What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use but a lotttt of data is out of date and my team is left calling people who left their roles years ago unless we use another platform to cross reference the data
I like that I can use specific filters and keywords to get granular with the companies that fit my target market and then I pull contacts from LinkedIn SalesNav through the ZI extension to verify that my prospects are still active in their roles.
ZoomInfo is definitely the biggest player in this industry, making it feel like a necessity regardless of the issues it presents
What do you dislike about the product?
Easy to use but a lotttt of data is out of date and my team is left calling people who left their roles years ago unless we use another platform to cross reference the data.
I feel like I get reports of ZI being down multiple times a week, hindering my team's ability to effectively use their alloted time to find net-new leads
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps filter through prospects and companies to find best-fit titles for my team's outreach
Saves a lot of time from having to find these leads through manual research

What do you like best about the product?
ZI's web insights + intent is something I find very interesting. Web insights gives me a clear view of which al accounts are viewing my organisation's website and then let's me priortise them for outreach. Similarly ZI intent combined with G2 intent via the integrations helps me build a hyper focussed list of in market buyers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The contact numbers are mostly inaccurate. I'll need to resort to other sources and lot of trial and error to check if the number works.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like to keep a track of accounts who engage with my organization's website and if they are actively engaging with keywords relevant so that I can get a lot more context and engage with those customers contextually.

What do you like best about the product?
Buyer intent insights were invaluable as it shows us where the org is in their buyer journey and how many people from an org are interested

Need better navigation across the tool for a first time user

It helps us find PoCs from companies we want to sell to and tell us where they are in teir buying journey

What do you like best about the product?
Helpful in generating new leads for the organization
Advanced search options are given.
Email id and even contact numbers of higher officals are also available
What do you dislike about the product?
Free trial is limited to 10-15 contacts
When it comes to plans, they are far expensive from its competitors
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
User-friendly interface for sales users who wants to generate new leads for their business. Given leads are productivity and more closable for the organisation as well.

What do you like best about the product?
Speed of use, integrates well with all my tools, and have seen more proactive efforts from customer service.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing and contract discussions as new customer as not as easy as with other products. My recent renewal however was very very positive experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Do not have existing CRM data so this is essential to have the data for cold outreach.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo has the most updated information around the company and contact intelligence. We can integrate multiple proprietary tools with ZoomInfo to derive actionable insights. Zoominfo platform is very easy to use and it is a user friendly version.
What do you dislike about the product?
ZoomInfo should include a separate tab for email addresses and provide us multiple email addresses for the contacts. Intent functionality should consist of various functionalities around contact relevance, such as tier1, tier2, and tier 3. We can also expect some new addtions around scoops enhancement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are getting more relevant contacts through ZoomInfo and reducing our churn of obsolete references. It is also helping us in building a solid pipeline of contacts.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
ZoomInfo is gold for Direct lines number, intent signals, and scoops.

Creating the Warm Call

What do you like best about the product?
There is a vast difference between having all the data and having all the data organized in a useful way.

ZoomInfo's data is very accurate, and also has a scale to share with you how accurate they feel the contact information is that you are looking at.

From a sales perspective, it is great to have a National Library of Who's Who in every industry. However, it is really the tools that ZoomInfo provides along with this information that sets it apart.With ZoomInfo I can see what means of communication the prospective contact prefers, I can create lists that update automatically and I can break down leads into as fine of a layer as I need.

My two favorite features at this point are my saved "Intents" and saved "Searches" which I get weekly updates automatically emailed to me. The Intents feature helps focus my attention to the people that are talking about my product which is an amazing feature. My "Saved Searches" keeps me updated on new customers added into my territory, allowing me to reach out qualify them as a potential customer of mine.

Bonus, the support and the education tools ZoomInfo provides. I've learned a couple of ways to identify and create Warm Calls using the information I find and recieve via ZoomInfo that I had not thought about prior to doing a few Webinairs with the ZoomInfo team. They have a whole library of recorded Webinairs as well as a steady flow of live ones that users may attend.

I highly recommend ZoomInfo for any organization serious about growth!
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not a dislike so much as a fact that needs to be recognized. The learning curve can be a bit long depending on the users tech proficiency. The ZoomInfo Ecosystem is huge and learning to navigate it effectively takes practice.

I feel like if an organization subscribes to ZoomInfo, they should be sure to get all the training for their employees, don't just give out the licenses and tell your employees, "you have this great tool, now bring in a bunch of new customers."

Training is a must.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo helps me identify the key decision makers and find the better way to connect with them than what I may find scrolling through thousands of LinkedIN profiles.

What do you like best about the product?
Unmatched for lead sourcing and the research tools allow me to do a thorough due diligence on a company prior to outreach. It saves time for everyone and allows me to put together a meanignful solution ahead of time. Know the needs of your prospect before asking for their time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ocassionally the information is old data, as people change jobs, but Zoominfo updates this data asap and has an option for you to provide currentr data or alert them if the data is no longer current.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to dive deep on an account and really generate conversation throughout an entire company. The goal is to talk to your industry, you'll be surprised at what you discover just by reaching out to people.
