Time -saving and informative
What do you like best about the product?
I like the organisation mapping of subsidiaries and also the 'who reports into who' function.
What do you dislike about the product?
In EMEA not every company has been covered yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving of sales teams time. Less time spent researching and more time spent with prospecting and outreach.

What do you like best about the product?
The employee and company org structures are so helpful. My colleagues and I use it every single day to find relevant contacts in the relevant accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
the more advanced features - like subscriptions - are hard to find and use. The data for European accounts can also be better.

If you are doing outbound Account Based Sales, DiscoverOrg is THE platform you need!
Brilliant tool, especially for US audiences
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to find people on org charts. I love how quick the system operates and syncs (including for uploading contacts/companies to Salesforce and for exporting large lists). I love how it's one easy click to check a contact's LinkedIn profile. I love how when I see someone's data that needs fixing, I can click the little red spanner icon and within 24 hours, someone at DiscoverOrg has reached out to the person/company to check the accuracy of the data and then fixed it. It's a brilliant tool and I highly recommend it if your target audience is primarily the United States.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside for us was that the bulk of the data was US-centric.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Speed at which we can identify contacts and companies - and their direct contact details.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to search and connect with prospects, as well as being able to keep track of new opportunities and scoops.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the information is off and they lack a handful of titles.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefits are easy; being able to prospect in a quick and simple way. The problems it is helping us solve: saving time. We're able to scale and prospect several accounts at once as well as set them up in a cadence.

Great product, good customer service, and if there is something you see missing, they'll work with you to get it handled.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easily accesbile DiscoverOrg makes information about companies, employees, and their profiles.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a number of companies I search that are still not in the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Focus on IT spends and approximate values, hierarchy charts, contact information. Makes a sales job much easier
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This tool provides very specific and helpful information regarding employees and hierarchical charts. My team uses this on a day to day basis as it provides many updates and key information about accounts we are prospecting. As an Account Executive, this tool is incredibly helpful in prospecting.

What do you like best about the product?
I've never seen a company have more accurate, updated, and reliable information than DiscoverOrg. The more I use their solution, the better I feel about the people I'm reaching out to because I know that DiscoverOrg delivers accurate data.

What do you dislike about the product?
My coworkers and I have noticed that most websites run well on our computers, but DiscoverOrg seems to be the slowest.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If it weren't for DiscoverOrg, I wouldn't have nearly as many people to reach out to due to lack of information.

DiscoverOrg has been an amazing resource for prospecting. The information provided is up to date and very detailed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes not all prospects are listed, but DiscoverOrg will research any company to fill in missing information if you reach out on their fixit extension.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've been able to keep my client list updated with ease. I've also been able to find new clients via the 'similar companies' tab.

It has so many amazing features. It makes my life and job stress free. I enjoy the scoops feature. It is above and beyond any other tool I have used. The organizational charts are also very helpful so you know how to get to the right person instead of going through gatekeepers. Discover org is the best tool on the market. I love discover org it is the best I love it.

There isnt much I dislike about it, it has an easy dashboard. the competition isnt even close to what discover.org has to offer. I will recommend it to any one that i work with or know that is currently working inside the business development world thank you discover org you are the best know one can touch what you can do

I use it to help me find quality leads. Scoops is an amazing feature that allows you insight on what a company is looking for. I like the ability to follow contacts and create lists. This allows me to target certain verticals or industries in a more efficient manner

The plug-in does not always sync up with who I am looking at either in Salesforce or LinkedIn
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to prospect much more effectively using a combination of LinkedIn and DiscoverOrg, which allows me to make sure that I am getting in touch with the correct people, ultimately helping me reach my sales goal
