Nothing really. It's my best source of information.

It is very hard to find contact informaiton indenlty of a solid platfor. Zoom providews this solution.
Zoominfo- the game changer
What do you like best about the product?
Best thing about zoominfo is the market information supplied by the platform, the only trusted source for lead information and account information, you get crucial data such as title, email address, phone number, where the person is located and intelligence about the company
What do you dislike about the product?
the pricing for the mid-size organization should be reasonable, we are 1000 employee company but still looks expensive

it solves the issue of from where to get your next customer
Critical tool for any sales professional
What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo offers strategic insights into what my buyers are looking at, shopping for, or changing in their environment, which can create opportunities for me. They have actionable information, and it's the best contact database I have used. I pay for the custom Intent, which has allowed us to be much more granular than using Intent out of the box. So far, Copilot has been an excellent source of information
What do you dislike about the product?
There are so many automatic processes that you can become lazy and lose perspective on your goals. The goal isn't to do your workflows. It's to increase sales. It is also complex, so some personalities tend to become experts on the tool/platform rather than their primary job.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We often don't know what we don't know. Intent is better than buying lists from marketers and the contact information is far better than those lists as well. Further, workflows make it so easy to create and control your call flow

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing I like about the ZoomInfo Sales portal is the ease of use when identifying companies and contacts withen organizations that fit our nitche. The contact info is the most reliable in the space and as an added bonus we can align the data with our Salesforce instance with just a click.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have found that the company revenue data is not always 100% accuarate, however it is a good range that we can work with understanding that the number may not be spot on with the privately owned companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo solves the challenges we have around identifying the best contacts that our sales team needs in order to present the right solutions to the right contacts. In addition, the sales intent data helps us prioritize our B2B outreach.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and setup with ZoomInfo has been fantastic. Having access to this extensive database has not only enhanced our prospecting efforts but also significantly strengthened our ABM strategy, benefiting both our Sales and Marketing teams. Implementing the 3X3 method for cold outreach has become much simpler, as we can quickly gather relevant information to create meaningful icebreakers for targeted high-value accounts. While we are still relatively new to ZoomInfo, our experience so far has been overwhelmingly positive, and our account reps have been incredibly responsive and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would be great if there were a way to export tags from database to integrated CRM. There is some information that when prospecting within the database is lost when you go to export. So being able to map any work you have done/ lists within the database and being able to move that over to the contact record when you are ready to export would be ideal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to get a better understanding and insights on potential leads and how to best meet them where they are at. The data we are gathering has not only helped us so far with prospecting but it's also helping with our marketing efforts and get a more focused understanding of the types of communications we need to focus on.

Easy to use and very accurate. Great features that are easily accessible.

The bounce back between the engage feature and sales feature can be awkward but is very simple once you figure out how it works,

The ability to reach similiar customers after a success is invaluable.
ZoomInfo Only Gets Better
What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo Sales is top notch in data provided. The ease of use that comes with the platform and ReachOut Extension is game changing. The intent data and Websight data is super crucial for myself, so having an easy way to read through it and export to our CRM of choice is extremly nice.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think more granular data would be nice, but isn't that what everyone wants from any data provider? ZoomInfo gets you 99% of the way and in most cases 100% of the way there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo is solving for bad and missing data captured. Signals from buyers, too.

Contacts are posted and correct 99% of the same. Zoom is a very important tool for a sales team. Cell phone numbers are right .
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, I love Zoom info it works all the time.
