Getting the most out of your buck!

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I feel confident that the contacts that I call, email, and visit are 100% qualified. I know the information is accurate and spot on!
What do you dislike about the product?
I really don't like that I barely speak to the contacts I reach out too. I am either leaving a message or emailing a contact. This has nothing to do with Discover org but more of a time issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving the problem of finding new contacts and industries to market too. I now have thousands of contacts and companies to go after. I don't have to just rely on LinkedIn any longer.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a great product! The quality of leads, the custmer service support, The emails and calls to make sure that one is understanding the product are amazing.

What do you like best about the product?
The depth of each account is tremendous. Kudos to the DOrg Team. I use the tool daily and the phone numbers are the best feature. A biz dev dream!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing!!! this platform is the best on the market. highly recommend
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to contact and secure meetings with the correct folks at our target companies. Additionally, the plug-in and compatibility with OutReach is truly magical!

Must have. If you want to get the right people to work with your business. You need it!

What do you like best about the product?
The auto search for businesses is easy to use and the portal is user friendly. The contact information is usually correct. Exporting a customer list is also easy to do. I use the advanced search options to navigate and get the correct contact information for each one of my regional directors. We have specific advanced searches to contact specific industries. I would have to do this search individually for each company if I didn't have discoverorg and that would take forever.
What do you dislike about the product?
Once I'm in the company directory. If I go into a specific person information, I have to retype my keyword "security" to find the same list of contacts within the company directory.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm finding more valid contacts than just doing the research by myself. I use the advanced search options to navigate and get the correct contact information for each one of my regional directors. We have specific advanced searches to contact specific industries. I would have to do this search individually for each company if I didn't have discoverorg and that would take forever. This is beneficial because it cuts down on time. If I didn't have discoverorg, I wouldn't know where to go for contact information. I would need to google search each company and cold call each person and work my way up the corporate latter till I found the correct contact. This would take massive amount of time and time is money in my industry.

What do you like best about the product?
Discoverorg is one of the best tools to find the latest contacts, projects, and information for prospecting. I highly recommend this solution and is a must-have for Sales organizations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was an org chart that you create in the tool and pull from.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to find contacts and layouts of an organization, most of the information is up to date.

What do you like best about the product?
Direct contact information, Searching by technology type to run targeted campaigns, The accuracy of the data is very high compared to other companies provide database information. The add-on feature for web browsers and Most important this is very simple to use site/search features
What do you dislike about the product?
Tough to say... The Web add-on feature sometimes messes up my browser opening multiple tabs....
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm generating Net New business and this is by far the best platform to use. Direct contact data, Budget data, IT Infrastructure data creates a massive short cut when prospecting

If you want the best product available, choose DiscoverOrg. This is a simple and robust system that is very much needed in today's market. DiscoverOrg will allow your team to drive deep into prospecting providing a competitive edge by understanding more about your targets. Creating more value, Educate yourself prior to making cold calls/emails to increase your ROI.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of filtering for very specific leads and also the support. The information is updated constantly but when a record is found to incorrect, their team is extremely responsive in correcting it. DiscoverOrg is a tab that constantly stays up on my browser because I go to it throughout my work day. It is also easy to import contacts into my CRS.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only thing that I dislike would be there is information or companies that I don't have access to. This quickly taken care of via support if it's a record I need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's essential for us in targeting a wide prospect pool and then narrowing down the results in a very quick manner. Also, giving us great contact information while our sales team is hunting down business.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The information and functionality along with the support, I can't imagine a better tool for finding the best people to market your business to.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to fix incorrect information. This prompts an employee to confirm the information and make any adjustments. An example would be an employee that has left the organization. D-Org will call into the company to verify the information and attempt to identify their replacement.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the plug in for Chrome will continually ask for credentials when restarting the browser. This may be a minor issue, but was an annoyance. No other issues with the solution. Overall a great tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool greatly reduces the time it takes to identify the right contacts within an organization. It also provides insight into their existing technologies, and occasionally some of their upcoming initiatives. This also simplifies the process of finding information on organizations within a single pane of glass.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try the "ListMatch" feature to save a LOT of time when creating target lists. Overall a great tool; highly recommend

What do you like best about the product?
Not only is the information accurate, but DiscoverOrg is always the most reliable tool for prospect searching.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think there is enough information. The merger with ZoomInfo and DiscoverOrg is huge because I find ZoomInfo has more information, but combining DiscoverOrg's layout and their information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Top of the funnel lead generation. Accurate information.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Personally, I prefer a search bar to take me to another page with a list of what I searched. Compared to just giving me what you have in the drop down bar. I think if you made the search page more similar to google, you can not only find more people but you can also have a more user friendly experience.

Great for Prospecting

What do you like best about the product?
I use DiscoverOrg to get unique numbers and email addresses for companies I want to prospect on. Their website is easy to navigate and they have most companies on there that we call on.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much. My only gripe is that sometimes they can only give you the directory number instead of someone's direct contact information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were at a standstill with lack of numbers to call. With DiscoverOrg there are new numbers to call and prospect on.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to get org charts, direct lines & email addresses, and to do research requests for folks not already listed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the information could get scrubbed as often times a lot of the listed information for numbers and addresses are outdated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Who to contact and how to get a hold of them as well as the ability to see where they fit in the org.
