Good tool for lead generation.
What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo provides good insights about companies worldwide. Account overview, recent developments, executive movements, contact information including email ids, phone nos and highlevel org chart. There are ample filters to narrow down the search results and export them in excel or cvs format. The Chrome extension is very helpful to locate contact information while surfing websites and professional social media like LinkedIn. The customer support is promt too.
What do you dislike about the product?
ZoomInfo is expensive when compared to other similar service providers online. The org chart is NOT a typical tree type but just a list.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo SalesOS can help in multiple ways - Marketing intelligence, Account intelligence, Lead identification, Org charts, Compile contact information, Shoot emails, Integrate with existing system and Chrome extension.
My SDR team can do research on specific asks and compile data for lead generation, nurture and do follow ups.

Wonderful Tool for the Growing Salesperson
What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo SalesOS has been a great tool to use while I expand my territory. Being able to track oppourtunities and leads has been really helpful to cut down on time spent scoping the landscape. One of my favorite features so far has been being able to search for people and get contact lists. There have been many times that I have not been able to get in touch with a prospect until I looked them up on ZoomInfo and found a different contact method.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only complaint that I have, which cannot be helped, is that sometimes the information is not accurate. This happens when people move jobs, locations, or change numbers or email formats. This does not happen very often, and they cannot update this information at the exact moment it happens, so I would consider it a minor complaint.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo is helping me stay in front of prospects. They are also helping me get correct contact info.

What do you like best about the product?
It's having the smoothest interface and CRM Integration with AI and highly secure database. Quite easy to operate and can be integrated with multiple services too.

Nothing to dislike as such, it's just wow at its role.

ZoomInfo is a great tool.
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful aspect of ZoomInfo is that the contacts are right at your finger tips, it doesn't take very long to find the point of contact within the companies profile. The fact that their contact information is provided saves an emense amount of time. The customer suppprt for ZoomInfo is extreamly timely and helpful. I use ZoomInfo daily and I'm happy with how it interegrated with our Hubspot CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
When running a ZoomInfo Intent list, i wish there was a more targeted way to find who to reach out to, especially within Mid-larger companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There is a roleout of the Copilot system in 2024 which sould solve some of the small issuses with Intent seaches. I'm told that with Hubspot it won't roll out till 2 quarter at the earliest.

What do you like best about the product?
The organization is easily the most helpful part. Being able to tell companies and divisions within companies apart has contributed greatly to my skills as a sales rep.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue is the inconsistency regarding email addresses and phone numbers. Some companies are an open book and other companies are hidden, even from Zoominfo SalesOS
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of contacting our customers with real-time, accurate info. It also solves the issue of figuring out which customers are still active and which companies have folded, been assigned, etc
Great for contact info and extensibility
What do you like best about the product?
Huge database of contact info, there's a reason they're a market leader in this regard. Pretty easy to use as an IC, but most reps opt to use it as an accessory to other systems as the in-web browser view can only take you so far.
What do you dislike about the product?
Slightly glitchy - more app performance or service issues than I'd like to see from a company their size. They also could stand to decomplicate some of their integrations setup. Their account management team is typically very hard to reach, in my experience.

What do you like best about the product?
I love using the browser extension when I am calling prospects to make sure I have their most up-to-date numbers which makes reaching out and actually connecting so much easier. So easy to install and use right away. I use it almost everyday at work and it is one of my most valuable tools
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that sometimes the way that ZoomInfo interacts with Salesforce in terms of importing contacts can be frustrating especially when the right data is imported to the wrong place.

Highly Professional tool for growing business
What do you like best about the product?
Six months ago, we conducted a meeting where the sales representative effectively communicated the features of the software. Unfortunately, we decided not to make a purchase at that time due to the absence of a staffing agency filter in their search options.
However, it is commendable that the company took our feedback seriously and promptly incorporated the requested filter into their software. As a result, we are now utilizing the software with satisfaction. This experience underscores their commitment to actively listening to customer feedback and making necessary improvements.

they are little pricy and dont offer much in free version which they should do just like apollo.io

They have this nice feature of email open and follow-up sequence, which helps me keep everything organized

I love the information presented, and how easy the access to the information.
What do you dislike about the product?
Phone Support is very expensive. When you need help, and you have th eregular email support , it takes a while for a response. By hat time, either the need is over, or you found a different way to do what ou needed to do, or is just too late. Support should be faster.
Also sometimes the information, like e0mail addresses, is not actual. need to renew information on firms and recruits more often
