What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use & large directory of contacts
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the new update of ZoomInfo 2.0 was a little hard to adapt to at first, but now I like it much more than 1.0
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used ZoomInfo at my previous company, and pushed to get it at my current company. The large database of contacts, combined with its ease of use, has made it a key tool for our sales team. I also love the Chrome plugin!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do a trial, I'm sure you'll love it.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and the amount of good contact data.
What do you dislike about the product?
That I cant easily return to a company search after I have opened a contact. When I back up in the browser it takes me back to start the search again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting to the C-Level of an organization and pushing a sale to close much faster.

Everything, DiscoverOrg has the best product on the market.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike. A feature request, track funded status, and then upload contacts to our CRM directly based on funding rounds.

Identifying top prospects.

Great data - beats ZoomInfo hands down.
Zoominfo is the best tool I use everyday for finding and importing leads quickly and easily
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to while on a SFDC account page add contacts from the plugin in salesforce. I can quickly import 20 contacts like nothing to get into campaigns fast and easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the credit limit structures. I didn't even know I was running out of credits until the tool didn't let me import anymore contacts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're able to quickly pinpoint exactly who to reach out to in order to sell. We're also able to save energy going into multiple tools within LinkedIn vs. just use a SFDC plugin.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I'd recommend using it as somebody who has used a lot of SI tools this is one that will help you tremendously.
Best tool of its kind
What do you like best about the product?
I loved the easiness of use, and the accuracy of the information in the tool. I used it to find the direct phone numbers of my sales prospects and found it to be very useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very minor problem but sometimes old contact information and companies the people worked for were in there. It was easy to navigate through that but would be helpful to take off if they left the company some time ago.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding direct lines for hard-to-reach prospective clients. It had immense benefits as there were dozens of examples in which I was able to find the phone number/email of a sales prospect and that led to a sales interaction that eventually led to deals closing

ZoomInfo has paid for itself many times over.
What do you like best about the product?
My organization deals with large OEMs. We needed a tool to get to specific contacts and departments. ZoomInfo has been an outstanding additional and replaced a more expensive, less productive tool. We've had multiple sales reps site ZoomInfo has the reason they were able to penetrate an account.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had difficultly finding companies by specific industry. For instance, if I was looking for food processing companies in Ohio, my list wasn't as expansive has I had expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We previously used D&B Hoovers. While we were able to find company data, their contact data was suspect at best. Moreover, that contact data was still "high level," meaning it typically just pointed you at the HQ phone number. ZoomInfo helped us get past the gate keeper and speak directly with the decision makers, such as the purchasing and engineering departments.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We used the trial with about 8 of our reps. That was all it took. Each was convinced after the trial that this was the product we needed.

What do you like best about the product?
Current info, direct contact numbers/emails never fail, ease of use. Technologies that companies use are included as well as deatiled overviews.
What do you dislike about the product?
On admin side, it would be nice to get more detailed reporting so we can see how our employees are using the tool and help us improve their use/access.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prior to getting Zoom, we didn't do very much fresh prospecting at all. We started prospecting and have seen Zoom help us get to the right decision-makers and take some of the pain out of the process.

When you can't find someone (very rare)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Direct marketing. Able to get contact info for very targeted people and positions within companies. Able to save time and effort trying to get in contact with the correct person.
ZoomInfo has contact info on almost everyone
What do you like best about the product?
This was my first time using ZoomInfo and the tool has been incredible. Almost every contact I need information for, ZoomInfo has it and it's very accurate. It has a great integration with outreach through a chrome extension, so once I've added the prospect to outreach, I'm able to immediately update their contact information. Lastly, ZoomInfo makes prospecting extremely efficient with the ability to export prospects into Outreach and Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
The new outreach integration has been great, but it creates a lot of duplicate issues. Another issue is that about once a month, the website goes down for about a couple hours (unscheduled), usually right in the middle of the day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No longer have to guess prospects email/phone number. ZoomInfo has it all. Makes the sales job very efficient with Outreach and Salesforce integrations

some of the info is raw data some are mistakes when i compare to comapny website ..third party sites they have drawn the data ..other than zoominfo is best to get the info..

we are finding info to respective conatcts we are giving info to client they will contact and find business about the info..getting more opputunites when u conatct directly to customer
