What do you like best about the product?
I like prospecting on zoom because I can gauge the size of companies based on people who are in certain departments.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the information is missing or incomplete, ex: emails for contacts
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can find peoples phone numbers rather than call through a phone switch board.

It give you accurate information 98% of times

Few contacts do not have a number or email ids and when the person changes the company information is not updated

What I like best about the tool is the integration with my CRM and the quick access to key contacts who are the decision makers and evaluators of my specific solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much that I dislike, however if I had to pick one thing, it is limiting on the amount of contacts you can import into your CRM at one time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quick and easy access to contact information of my prospects. With their OppAlert tool, I have been able to identify companies researching my space and get in front of them with my messaging.

I love your seamless integrations with our CRMS and the data you cover - I have access to decision makers at the drop of a hat

Need more LinkedIn integrations - Also need to clean data from old contacts more often.

This tool has helped our sales team so much. We are able to quickly find contacts where this used to take a lot more effort. This has already led to closed new business.

Sometimes contacts that have left aren't updated, but it is easy to notify DiscoverOrg.

Finding better contacts and director numbers.
Very accurate information

The information is very accurate, I have tried many different lead databases and this is the best by far as far as the accuracy of information

There are a few titles missing, I would also like the ability to see family trees, parent companies more easily

Finding the right person at a company-decision makers that are hard to get to otherwise

I would highly recommend. I have signed up for various lead sources as I do marketing and Zoom has the best information I have come across in 4 years

What do you like best about the product?
Accurate information, easy to build lists, simple search feature, more direct lines than other sources. Email format is correct the cast majority of the time.
What do you dislike about the product?
can t copy paste from certain sections. pulls many incorrect company names sometime. Building lists can be costlly.

Accounts where we did not have the correct contact, we do quickly. Getting decision makers on the line is easy now.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I have used many tools, this being one of my favorite of all time. They offer a trial, so If you want to experience it before you commit, this wont be a problem.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo always has the business contacts I am looking for. If the person I am looking for isn't there you can often get the email schema to use/guess. You can run excellent searches for certain persona types as well as SIC codes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the company data (crowdsourced) is inaccurate - not a huge deal to me but could be for others. Also I don't like that you cant search for companies that have people with certain titles

I am able to prospect and find new leads/contacts to reach out to. We have created a great deal of new business using ZoomInfo to prospect.
