What do you like best about the product?
Contact identification. Because of Zoominfo I can gather higher quality contact info to make sure my outreach is actually going to the right person.
What do you dislike about the product?
A large amount of the information is missing. I wish they could do 2 things:
1. If the prospect I'm trying to get in touch with doesn't have an email identified, auto-populate assumed emails based on other contacts at the company.
2. Finding prospect contact info if their last name isn't listed on linkedin.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contact info and removing the majority of the need to upload manual info to outreach or other sales tools.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about ZoomInfo Sales is it helps me add contacts to my CRM and updates with the latest information. Otherwise, I'd be left to rely on outdated Salesforce info from previus reps.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can sometimes take a bit to update multiple contacts into my CRM from ZoomInfo but that's better than the alternative of 1 by 1.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving the problem of not having a customers phone number or email to reach out to them when prospecting. Without it I have to search company websites, Linkedin, and my crm for this information which can either not exist or be outdated.

One of the most impactful features is the real-time data updates, ensuring we’re working with the most current information, which reduces time wasted on outdated contacts. The integration with our CRM also streamlines workflow, making it easier to import leads directly and track engagements efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limitations on Exports: There are restrictions on how many contacts you can export at once, which can be frustrating when working with large lists.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo showed me how to find new prospects with a high employee count not already in our CRM. This was very helpful given we need to be prospecting for new leads.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is a super easy to use. i am able to filter what areas, titles, and companies. Downloading into SF is as easy a click or two!

No complaintes here, I like how they are always updating thier search filters.

Easier than Linkeden simply becuase of the amount of information each lead/contact has stored in Zoom.

When first starting it took me a little bit to figure out how to maneuver the software.

ZoomInfo Is The Best Tool We Have Added To Our Arsenal In Long Time!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to find information on the customers that we are and want to do business with. Most of the information is spot on, and it helps open the door to further conversations with these customers/prospects. We use it more than a few times a week and it was very easy to bring into our sales structure.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not had any issues with ZoomInfo at this point! It has been a great tool!

Great Prospecting Tool
What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo Sales is a great tool for prospecting because it helps you narrow down your searches to find the right contacts in any vertical. It has a great AI system that helps create emails based on the services you want to offer.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I have found is sometimes the contacts you find may have already left the company but they still show up in the search.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem that ZoomInfo solves is getting past the gatekeeper and contacting decision-makers directly whether by phone or email.

What do you like best about the product?
Put us in front of and in the email boxes of the right people. Before ZoomInfo it was a lot of door knocking with out much success. A strong sales tool in my opinion.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much I can point my finger on. The intent and WebSights features leave a bit to be desired with accuracy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem we have is finding the right decision makers For our services. ZoomInfo definitely gets me in front of a lot more people which hopefully Forward information to the correct people. No exact science, but it has gotten us in front of a lot more people this year.
Zoominfo is irreplaceable
What do you like best about the product?
I am able to identify my ideal target companies and sort them by revenue, headcount,industry but it also suggests similar companies which is ideal when I am breaking in to a new market segment. I have brought ZoomInfo into my last 3 ventures and was able to make in impact early. Support is super quick to respond whenever I get stuck.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the contact data and job titles are outdated or innacuraltely tagged as a "direct line".
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It greatly reduces the time it takes to research, identify and connect with the decision maker in a targeted account.
