contact with prospects. It pushes accoutability to another level internally.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo Sales integrates superb with the salesforce crm tool, you can add intent topic such as "Digital Transformation" in the intent feature.. you can clean the existing list, enchance it, do quality check with existing data in the crm.

we are a big team and the one of things in the field which is useful for us while searching the data in excluding the DNC contacts as well DNC companies. you can customize the zoominfo

We just started using Chorus and it will take a bit of more work from them in the field where gong is already doing well

the performance is being improved after buying their license, the time taken to quickly research has been improvised

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo is a 1-stop shop for all relevant customer & prospecting intelligence. I use this everyday, throughout the day, to gain critical information on the companies I am speaking with. Using this platform, I am able to quickly digest a company's financial standing and current initiatives, build out an org chart to understand stakeholders and connect dots, and most recently take action on all this information for more informed outreach. The platform is simple yet powerful, intuitive yet thorough.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform can have slow load times given the amount of information it is processing. The contact information can be slightly out of date, because ZoomInfo takes the added step of verifying contacts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In sales, it is difficult to have reliable, actionable data on your accounts. ZoomInfo bridges this intelligence gap quickly and comprehensively, while providing an AI-powered platform to enable informed outreach.

ZoomInfo is one of the best dynamic B2B database and intelligence platforms available. It's intuitive and adapts to our company's needs, making it very user-friendly and easy to navigate. Overall, it's top of its class!

I wish I had the ability to simulataneously filter by Job function and title without having to choose one or the other
