Use it everyday
What do you like best about the product?
Like the Scoops functionality the best. It lets you know what projects a company is involved in, who was recently hired and what positions are they looking to fill.
What do you dislike about the product?
Does not always have direct phone numbers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cold calling. Scoops functionality helps with projects companies are working on, who they are hiring, who has been hired. This information helps tremendously when you are targeting a company to sell software.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be sure you ask for training during roll out and not just a one hour session. They are weak in this area i.e. training. Without it your adoption may be low and you will not be taking full advantage of the product.

What do you like best about the product?
Google chrome extension - very easy to use with Salesforce to quickly look at current org charts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasional cell phone number/wrong info, but this is far and few between. Some companies not listed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to find the right contacts and org charts. Direct dials are huge in cutting down time to dial.

I like how easy it is to filter the data to get exactly what I need.
What do you dislike about the product?
Emails Bounce sometimes Data is not 100 accurate EX mangers are said to work with 100 different technology's when they don't

It is a great lead source for my sales team it helps them spend more time calling and less time researching

It is very easy to use and has a lot of good information.

It allows me to see company info at a quick glance without having to look them up

It can be a little buggy sometimes. Was not working at all yesterday

It's great to look at an org chart and have those positions verified when we call into a company

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can quickly target the right stakeholder with the right message. Identify projects that might be of interest and who would be interested. Once I have identified an opportunity, this research helps me navigate and plan a strategy to get into the organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
That we don't have access to everything you offer. That some of the information is dated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Targeting the right companies and contacts within those companies with our value prop. Ability to slice and dice the data and get to the most qualified prospects. All of the data about the company in one place helps save time and research.

DiscoverOrg changed my SDR life! I can now Search all the names and facts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we bought access to more modules ;)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I now have accurate phone numbers to call. That’s basic, but beyond, I’m prepared to know my prospect’s reality much better with the help of tools like Org Chart and Scoops
Useful Tool
What do you like best about the product?
This tool makes it easy to find direct lines and email addresses quickly. This tool allows you to view the organizational structure of the company from a hierarchy standpoint, filtered by department (Finance, IT, HR, Executive...etc.) and its just a few easy clicks to upload the contacts into SFDC.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally the information can be out of date. Once is a while, you may not find the contact you're looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main benefit with DiscoverOrg, to me, is how easy and often it is to find direct lines of the contacts you're trying to prospect.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Utilize it for the various uses - prospecting, data scrubbing, SFDC integration, company/organizational info.
Solid - needs more contacts
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of prospecting - easy to organize the lists when I'm going to outbound efforts strictly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Need more contacts - the amount of orgs. is great, but I need some more contacts in order to have a solid way of really trusting solely on DiscoverOrg. I would recommend ZoomInfo as a partner, or getting involved with something else like that, as of right now, I'm using DiscoverOrg with ZoomInfo in conjunction, and it would be great to have everything under 1 view. It would also make the product more sticky IMO.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I"m able to streamline my prospecting in a way that I've never thought before. Opp. Alerts are great to keep you on task and focused on what the goal is in front of you.

It's great for streamlining prospecting and getting the accounts in the right order.

The Orgchart is hands down the best feature

I wish I could request more than two added contacts a month, but I think that comes down to the pricing in my organization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I spend the majority of my day prospecting, so anything that helps with that is beneficial.

What do you like best about the product?
I can search by keywords, create lists, upload to my CRM, get updates on Scoops (formerly Triggers) all with a minimum of effort.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not really a fault of the system but it's easy to get locked out of content - it just means you have to purchase the "right" to the content.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need leads. I need to create email lists for invites, mailers, etc. I also need to be aware of changes taking place at the target accounts I have. DiscoverOrg does this beautifully and unobtrusively.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you understand your target markets and get the package you need (for example, if you don't talk to legal - no need to buy the legal contacts for a company)
