What do you like best about the product?
I use Zoominfo to clean up our dirty data on almost every lead I receive. This has allowed me to reach my intended target on each call rather than going in loops.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like the integration with Salesforce to be more seamless.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm reaching the decision maker on the first call rather than going through the gatekeeper and running the risk of getting pushed aside. This has allowed me to become more efficient in my day to day tasks.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take some time to master the process of importing data and you'll be just fine.

Everything, it suits every purpose that I need to do my job. I live in Zoom 5 days a week!

I have not come across anything, I am a huge proponent of this product.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the layout and how easy it is to navigate. Great way to find contacts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike. Closing the browser though will reset your search. Would be nice if when you close the browser on the search it won't reset on you and have to input all your search criteria again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding contacts to generate more business. Great contacts and easy to reach them via phone or email.

What do you like best about the product?
DiscoverOrg's ability to connect seamlessly to our current, and growing, MarTech and SalesOps stacks. It also seamlessly integrates with our CRM to assist in data cleansing. The team is incredibly responsive if we find a discrepancy in data and fixes very swiftly so that all is shiny, clean, and fresh for prospecting and data enrichment.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like our CSM team to be a bit more responsive/respond faster, but they do get back to us within one business day so there isn't too much to be desired. This is simply one area of possible improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data cleansing and maintenance; lead flow into SalesLoft for replacement contacts

What do you like best about the product?
If your contact has ghosted you, new number, new job and you don't know who to call. Boot up Zoom, type up your info and boom get those fingers loose to dial till you get cramps in your fingers. Helps build the pipeline on who and what to call.

The occasional wrong info , overall good platform

who to call. The ability to rely on the info for correct data to connect with the people I need to. If you get the base package that will do, but if you want to accelerate your business add INTENT. You know how you feel like Company needs you, this feature proves through magic and the "internet" to show you they are looking for what you are selling. Set alerts and passively get the leads, info and time back to sell more

Take the time to train on this site, the training is top notch and will make you job eaiser with emails ,and targeting info sent back to you
Great tool for building a strong, reliable sales pipeline
What do you like best about the product?
The contact info provided is generally reliable, allowing me to build out a contact list that I know I'll actually be able to reach.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much to dislike. I'm using the program for a pretty straightforward purpose: Names and contact information. Since that's all I'm asking for and Zoominfo is providing that, I'm really happy with the service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem that any sales leader has is being unable to reliably reach the decision-makers within targeted organizations. Zoominfo has provided my a way around traditional gatekeepers and straight to the individuals who may be making those important buying decisions.

What do you like best about the product?
Has already made me at least 1000% of the investment hands down, probably more. Another thing worth mentioning is the % of DIRECT numbers available. For leads that I may already have, this is a very good tool for finding DIRECT phone numbers, in a lot of cases..Cell phones. THANK YOU!
I'm also very impressed with the search function. I have a friend who works a territory for Xerox and was showing him the capabilities to geo target his territory to companies earning 10,000,000+ with 20+ employees. He will be buying this shortly. Says no one at xerox is using this, which was very surprising.

What do you dislike about the product?
The search function is not smart. Specifically for companies, if you don't spell the name fully or correctly it does not account for this. The ability to generate lists does not seem very easy, However I have not spent a large amount of time on this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Direct numbers for leads that I have.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
GET IT, NOW. This will cut your lead research time in half and give you more direct numbers than you know what to do with!

The information is extremely accurate unlike many other tools I have used in the past.
What do you dislike about the product?
The exporting of lists is limited unless you pay extra. When prospecting and calling on potential clients, it is easier to call through a list of people as opposed to going one by one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My company provides solutions in the IT space, specifically related to barcoding and data automation. Almost all companies need assistance in these areas, but it is hard getting to the right people to show them there is someone who takes a consultative approach that can make their jobs much easier. Zoominfo gets us to the right people.

Highly recommend using this tool if you are in sales!

What do you like best about the product?
I have used other tools in the past, this has the most accurate phone numbers and emails. It is not often that the number I call is the wrong number
What do you dislike about the product?
not being integrated with Bullhorn. The ability to upload into Bullhorn is a little time consuming. If it was possible to just pull the contact into the system, that would save a lot of time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This solves the time consuming issues that prospecting create. Instead of creating a list everyday by hand, I just create a search string that kicks back the data that I need.

Be sure to get enough exports
Easy to use, provides great information quickly allowing me to connect faster with my key prospects

Connecting with my key prospects. ZoomInfo provides the tools/resources I need to get in touch. This has shortened by introduction period from 5-7 days on average to same day in most cases.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I have used this for roughly three years, less than one year with my current organization. We have found it worth every penny. I would at least complete the trial to see if it works as well for you as that was easy and they have been good to work with.
