Great Prospecting Tool!

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part of Zoominfo is the ease of use. It is very user friendly. The interface is great. I also like all the ways you can search. There are many filter options to narrow down searches. A lot of businesses have multiple locations and to be able to narrow them down takes a lot of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I have found that I dislike is some of the contacts do not have emails. This is why I use Zoominfo. Other than that I like everything else.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have spent much less time finding that appropriate contacts to reach out to.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use this as a prospecting tool to cut down on finding contacts!

What do you like best about the product?
I love how simple it is to access leads and our accurate the content is. I've never used a tool this detailed and user friendly for prospecting like ZoomInfo! The feature and ability to pull categories and zero it down to zip codes is truly amazing. I absolutely has changed our way of doing business. We have virtually cut out the gate keeper and are almost always getting to the person we need to speak with directly. Saves time, money and resources. Awesome tool and would recommend to all sales and marketing organizations.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be awesome to see if I've already viewed a lead as I'm prospecting. If it could be grayed out or maybe a checking system that show whats already been uploaded in the system and hasn't.

Also a search field within the lead it's self. Maybe there is already a tool feature for this, maybe not, but it would be helpful. Or someway to filter a specific title for a company. If this is an option, i would love to be contacted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Identifying direct contact info of potential clients. This gives me better access to potential decision makers. Also the amount of data is amazing! The ability to integrate to Salesforce cleanly is awesome. Makes life simple.

Fully integrate this product in your CRM. This makes the process more streamlined for you reps. Its simple and helps your team speed up the process.

Zoom Info - An Outstanding Lead Generation Tool

What do you like best about the product?
The data quality (email addresses and direct phone numbers) are excellent.

The website UX is great - intuitive, easy to use, and designed very well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much - the only challenge I have had is that there has been a lot of turnover at the Account Executive position for my account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding direct contact information for decision makers that I am looking to start a conversation with.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Keep using the product. It is far better than the alternatives that are out there.

I like being able to export a contact out of ZoomInfo directly into my CRM.

I wish the job functions were more granular.

What do you like best about the product?
Love the ease with the integration in SalesForce of leads. Absolutely a game-changer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Really nothing here to report - The look seems a little dated and could be a little less clunky with the UI, but by and large it works great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it very easy to find the right contacts at companies to build relationships with. All the info is current and complete from what I've seen thus far.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try it, like it, love it, live it.

What do you like best about the product?
The user interface and accuracy of the information. It's noticeably better than anything else I've used! One of the coolest features is that it will even show you what kind of software the company you're prospecting uses.
What do you dislike about the product?
At first it can be overwhelming, but after playing around with it a bit, it actually makes prospecting fairly exciting!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My prospecting time has been decreased. I don't have to hop from window to window confirming what the tool says compared to what LinkedIn says compared to what email validation says, etc., etc.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You want this. It's pricey, but boy is it impressive...

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that you can seearch for the exact type of person you are looking for and also it automatically pops up in my salesforce when i click on an account in my name. gives me so much more information than you can find online and way quicker for me to qualify leads.It also help update my salesforce by uploading it from Zoom Info
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far, it was a bit confusing as there is so much to learn. Great product and helps me make more money.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find it easier qualifies clients, provides a reason for the call as contains way more detailed information. It helps me get in front of the right people and often has a direct number to the person , instead of going through other people to get to the people I want to talk to. It also help update my salesforce by uploading it from Zoom Info

If you want your sales team to have more information , faster. this is for you

What do you like best about the product?
All the information is very accurate! I love the way it is laid out. The website is very simple and easy to use. I love that you can export a list of people and the import them right into SalesForce. This makes upload new leads easy and it only takes a couple of minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the user interface was more modern and simple. The website looks old. It is very easy to use but looks outdated. I also do not like the contact view limit of 2000. I also don't like that I can not see how many contacts I have viewed. There is really no way for me to know when I am getting close to the limit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Info is great at helping our company generate leads! I use Zoom Info almost every day! One benefit that Zoom Info has is they have so much information about people. You can get their direct phone, Email, and company phone. This makes reaching out to new people easy because you have so many ways.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Zoom Info offers a free trial. It is always worth trying I think. If your company is looking for a good way to generate new leads this is a great way to do that. The worst thing that can happen is you find great quality leads during your free trial that help your business. It is free, you have nothing to lose!

There's nothing to not like, but getting to my saved searches was a little challenging at first.

What do you like best about the product?
It provides pertinent information I need about companies for my job! It is definitely a one stop shop for me! I like that it has all of the companies in one large database.
What do you dislike about the product?
The search engine is sometimes fickle. I will put in what I think it is good search information and will not pull up the information I am looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is providing all of the information that I need in one central location, which is saves me so much time.

I think they should give it a try!
