What do you like best about the product?
Performance analysis is at it's best, too much efficient for ROI predictions, Best of the best Auto dialer with scheduling feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be improved with Generative AI modifications. Rest all good without any changes too.

This is the absolute best prospecting tool on the market and it continues to improve and evolve.
What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo is versatile for my team. We use it for sales, procurement, research, etc. The tools available are great for prospecting and cut down on time otherwise required, particularly in sales. This gives me and my team a distinct competitive edge and makes us more efficient in our approach. This creates more time for additional activity. The package we opted for is more than just a glorified phone book. It is truly a sales tool that has impact and power. I use it almost daily and several times a day when I do. For prospecting days, ZoomInfo is how I start my day and it feeds my activity throughout. It was easy to get set up and customer support from day one is amazing. The ZoomInfo team definitely wants to make sure you get what you paid for and then some. They go out of their way to help. They are proactive and responsive!
What do you dislike about the product?
Some records are incorrect or not completely current. This is somewhat expected and not an issue for me to this point. Some of the AI features are repetitive and predictable. Having said that, there are always opportunities to revise and make changes. AI is a great starting point when it comes to email, outreach, and planning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo helps me with time management and allows me to do more with less time. It gives me a huge headstart every day and provides immediate answers to questions when researching and prospecting. My targets and outreach need to extend beyond my zip code and this helps me broaden my reach and approach.

Since I began using ZoomInfo, it has been an invaluable resource for gathering essential information for my sales funnel. This platform empowers me to thoroughly research the companies I reach out to and confidently identify the best contacts to engage with, all based on the comprehensive insights it provides.

Zoominfo is the best, i've tried cognism and a couple others, nothing compares

no link to linkedIn profiles. would like the time to appear for every contact so i know when to call

providing accurate data so i can call and email - its generating a lot of meetings for me, i'm a very strong cold caller on the phone
ZoomInfo is essential for me to complete my day to day job.
What do you like best about the product?
I love how the quantity of contacts ZoomInfo has for each company I am reaching out to. It is easy for me to see which ones have email addresses and the information is far more accurate then other prospecting tools I have used.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue I have ever had with ZoomInfo is that it has gone down a handful of times and I have been unable to export contacts into my salesforce. Occassionally the contacts are no longer with the company they are listed under as well.

ZoomInfo sales helps me to find a large quantity of prospects from companies I am trying to do business with. It makes it easy for me to filter through large companies and export the ideal personas directly into my CRM.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to find contacts that I missed or did not give me a business card is priceless. The gives you hot leads to work on. Overall, it is a great tool that is easy to use

I had some issues starting my trial account and getting that set up.

Necessary for Sales Professionals
What do you like best about the product?
Some of the most useful aspects of ZoomInfo Sales is the advanced search capabilities that provides reliable contact information for key decision-makers. I appreciate the Intent data that helps me to tailor my search to potential clients who are actually searching for what I'm selling. It' s been a game-changing tool for our team and I use it daily. The training we received was very helpful in getting started, too.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downsides aren't too many. We were not able to integrate with our CRM because we're currently on prem, so we missed out on that benefit. I'd like to be able export my list all at once instead of in increments. The price was quite a sacrifice for our small team. I wish it was available to individual salespeople as well as teams.

Before ZoomInfo, our leads had become outdated. It helps me to check my contact information against ZoomInfo. With the Intent feature, I'm able to narrow my search to leads who need my services.

Accuract of some of the account research data . For example the number of location data capture field is very inaccurate
