Fantastic service and intelligence

Ability to immediately find important contact information and account news updates

The fact you have to pay for separate departments. Zoominfo allowed all information

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to export list makes my job so much easier!
What do you dislike about the product?
when I do export list it understandably takes sometime to load however during that time when I use the search bar for a different company often times mid typing a pop up box will pop up saying my export list is ready and It blocks the search bar I find this very frustrating and it often delays my work
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been able to quickly find my leads much quicker and also use discover org to find scoops and info which make calling in much easier!

Employee search across multiple records, as well as subscribing to scoops for my records.

That our Salesforce database was built before the integration with DiscoverOrg, so there are hassles and mistakes.

Uncovering new opportunities with Scoops allowing me to penetrate accounts more effectively.

Interface is easy to navigate with minimal training, and Information is relevant and up to date.
What do you dislike about the product?
Scoops could have more information. Older scoops are not helpful as they are from the past couple years.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using as a prospecting tool to target geographical areas. We are ale to pull lists within zip codes to dial in on prospects that are using certain technology and able to use the scoops to have a talking point.

My licensing is limited to US only. I cover territories beyond the US as well.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to list match and mass upload contacts into Salesforce. This saves me so much time in my day-to-day.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inaccuracy of information with numbers. A lot of time they will have numbers, but they end up being wrong or mobile numbers are really office lines.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am saving myself time on a daily basis.

get better numbers, but it sounds like with the acquisition of Zoom info they are headed in the right direction.

What do you like best about the product?
It has been an absolute pleasure to be on ZoomInfo! I’ve had so much of success because of the information I’ve found on the website. It’s true and relevant, and I’d recommend people who’re in the job of Sales specifically to be on ZoomInfo. You won’t regret it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I don’t dislike anything. There are times when I don’t find the information I’ve been looking for, and that’s about it. Rest is fine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I’ve reached out to hundreds of potential clients as I’ve found out their details on ZoomInfo, and I couldn’t have done it through any other channel partner.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is extremely easy to use, and functionally makes a lot of sense. As you dive deeper into each function and filter, you begin to access more data than you could ever imagine. And I have a serious piece of mind when using this platform, because you can truly tell their backend team puts in a lot of work to ensure the data you're looking for is accurate.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to find anything to dislike. If I had to think of something, i'd say the platform unfortunately isn't for a the beginner marketer or sales person. There's almost too many factors that come into play when you're searching for your data, so if you're really new to the platform I feel as if time spent exploring and learning the features is extremely important.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Accurately finding key members of large businesses on DiscoverOrg has made our sales cycle more efficient. Less time is spent trying to get doors open, and more time is spent conversating with the right people to talk to.
