What do you like best about the product?
Easy to get a head start on where to prospect. Scoops work great to get in the door.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some information is not up to date all the time. Sometimes I need to go to LinkedIn to check for additional prospects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prospecting for new business. Reduces the time it takes to identify the right people.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do it. It makes your life so much easier and your income higher.

What do you like best about the product?
Where do I begin?
- Chrome extension
- Hierarchy of relevant employees in department, with up-to-date details
- Scoops
- Advanced search
What do you dislike about the product?
Very rarely the information can be outdated, but if brought to their attention, they are quick to respond/work it out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Direct dials have especially helped increase my chances of reaching prospects.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You can't go wrong! Helps in more ways than you imagined.

What do you like best about the product?
quick access to database with significant contacts for prospecting. The search tools and criteria are very easy to use and thorough for building out lists to your exact needs
What do you dislike about the product?
There are occasions that the information is outdated or the company is no longer in business
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the need to spotlight and find new prospects. They're readily available and easy to determine their roles as well.

What do you like best about the product?
The accuracy of the content as well as the intelligence around initiatives. Also the MatchList function is my favorite.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its not on Discover. Our company sells a lot into High Ed and we didn't license for that content.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
End User Performance for big WiFi problems. We've gotten a lot of cold leads that we've converted from your service.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the scoops! they are so helpful and i knew that they are reliable when my account rep was working a deal he found from a partner using the same pain point that i found on scoops
What do you dislike about the product?
some nonworking phone numbers listed. i understand this is going to happen but i cant think of anything else i strongly dislike
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
business prospecting. scoops give a warm entry to a cold call which is a must in this business. love the scoops to have a reason to call
Recommendations to others considering the product:
love it. get more out of it than tech target which is really the only competitor ive seen here

Easily find information on companies and insights. Revenue is huge with budgetary numbers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes granular and difficult to navigate due to the "database" like website.

What do you like best about the product?
It's UX is very intuitive. I also love how you can easily upload to Salesforce. This makes it super seamless to add contacts.
What do you dislike about the product?
The color scheme can be a little much at times. I also don't like that they charge for specific departments (HR v. IT). I think support could be better. Often times, it takes a bit long to update the information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prospecting has become way easier. Instead of manually finding emails, phone numbers, etc, it's consolidated and you can easily upload the new information to Salesforce.

There isn't much that I dislike. DiscoverOrg is great!
