Great experience
What do you like best about the product?
A lot of contacts and the opp alerts are great!
What do you dislike about the product?
10% increase in cost each year. This is a large increase for a small business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
DiscoverOrg is constantly adding new and updated contacts so we always have a fresh batch of prospects to call on. The data that they give is great. I'm able to filter down to exactly what I'm looking for.
Fantastic Product
What do you like best about the product?
DiscoverOrg has the most accurate data across the board from the tools I have used in my career.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only feature I have noticed is a lack of the ability to build lead lists with corporate Hierarchy built in. For example, I manage a territory and our organization maps accounts based on the ultimate corporate hierarchy. Meaning a lead in my territory may actually roll to an account that has a parent outside of my territory. This would not be my lead to work but would go to whatever rep covers the ultimate parent account. This is pretty common sales rules of engagement.
Discoverorg can map hierarchy on accounts, just not lead views. This has been the only thing the platform seems to lack after using it for 60 days. Fantastic product!

DiscoverOrg helps us go after accounts that we would spend forever building out manually. Like, months at best.
Excellent Product
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Discover Org is so up to date on all companies and employees. It is essential for us in sales to have the correct contacts along with correct phone numbers. I also LOVE the scoops feature. This allows me to target specific accounts where we can uncover a need.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont dislike anything about discover org
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In sales we are solving the barrier between us and prospective clients, we are able to contact employees and target them based off information that Discover org provides.

i wish there were more companies that were built out.

The support is unmatched. If I find a contact is no longer with a company DiscoverOrg will conduct the research and update.

The lack of smaller companies and certain industries such as physician practices and hospital systems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to have a data source to obtain business addresses, phone numbers, email, direct dials, and contacts. Without a source such as DiscoverOrg we were dead in the water.

What do you like best about the product?
The amount of information overall is great.However, I particularly value the amount of Direct Dial numbers available.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some data is unavailable to me that has the same title as others at the same company that are available to me. I also, find the org chart itself to be a bit hard to understand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been able to achieve higher connect rates with the correct contacts. I also value the "Scoops" portion of the tool, while i find it largely to be inaccurate, by opening up the criteria I have found a couple opportunities where the scoop itself sounded outside of what we do.

There is a limit on Exports and a little pricey

Searching for quality information like emails and direct phone numbers is time consuming. It's great to have DiscoverOrg to handle this part of our business

It is pricey, but worth the look.

The vast information I can easily get on a contact.

the numbers of contacts in each company do lack compared to other lead generators.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem solved was being able to vet leads very quickly, and assign territories efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
They have great data and we couldn't do our jobs without it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the data is not quite up to date, but most of the time it is very accurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have recently switched to ABM and DiscoverOrg provides us with the right org charts and contact numbers that we need to set appointments with prospects. We have booked 7x the number of meetings over the last year.

What do you like best about the product?
First off, the support. I never feel like the reps and managers at Discoverorg is unreachable. Any request or questions I have get fixed immediately within hours. Spyros, our "account manager" responds our emails we send him within an hour. I never feel like I'm lost. Second, the UI is amazing and easy to learn. Finally, our sales team and my experience as an account manager has increased exponentially and has made our lives easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I would say I dislike is the misinformation SOMETIMES. It has never got in the way of my work, but I do notice that sometimes there are employees at a company who hadn't worked there for 9 months. It's only a minor inconvenience that I have to look through the LinkedIn and I understand the difficulty of updating thousands of companies and millions of employees, so again - a minor inconvenience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The way we are reaching out to the correct people have been so beneficial. We never have to waste our time and the companies we call. We are able to help customers with our solutions faster, and more accurately with this tool.
