Way beyond what you’ve seen before!
What do you like best about the product?
Love how integrated DiscoverOrg is- there are extension options, SF.com options and way to get info directly for DiscoverOrg.com. If there is information missing or needed to complete a profile, it’s super easy to request a call be made and their team to update the missing or incorrect info.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although more updates and LinkedIn there is still a delay in contact info updates that require an information update request. Not sure how to correct this because people move around so often!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Extreamly streamlines prospect and meeting prep- we are able to quickly include a wider group of contacts into our prospecting and are take more information into account while prepping for a meeting.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of searching for a single company or organization. Having the results drop down from the search bar is easy and fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the advanced search can be a little finicky go figure out, but once youve got the hang of it, it's not too difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding the right contact names and phone numbers. Other solutions can provide you names and titles, but often don't have email addresses or phone numbers for those people, making it very difficult to contact them.

It's so easy to search for companies and super easy to upload contacts to Salesforce

Sometimes the info is not up to date so you have to check the contacts LinkedIn to double check yourself.

What do you like best about the product?
The data in DiscoverOrg is the best I've seen in these types of solutions. It's thorough and accurate, and in the rare cases it's not, they respond very quickly with updated information.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the technology data isn't as clear as it could be. For example, they sometimes list 5 or 6 different technologies that would be solving the same problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a new entrant to the NA market, and DiscoverOrg gives us the insight we need to break into new accounts.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
When you see something that you don't believe is accurate, let them know. The researchers will quickly review and update accordingly. That helps all of us!
Discover creates new business/sales!
What do you like best about the product?
Discover is essential for the discovery process as a sales person. Having Discover .Org for inside sales is essential.
What do you dislike about the product?
No complaints. Discover works very well and is accurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a person creating new business for the company. Having tools for researching clients helps generate sales for the overall company.
Discover.org has quality data and will fix problems as they arise
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the data quality of Discover.org the best. It would be nice to be able to sort by job title. The site itself is easy to use too.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much that I dislike about Discover.org It's pretty comprehensive. I have had issues with syncing it to our CRM but I'm not positive that it's their fault.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data quality. Also helps you with catering your outreach to prospects.
Best Database
What do you like best about the product?
The verified direct dials and emails; and of course it won't be accurate all the time (guaranteed at 95%), but the team of real researchers who you can request any info from is pretty impressive.
What do you dislike about the product?
The way that data is purchased; I don't love the organization into lines of business. This is specifically because the LOB we sell into often falls into different areas.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Addressing poor data from other databases; reducing time conducting calls and getting to our desired prospects much faster.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's simply the best database. Especially with their recent acquisition of ZoomInfo, they are going to be basically unchallenged when it comes to data.

Gamechanging
What do you like best about the product?
It almost completely eliminates the time wasted from digging around directories, and for the most part is pretty accurate.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is honestly not that much that I dislike, maybe the small amount of time that provides incorrect contact info, but that is less than 5% of the time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes filling the pipeline so much easier, now I can get to the key stakeholders without 10+ touches.

What do you like best about the product?
The quality of Zoominfo lead information and contact database is far and wide the best thing about the platform. To make it even more of winner it has a simple User Interface to assist sales professionals in finding what they're looking for and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the lead search and export tool doesn't provide me the most relevant results and I have to use up credits to fix the mistake.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo solves numberous problems we were facing in our Outbound Sales efforts by providing us an easy way to source look alike leads and valuable points of contact information.
