Powerful tool for target account identification and decision maker prospecting.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to run bulk uploads to Salesforce CRM for adding companies and contacts
Able to run saved searches across given territory and receive weekly email updates with new companies and contacts
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI and navigation does take some time to get used to it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding target companies and appropriate contacts to reach out to.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Would definitely recommend taking a look at Discover Org if your company is in need of a sales intelligence and prospecting tool for the team. You are able to quickly and easily search for companies, as well as find the top decision making contacts (sometimes even with email, office and if you are lucky a cell number).

The ability to search for competitive/complementary technologies that a prospective company is using is very helpful as well.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to use and all the information that it provides. I absolutely love the scoop updates that I can get with my prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I don't like is when the information is out of date but that's the only thing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
the business problems I solve on my end is having the correct contact in my CRM

What do you like best about the product?
being able to see what technologies companies are using. I also love how accurate the contact information of contacts is.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only being able to upload 50 contacts at a time into salesforce. I wish I could do a bulk upload directly into salesforce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having access to contacts at companies and understanding what challenges the company is currently facing.

What do you like best about the product?
Impressive on boarding process, attentive support. When it comes to the quality of the leads/data, they set the bar high.
What do you dislike about the product?
I need to take more training courses on the platform so I can leverage more - this is not a dislike but more of a comment
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We call into companies to sell our service. The benefit is DO has detailed information on the lead
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I have used many data/lead companies in the past and Discover far and away beats teh competition

What do you like best about the product?
I like how I can go on discover.org and find information such as company technologies, revenue and the people email address & direct phone numbers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont really dislinke anything about Discoverr.org i think its a great tool
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Discover helped us to do a better job in our outbound process. the Scoops help my team know when they should go after a company (meaning when they are ready to implement new technology and etc..).

it helps us be more efficient in our searching process.

If you like to use your time more efficiently and get better information about companies use discover.

DiscoverOrg keeps eating up DB''s

What do you like best about the product?
I like that DisocverOrg has contionmuied acquiring DB's that I have used in the past making them the most complete db for infomration when it comes to trying to contact c suite and IT professional in North America.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are levels or tiers of information available. I have found numerous times that information I am seeking is not available to my level and I need to contact my administrator to purchase more data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping my business to generate more pipeline.

What do you like best about the product?
I can quickly identify the companies and individual contacts that I am targeting and get their emails and direct phone numbers!
What do you dislike about the product?
I am limited to only exporting 100 records per month by my company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Identifying companies that fit my target profile solves a huge problem for prospecting. I have been able to reach out to and connect with the people that I need to be speaking to.

Greatest tool for sales prospecting I have ever used!

What do you like best about the product?
So efficient and easy to find the correct contacts and their information. Direct numbers and emails are typically very up to date and correct, so reaching out to prospects is much quicker. Also very efficient for building out org charts for companies and keeping information organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
The technology listed for companies is not always the most up to date. The information is segmented in a way that makes it slightly difficult to find the technology most relevant to my company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reducing time spent calling companies main number just to get the receptionists voicemail, or transferred straight into my prospects voicemail. Extremely efficient. This is the best way to find contact info for the people I meet at conferences but may have misplaced their business cards.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The best tool you will find for locating contact information. Now they have joined with DiscoverOrg, which I see as a beneficial move for all users.
