easiness to use and create target accounts. the filtering based on scoops and insights is awsome

What do you like best about the product?
Accuracy of the data and the integration with SalesForce. The Tellwise piece is also a huge value to a small sales organization, I feel like we've only touched the tip of the iceberg in using it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Right now we're struggling with creating an alias for outbound activity in Salesforce with Tellwise, not sure we've figured that piece out yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach to the masses with a small sales organization. Benefits: access to accurate data, the time the tool saves us in building our target lists, ease of use of the tool.

The amount of data that is delivered for useful effective prospecting

There are quite a bit of filters but if we could filter addresses that would help. Also very small businesses seem to not have much data in the system.

No problems benefits have been great contact info.

I like the amount of filters that allow you to be as broad or narrow to your target as possible.

The credits are a bit challenging to manage, but the team is very responsive to getting more credits.

Customer contact has always been a problem, especially getting the contact information to the key players. This helps not only identify key players more easily, but it also provides the contact information and business description.

What do you like best about the product?
It is great for generating leads very quickly. There are many parameters to set so you can source leads from a variety of organizations. You're given access to information that competitors may not have.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, the information can be outdated or incorrect. Sometimes organization sizes are wrong, or a lead is no longer with that company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales development and cold calling overall is difficult, but ZoomInfo makes that process easier by giving you direct access to the right people, everywhere from lower-level to C-Level.

Absolutely. It will streamline your sales force and create a better way to generate sales qualified leads.

Good Number US based Accounts. Valid Contacts.Valid email ID's.Quality Scoops. Valid Direct Numbers.We can Download the PDF's. Easily identify organization Structure.Valid Linkedin ID's.Domain Based Segmentation.Country Based Segmentation. Easily Accessible technologies related to company.Updated Financial Information of a company.It includes IT Budget,Marketing Budget,sales Budget ,Finance Budget. I Can View revenue ,IT Budget , Scoop ,Technologies of a company easily in a one shot.
What do you dislike about the product?
As per Now Nothing to Dislike.But Sometimes revenue size of a company will be different. LinkedIn address of a lead will be different .Too much of marketing contacts.For few Invalid Linkedin ID's.Few Lower Level Contacts which we won't target.for eg:one company had only lower level contacts,but we can't use those contacts. For some companies Industry sector was not correct .So Over all Experience is good .but there are some very few Drawbacks

Getting Updated information about companies Revenue,IT Road map, Updated information about executives etc.I had a difficult to find exact view of one prospect.but when I researched in Discoverorg, I found revenue ,IT Budget , Scoop ,Technologies of a company.later I was able to find the exact view of a prospect. and I was able to track properly on that Prospect.

Good database.Quality Leads.Validated Contacts.Quality Scoops.Organization Structure of the company helps while working..We can download PDF's. I can Get revenue ,IT Budget , Scoop ,Technologies of a company.later I was able to find the exact view of a prospect. and I was able to track properly on that Prospect.

One of the best Sales Intelligence/Prospect Data Tool Out there
What do you like best about the product?
There are so many things to like about DiscoverOrg. I love how narrow you can get with your results. It also shows complete org charts so you can see who reports to who. The data isn't perfect, but it's probably more reliable than any other tool I've used.
What do you dislike about the product?
As far as phone numbers, titles, emails, etc. - that is all pretty accurate. However, we sent out a number of letters and got a significant amount of "return-to-senders." That was kind of weird to me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am on an outbound sales team so prospecting into new companies and speaking with new people is everything. Being able to download a report in seconds is a game changer.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
DiscoverOrg allows you to purchase different packages in terms of title/department/role. For our organization, we went with the finance package. This gives us access to people at organizations with the finance, controller, CFO, accounting, etc. titles. If you are looking for all titles, it could get pricy. Since we're very niche on one particular vertical, it makes a lot of sense to focus on one package.

What do you like best about the product?
The quality of the data. The contact info along with the data relating to company size is very helpful when it comes to booking quality customer meetings that lead to closed deals.
What do you dislike about the product?
I prefer the user interface on DiscoverOrg that allows you to open a company page in a separate tab. Would be great if you could add that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
More meetings set and more revenue closed.
Amazing sales resource
What do you like best about the product?
The best part of ZoonInfo is getting all of the contacts and information needed to break into an account, that I wouldn't have the availability to have otherwise. It has gotten me past gatekeepers and right to the person I need to talk with.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, the only thing I can think of is the price. It is pretty expensive and a large investment for our company, but it seems to have a good ROI, considering the sales we will likely get from the resources.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting past gate keepers, that has been and will always been a struggle for a sales team.

I would say if you are having trouble reaching contacts within large organizations, you will benefit from this.
