What do you like best about the product?
Call recordings are great! Email tracking system is top.
What do you dislike about the product?
Chrome extension causing salesforce to lock up.

Automated sales flows are a time saver.

What do you like best about the product?
It's a great tool to help track all of my emails by syncing with my customers on our CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometime the hot keys can make it hard to type in Tellwise. That's the only issue I've run into with using Tellwise
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tellwise has helped me increase productivity in reaching out to multiple customers and automatically adding notes to their cases. Also tracking my calls, I can populate the note field and it will automatically upload into file. It's a great tool so you don't need to reenter information again and again.

What do you like best about the product?
the simplicity of it and the fact that it keeps me organized and saves me at least 2-3 hrs per day!
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing as of right now. I use it daily and cannot say anything bad or inconvenient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love the fact that it is linked with Salesforce so that I can quickly and efficiently manage all of my leads, contacts and accounts. Also, love when I see that my email was opened and read :)
Recommendations to others considering the product:
GOTTA USE IT!!! saves time, simple and assist greatly in organizational and time management skills.

What do you like best about the product?
I use DiscoverOrg every single day in order to find prospects and get people on the phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the phone numbers are incorrect
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to reach several people in each department. Sometimes when a person leaves a company, we are stuck trying to find who to reach out to. DiscoverOrg makes it easier to find more people to speak with in an organization.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This tool is incredibly useful. As a sales professional, it allows me to create targeted lists for prospecting.

What do you like best about the product?
Accurate data and easy to sort specific, targeted lists on companies in every industry but category. Improves ability to prospect effectively. Best tool for garnering information on companies in the industry. Great training and easy to use the system.
What do you dislike about the product?
When landing on page can't navigate with back button, must open new browser and copy page which is cumbersome. Search doesn't always yield results when typing in company if not an exact match.Data at times can be skewed if company is a subsidiary of another company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Able to create prospect lists and facilitate rapid pursuit of targeted companies very easily. Able to verify correct contact within company for real estate or higher level to go around if not responding. Specific categories withing various industries that makes searching optimized by being specific.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Zoominfo has recently been acquired by Discoveryorg.com, which is the perfect compliment to this company, making it a prospecting juggernaut. In another month, both will merge and the data available for purchasing and other areas will be doubled. This will give a powerful tool in the battlefield of prospecting! If prospecting data is your game then play with the best equipment possible-ZOOMINFO!

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to navigate and that you can create tags and lists. It makes searching for people extremely simple and the information is all very accurate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really to dislike other than maybe the price. It is expensive but worth the investment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to canvas a large amount of people and I can get as specific as I need in order to refine searches.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Zoominfo is a great product! Easy to use and has up to date detailed information.

What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive user interface! The interface is extremely easy to navigate and creating/exporting leads from ZoomInfo was a breeze compared to prior products we've used. Creating the lists of contacts is easy and the implementation was easy. Utilizing the product was easy without training for those who were unable to attend such as myself.
What do you dislike about the product?
Filters are a bit confusing, Currently, you are able to utilize location and zip code but the zip code does not get filtered out. It would be easier if you were able to filter down to granular levels without having the option of inputting both location and zip code of the area you are searching for. This will help reduce any confusion when creating a list of companies and contacts. This was the first confusion that I had during the initial attempt.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding contacts with the right department has been critical to the improvement of my business. We are able to create a credible conversation from the beginning to the end by having the right contact within each company. ZoomInfo has provided that.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Utilize all the info available to you. There is a ton of information about current companies and who to contact. That kind of information ins invaluable to any industry.

The much-loved integrations are sometimes tedious to set up.

Top Contact software hands down

What do you like best about the product?
Love the plug in ability while using Google Chrome to see immediately who the best person to contact is. Also love the ability to upload my own list and cross ref it with zoom inf, to take out the older contacts and email and phone numbers
What do you dislike about the product?
only downfall for me is the fact that i cant narrow it down to exact revenues or at least more options, such as the 20 mil then jumps to say 50mil, would like the ability to narrow it down a little more like say by 5 million at a time?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding the correct contacts to reach out to, has more up to date info then any thing i have used before, one of the greatest benefits is the fact that i can use on the fly while I google something, and also I can upload my own lists through Zoom and compare them
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would say give this a try, Hands down best I have used in my 20 plus years of using contact database software
