Zoominfo for Sales prospecting
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite aspect regarding Zoominfo that is the information regarding a lead is ALWAYS accurate. I have not once run into a bounced email or a false phone number, which makes my job entirely easier when trying to qualify leads
What do you dislike about the product?
i dislike that there are view limits and export limits based on the level of account that you have, but that is expected in the SaaS industry
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Zoominfo to create new qualified leads in Salesforce, and build our outbound sales pipeline with accurate and useful information
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are in need of quality contact info and don;t want to spend hours hunting down a way to connect with a lead, Zoominfo is a total life saver.

What do you like best about the product?
Great tool to use for sales prospecting. I use it every day to gather contact information (name, email, role, who they report to, etc) & technology info about a company I'm going after!
What do you dislike about the product?
The upload process into my sales email tool is manual through an excel sheet. But all I have to do is export the contacts + contact info from DiscoverOrg and upload into the tool. Not that difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
More contacts, more opportunities, more personalization = more meetings!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great use of your time, great investment!
For most of my needed contacts I was able to drill down in a company and find 95% of them

That I can find specific position titles and not have to scroll thru them all
What do you dislike about the product?
That it can't scroll through records easier.. you can't go from page 1 -95 without skimming fifteen page groups first. Its also got to be the right listing from company to area of country to world location . if they are not proper it won't show results

Finding the Decision maker in the area that my instrument was working in.

What do you like best about the product?
Most accurate intelligence out there, unified solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much, it can be a bit clunky at times, but it allows for high levels of customization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Separating territories and effectively attacking them in a young and dynamic organization.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't get caught up in looking for specific titles, as that is hardly a way to evaluate any data provider.

Data accuracy - and the breadth (and depth) of data available.
What do you dislike about the product?
DiscoverOrg is a bit expensive. I've found in some cases that companies and employees don't have accurate data. In those cases, it's been difficult to get updates from DiscoverOrg.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead generation, which is what I primarily use DiscoverOrg for. Finding companies, their employees. DiscoverOrg helps our sales team hone in on our target customers.

Email Features. The options for all things email, are seemingly endless.

Would like to have document attachments like outlook
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tellwise has expedited my everyday functions through email and it's dialer technology. I now have the ability to track every email sent or received, get information on who opens them and get an analysis of which emails are opened and viewed most. In sales, that is a gem. it is definitely a game changer!

What do you like best about the product?
We enjoyed our onboarding, the knowledgeable sales rep that we had and the accuracy of the datasets.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only gripe was once you told DOrg we were terminating and will not be renewing - they turned off our team's ability to export contacts even if you have time left on your contract (this is a fine print in the hyperlinked EULA they hide in the contact). Make sure to red line that out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We looked at DOrg to start our outbound sale campaigns.

Tellwise gives me the structure to complete my daily work functions with ease and transparency.

Need a bigger box for note taking in the dialer.

The benefit of knowing when my clients receive and open my information is crucial to interest and sales.

use every day utilizing new features to become acclimated with the functionality of the product.

What do you like best about the product?
It makes my entire team 10 x more efficient at finding the correct contacts in the right companies. Armed with just a name, we get their Direct Line and up-to-date email more than half of the time in our industry.

What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the process of spending "credits" to export the data from ZoomInfo into Salesforce. A number of credits are included with your annual subscription, but eventually you must pay extra to export bulk data.
Good news is, you can still manually copy and paste data from ZoomInfo to Salesforce for free.

We've created a prospecting process that works. Every day, my team is finding more qualified leads to target. We're seeing the benefit of MORE CONVERSATIONS on the phone, because we're ONLY calling the right people with direct lines.
Can't live without this!
What do you like best about the product?
The information that Discoverorg provides is invaluable. It saves time and gets you directly to who you need to speak with concerning major IT projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
No complaints here! This product is fantastic. I'm hoping to gain more with the new acquisition of RainKing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Huge time to value with getting to decision makers quickly. This allows me to get into deal flow much more quickly and leads to more sales.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Discoverorg/RainKing is the only way to go. Other inferior products will continue to waste your time and spin your wheels.
