Couldn't do my job without it!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of access with ZoomInfo and the amount of accurate information that the website has. My corporation pays for the upgraded membership and without this tool, I could not do my job daily. I have been nothing but pleased with everything ZoomInfo has offered us!
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not dislike anything. The new update made the platform even better and I am pleased with everything that ZoomInfo has to offer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Often times I need C-level individuals information and do not want to have to bother them without scheduled time, so I find it very easy to go to ZoomInfo in order to find this information quickly and with accuracy. I also love that I can find who else may be important to know at the company so that while I am reaching out, I am making sure everyone who is necessary in the process is included on all conversations.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This will make your life so much easier. This cuts my prospecting time in half and saves me from the hassle of obtaining the right information from gatekeepers to get access to the individuals that I want to meet. Many C-Levels are impressed that I was able to find them and know so much about their work history - however, I do not give up my secret of ZoomInfo!

What do you like best about the product?
With Zoominfo you can find prospects information very quickly. The data is clean, from phone numbers to physical addresses. You can also export leads straight from zoom to CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some clunky buttons in the tool that you need to figure out initially. You have to x out every search or they will continue to build up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding lead list information with the tool and exporting them into calling campaigns.

What do you like best about the product?
This has saved me hours on finding the right contact when looking at a company. It also has cut down my prospecting research time in half.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only complaint, and it's not even bad, is it could review contacts to ensure they are still working there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing us to find the right contact instantly instead of having to go through gate keepers and be passed around on the phone. That in itself has save a ton of time.

Drop everything else and use this.

It is like have a personal secretary finding contact information 24/7.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, I think better business intelligence would be more useful. Also maybe connecting the contact information to the VOIP or business technology would be very beneficial.

Business development, prospecting and finding fast information.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Connect to business telpphony, email and other commutation channels. That way you can call and email right from the Zoominfo Portal.
Zoom Info can help find almost ANY contact you need.
What do you like best about the product?
Web page is easy to navigate and majority of all contacts are verified. Most of the contacts always have a direct number, EXT, and phone number. Also, the plug in easily helps navigate linkedin and from there it is much easier to investigate the individual being searched. In a healthcare setting this is very important in order to be able to "vet" possible healthcare professionals
What do you dislike about the product?
There are missing emails and phone numbers when using the plug in via linkedin.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting a hold of company sponsors is the hardest part of my job, using this website makes it easy to find as many contacts as I can until the correct individual is reached.

It is great and makes prospecting SO much easier.

What do you like best about the product?
9 times out of 10 I can find a contact at the company I'm calling, especially domestic companies. In addition to this, the majority of the time I can find the exact person I'm looking to speak with in a short amount of time. ZoomInfo has proven to be one of our company's most valuable tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that there were more international contacts.

both as the google chrome extension AND the main website, Zoominfo is extremely helpful for sales prospecting. integration with SalesForce is also extremely helpful

can be frustrating when the prospects I need aren't on there, but it doesn't happen too often. overall, it;s pretty helpful

makes it easy to find my prospects' contact info, prospecting goes a lot quicker with it. our membership went out for 2 days while we were renewing and i realized how much i relied on it for finding contact info

What do you like best about the product?
The contact search function as well as the ability to search for companies with locations in other countries. Oh and the news feed is GREAT! Allows you to gain real time knowledge of customers and prospects, showing yourself as the expert on their company and industry.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am really reaching here to find something that I "dislike" because this is truly leagues ahead of any other tool I've used. But if I had to pick something I guess I would mention the contact view limit. But that is in place for security so again, really reaching.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In sales it can be very challenging to determine decision makers and gain relevant, real-time information about your customers and prospects. With ZoomInfo, not only is this available but it is extremely user friendly. I have used many tools similar to ZoomInfo but none that have compared. The ability to search for such specific criteria, to wide ranges of options, really does make this a tool that will serve our company well.

My favorite part of ZoomInfo is the ability to use it on different platforms such as LinkedIn with ReachOut. Makes my job a ton easier!

Constantly having to log in after it logs me out. Once every other week the site will be shut down for maintenance.

Finding additional decision makers and the ability to use top-down selling method.
