What do you like best about the product?
Gives me the flexibility to research companies and employees quick and easy
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, works great happy with the product
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting out of IT and gaining visibility into the business
Important information at youf fingerprints.
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of finding customers and potential clients' information. Great for finding Corporate addresses and phone numbers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the data is not correct. I found this mostly with revenue. ZoomInfo often reports lower revenue information than the company or other data sources report. Also, sometimes contact information is out-of-date.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me verify company and contact information
Great tool for discovering prospects and intent signals from target accounts
What do you like best about the product?
Improvements to Intent, making it easier to prioritize outreach to accounts that are actively researching these topics.
What do you dislike about the product?
Still think the reporting and WebSights data could be better. Very hard to find relevant information
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prospecting and monitoring account engagement. Plus the scheduled enrichment is really helping our data quality and hygiene.
My personal review
What do you like best about the product?
It allows you to export contacts/leads to your Salesflow in ZoomInfo Engage in a friendly way. It has a lot of filters to better find the best leads you can reach out. You can also use Intent to better find companies that are looking what you offer. In my case, I use it to identify companies looking for Outsourcing services. Easy and friendly to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, so good. I don't have anything in mind that I dislike. I've been using this amazing tool for 4 months and everything has been great. Even when I had an issue, their Customer Support resolved my concern in a timely manner. I will keep using their main site and their Google Chrome Extension on a daily basis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's saving me time for looking leads' information in other tools, such as Rocket Reach or LinkedIn. It has everything I need to complete our outreach.

What do you like best about the product?
The websights feature is my favorite, it has helped me identify companies that are interested in my product
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes emails are wrong, but other than that I really like it

Getting peoples contact information and indentifying companies that are in the market and looking at my companies website

What do you like best about the product?
I've used ZoomInfo in a few companies in different verticals and have not found another option with higher accuracy. There are a lot of other providers out there that might seem like they have a similar number of contacts, but in trying three of them, the accuracy was always far worse. My current company is in an obscure industry with a lower web presence than most, and we've still had great success.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can find options that cost less, but I would always have a batch of contacts to test before you pull the trigger with another option.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping our CRM up to date. Our prospects usually don't have a strong LinkedIn or web presence so having reliable ways to get in contact with them is hard to come by.
ZoomInfo Co-Pilot Is A Great Sales Tool!
What do you like best about the product?
Very user firendly an when paired with appropriate training and account setup it is very powerful for our BD Rep and Managers.AI for account overview and call prep is a great feature, AI Email templates for offerings support all novice sellers sound legitimate.
What do you dislike about the product?
None I can see so far, ZoomInfo Sales with Co Pilot has been a great addition to our tech stack.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contact outreach, lead qualification, buyer intent and pursuit of new business

What do you like best about the product?
It keeps track of every time I contact a customer and provides a way to manage timely follow up contacts.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I find is I can't seem to delete contacts I don't want.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of staying in front of the customer in a consistent and timely fashion. The beneift is increased response from customers.
Mobile numbers and suggested prospects
What do you like best about the product?
Mobile numbers, DDI's, company and contact suggestions based on saved searches are good. Very easy to use which is good as I use it daily. Implementation was good and only one blip with HubSpot integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
Doesn't have all mobile numbers that Apollo and Lusha have. Some companies are no longer in business but still show. Employee size can be exagerrated. Not all hierarchies are shown or Org Charts up to date.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mobile numbers to get through to prospects, so can rule contacts in or out more quicckly.
The information helps to tailor, organize and execute my day.
What do you like best about the product?
I find Websights incredibly helpful to target companies in my market.
What do you dislike about the product?
The local addresses can be a point of frustration as they often default to the HQ of the company which creates a point of blindness when cold calling.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Updating our aged and stale database and offering new and valid leads.
