Great, quality data

What do you like best about the product?
What I liked best about Zoom's data is that majority of the contact records have direct lines. Easy to look up records and can quickly grab contacts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their contact records can be a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for. Support isn't that great - can be hard to get a hold of some people.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting better, high quality data records. Able to recommend the product without being worried that it doesn't meet the expectations that I laid out.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The data is great with direct lines - it is a bit on the pricey side, but you get good data. It's usually pretty reliable and has good contact records.

Great database with accurate information

What do you like best about the product?
DiscoverOrg is one of the best databases I've used to get prospect information. Info seems to be updated often so its accurate. Also, the alerts are very useful when you spend time setting them up for your specific needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The live search feature takes time to get acclimated with, when all other search bars you use through the day require you to click search or press enter.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have got direct phone numbers to prospects I've been trying to reach for awhile. It seems when my other database only provided the main line, this one has direct lines more often.

A Game Changer

What do you like best about the product?
The reach and detail ZoomInfo has. No comparison. I love how it works seamlessly with Salesforce. I can clean up accounts and I can weed out bad leads with good leads even through our separate CRM
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the change in layout with the update was jarring at first but it's gotten better. Also, I'd really love to see an App in the next year. That would be an even bigger game changer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At the very least it helps update accounts in Salesforce and even finds company info that most salespeople wouldn't think to consider such as company size, revenue numbers, and industries.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's ease of use and integration benefits make this a no-brainer. The amount of use I am getting with my version of the program is a fraction of what ZoomInfo can offer to everyone within a company.

Zoom Info Equals Success for Inside Sales Reps

What do you like best about the product?
The granularity of the searches allows for concise, accurate, detailed searches for prospective clients. The ability to fine tune searches with filters such as location, direct vs HQ lines, and individual departments has made the life of a BDR much more simple and time effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest issue has been the lack of accuracy on some smaller business searches. I am looking into smaller companies and the titles are either completely inaccurate or outdated by years. This is frustrating when you strongly trust this site and the information they provide just to feel like a deer in headlights when they correct you.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to be efficient when sourcing. Linked in is a great search tool as well but ZoomInfo allows for a concise search into every company imaginable. This is the single handed greatest prospective tool on the market for all business development reps and other sales professionals.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
My recommendation to others is to just give it a shot. Once you realize the ease of use with ZoomInfo and how much it can help generate business, you will never think twice about another product. ZoomInfo has been an integral part in the success of the business development team here for IBM.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that when I'm in prospecting mode and looking to call on a specific prospect, I can find my target audience with a few key strokes in ZoomInfo. It's changed the sales game for me big time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, no complaints.I love everything about this product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Essentially, the length of time in the sales prospecting process has been cut in half due to use of this tool. It's a time saver!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use it to the fullest extent daily

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to pull large lists of contacts to add to my email campaigns--DiscoverOrg makes the process quick and painless.I also like that you can search any company and get a summary on that company (industry, HQ address, what they do, employees etc.)
What do you dislike about the product?
How long it takes to upload lists I pull into Salesforce
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saves me time because I don't have to manually search for contacts--DiscoverOrg does everything down to even filtering out unwanted contacts so I don't have to do it myself.

Contact information may have some inconsistencies but just sometimes

Find new client contact information is hard, but Zoominfo is a great tool for that.

What do you like best about the product?
I work in the recruiting field, and as great as LinkedIn can be, it doesn't really easily allow you to dig deep in understanding a company or it's employees. Also, scaling your search to company size, industry and revenue really allows me to reefing my search for new business.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish you could select more records per page that are generally available now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Essentially, Zoominfo allows you to find those ever important decision makers and how to gain access to them.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to research a company and discover who works in what role is a sales professionals dream.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see the ability to create a separate window to view information without hitting to back arrow to return to search results.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been able to discover who is person that I need to meet with to present my services and products.

What do you like best about the product?
I've used ZoomInfo at 2 different companies, once with dedicated accounts, and once in an open hunting role. The data has been great for both roles. I would NOT be able to do my job without ZoomInfo!
What do you dislike about the product?
80% accuracy is pretty good for email addresses, but I'd like to see fewer bouncebacks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding the IT people I need to speak with to sell my products.
