Favorite prospecting tool
What do you like best about the product?
Research Request function and receiving a reply when my requests have been responded to.
What do you dislike about the product?
when I run out of research requests or need to purchase more data to access accounts

Prospecting- the data already provided by DiscoverOrg is very helpful
You cant SDR without this tool!

The amount of information it applies to prospecting. It makes cold calling much more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes information can be wrong. This is obviously going to happen when a database has so much information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cold calling the right contact. Making use of the SDR's valuable time. Also it doesn't waste a potential prospects time with more emails than they need to receive.

What do you like best about the product?
Love being able to verify emails and find direct dials. Finding how company org chart is structured and being able to filter by title, role, etc. is huge
What do you dislike about the product?
Biggest issue so far has been incorrect mobile numbers. Some contacts don't have emails, occasionally employee will no longer work there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gives me the best opportunity to find out who to target. Can build out accounts so much easier and faster than with other tools

If you have a sales or service team that does a lot of prospecting into new accounts you have to give them this tool if you want them to be successful

The ease of use. Discover Org is extremely user friendly.

Sometimes there are unviewable contacts that I would think would be under the data package that we have purchased.

Discover Org drastically cut the time our sales team uses to obtain contact information.

Absolutely worth the money. It paid for itself multiple times over already in our first year.

I love the tracking feature when sending emails! This saves me a ton of time when trying to find out where to focus my time.

I wish you could delete failed emails in bulk.

Understand which companies are receptive to my email outreach. Contacts that are opening my emails means that I should focus my time more on them.
ZoomInfo Quintessential Tool For Contact Research
What do you like best about the product?
The breath of coverage globally of both contact information and company information was, for me, the best aspect of this data base. That and the chrome plugin make ZoomInfo an amazing resource.
What do you dislike about the product?
The company information page could be more detailed, and I noticed that often the "employee headcount" number was inaccurate for the type of companies I was researching.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am doing multiple types of marketing, and business development research. It is very useful in my work to have the direct contact information of so many C-Level executives just a click away, as well as to have a company profile so easily accessible.

I recommend this tool if you are looking for a service that has a great base of coverage and access to contact information for a staggering amount of professionals.
