What do you like best about the product?
The Data compared to others we've tried is pretty pretty good.
What do you dislike about the product?
to work best, you need to integrated with your systems. stand alone is ok, but you really need advanced features to get the most out of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo at its core is a database, they live and breath the quality of the data. TO build our outreach programs Zoominfo is one of the best.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciated the seamless functionality of the software, which effectively highlighted the information I was seeking and provided additional useful details. The SalesOS platform was easy to start using, and its efficient implementation streamlined several of my business development tasks. The exceptional customer support meant that I only needed to send an email or open a chat when I encountered any issues
What do you dislike about the product?
Indeed, the adage holds true: “You get what you pay for.” While ZoomInfo may come with a higher price tag, its value is akin to digital gold. The investment pays off in the form of robust features, accurate data, and exceptional performance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
On a daily basis, my primary business challenge revolves around identifying the most relevant contacts within an organization. By efficiently pinpointing the right individuals from the outset, I’ve significantly reduced time wasted on dialing through a long list of names. This targeted approach ensures that I connect with the appropriate person right away, leading to increased sales. My success lies in delivering the right message to the right contact during that crucial initial call.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is one of the greatest tool, I have used so far, It has most of the US companies Data, with financali data, verified email id and cell numbers, easy to use
What do you dislike about the product?
they should keep updating the database, I know its hard but they can do it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
problem of not able to source the persons name, email id, cell number, technology stack, who is who in the company

What do you like best about the product?
given the circurmstances, Zoominfo Sales OS gives us the best and highly qualified data, the accuracy is more then 90%, along with that it has immense knowledge on the account
What do you dislike about the product?
so far, I am enjoying the luxury or getting the details with single click, so no complaint
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Basic issue of :

- unavailabillity of contact information
-Account intelligence
-Buyer intent data

What do you like best about the product?
ZI provides me great info about companies and contacts I'm looking for. It's easy to use, and I usually find something that's helpful in my prospecting. ZI makes pulling reports easy too. There's a ton of info available in this tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes find that the employee size and contact info is out of date. Things are changing rapidly within businesses since Covid, so I'm sure it's a challenge. Please continue to work at providing the most up to date info.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZI helps me find info I need to do effective prospecting. Company size and contact info are important based on my role in the company. I can find useful info in a quick manner. I always keep a ZI tab open in my browser.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoyed how seamlessly the software worked and how it was able to highlight the information I was seeking as well as provide additonal information that was of use. I found that the SalesOS platform was easy to start using and implementation efficient as the platform streamlined many of my business development tasks. Customer support was amazing as I found I only needed to send an email or open the chat when I was not finding what i needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
On rare instances the information was not up to date, though it appeared through my own research that the updated information would have been easy enough to secure if not obvious. ie: LinkedIn updated 1-2 years previous, yet dated information still on the platform
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The largest problem that ZoomInfo was solving for me was lead capture. Often times it can be challenging to develop leads when you only have LinkedIn to work with.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Info has been a great tool to identify reporting structures and client information. Very happy with the product and have just renewed my subscription for another term.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost of subscription. Other than this it's a great product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Info is helping to identify reporting structures and job titles, which ensures we are reaching out to the right people and understand the decision making capabilities of those we are engaged with.

What do you like best about the product?
3 things:
1. enhances prospecting which is a large percentage of what I do. I can check out new prospects, verify contact info and check for titles
2. enables a "hunter" salesperson with a leg up with their purchase intent, real time data; the salesperson can see companies actively looking for their product
3. VERY user friendly, intuitive
What do you dislike about the product?
a small percentage of contacts will have outdated information, some are no longer employed at the company
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
new contacts when the old ones have left the company or gone "dark"
fresh info on companies: addresses, new locations, what's important to them now

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and lots of info. Asking for help id easy too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Don't have any complaints. It works well and I love the chrome extension.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It shows me who I need to speak to. Also shows if they have been to our website or not. This helps me call my customers with intent.
