What do you like best about the product?
The intent section of ZoomInfo is my favorite feature. Giving insight into what current and potential customers are searching turns every cold call into a warm call.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some contacts have incorrect information that could always be better.

Gaining access to the lead's Company details such as direct phone numbers, mobile contacts, emails, revenue figures, headquarters information, and insights into their technology is greatly facilitated. The scoop feature proves valuable in uncovering crucial current events within companies, aiding in engaging prospects by leveraging this information. Zoominfo's advanced filtering options streamline the process of locating companies and leads with enhanced accuracy and efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
I desire more frequent updates regarding smaller businesses, including the ability to view the size of their buildings. Occasionally, for companies with 10_50 employees, contact details may not have been recently updated.

What do you like best about the product?
Since 2018, I've relied on Zoominfo and similar tools for my sales career. Zoominfo's 80% reliable data significantly boosts my sales efforts. The account based features - Account info, insights, details and trends are particularly impressive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Email templates are the least beneficial aspects as they're quite common today's market. Given the evolving market scenario, they could use improvement. However, everything else is satisfactory. I'm a happy customer overall.

This tool streamlines 60% of our daily tasks, covering lead generation, enrichment, CRM updates, reporting, camapaigns, marketing and account information

Zoom info sales is is so far the most reliable B2b sales platform that provides our sales and marketing team with immense data to clear sales.

This benefitted me in a way that we will be able to get more data insights about a lead and confidence to approach.
Also their heirarchial display of departments and employees has been fun to fetch data and contact with the right POC to build in pipeline for the right reason.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy integration between salesforce, and LI to import the data. Lots of emails and phone numbers in the system. Weekly intent signals are nice but vague (wish it had more information).
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the emails bounce - wish Zoominfo verified the data themselves. And sometimes there are no phone numbers included. Recently I started to see people opting out of having their information in zoominfo.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo helps my team get the emails/phone numbers for the contacts we target in the healthcare industry. We use the weekly intent signals to target relevant accounts that are researching out products.

What do you like best about the product?
the Chrome extension, it's great to be able to pull that up to get contact info immediately exported while I'm working in salesnav. I use this tool daily. the webpage is also great for finding prospects that might not be on linkedin.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes more obscure or abbreviated companies get mismatched and ZI is kind of slow to correct, I think I have submitted one ticket but not sure how quickly it was resolved.

What do you like best about the product?
Most i like about this tool is filter options for every single Details. Also the accuracy of the data is best and it also helps to find the right account with account insights and trending account information. It integrates with Salesforce also with Google Chrome extension makes it easier to extract contact info.

I am quite happy with tool also i tried customer service or support many, they always fixed in time.

A one stop tool for my Sales funnel
What do you like best about the product?
I am the co-founder of my first tech startup and ZoomInfo SalesOS has made my work a lot more easier. With this tool now I am able to prospect leads, filter, and nurture them throughout my sales funnel. The chrome integration is makes work more efficient.

The geographic information available is limited to my region of interest, I would also like to know the employee info of SME's as they are my my main target group

One great challenge it helps me solve is the quality of leads getting generated through sales intelligence by providing me with maximum insights for target segments

I enjoyed the variety of information you are able to source through. I could research prospects, the organizational chart, potential technology the company used, different locations and more.

There were times where the information gathered wasn't completely accurate. It didn't happen too often but there were times where it happened.

Zoominfo helps us identify leads within the right area of the organization. Zoominfo also helps illustrate identify the right people at the right level within the organization.
