Absolute must have sales tool!!!
What do you like best about the product?
ZI is an intuitive program that allows for prospecting at warp speed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like any tool, you can't blindly use the data. There are times when the information is dated, or just plain wrong. But those instances are few and far between.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Identifying companies that are not on my regular radar and ready to be contacted.

Great Product & Integration - Some Data Issues
What do you like best about the product?
I love the robust Salesforce integration and user friendly search interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
We consistently have issues with the data including wrong contact location, family members' phone numbers included on contacts, lack of emails, and out of date titles or roles.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo Sales allows us to quickly run searches for sellers to identify key accounts and contacts. I like being able to see who is likely to engage and often use that feature to narrow down contact lists to the most relevent contacts.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about ZoomInfo Sales is its comprehensive and accurate database, which helps in identifying and connecting with potential leads efficiently.

What I dislike about ZoomInfo Sales is that it can be quite expensive
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am in procurement for ZoomInfo but it provides accurate databases to help conenct with leads for sales teams
Time is Money!
What do you like best about the product?
I can search for companies and contacts with decision makers in my territory. ZoomInfo has helped me gain an additional quarter million in sales. I am targeting my ideal customer, Manufacturing, HQ in my territory, between 200-500 employees with 10% year over year growth. Find the company, then find the decision makers reduces the "our main offices are in Chicago, Dallas or someplace else." When you add in the company intent and the WebSights your more productive with your prospecting.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve is a bit steep. The good thing is they have videos and people who are willing to help you be successful. Another feature that I wish they had "HINT HINT" is that saved searches that match run every day with contactws would allow me to Tag AND directly import to Salesforce. Now I have to do them one at a time or do a CSV to get them out of ZoomInfo, then to a CSV file and then to an upload.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting information to decision makers. It helps to create awarenss of what we do and who we are. When tied to the WebSights and Intent you now know what companies are looking at your website and what they are looking for.
Solid Intent Data
What do you like best about the product?
The Intent data which Zoominfo provides very often matches up with what we see internally which makes it more compelling. I share this data with partners to get them focused on our solutions at prospects who are in the market.
What do you dislike about the product?
The data isn't always accurate, but having the ability to Suggest Updates definately helps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives me better insight into when prospects are in the market for our solutions which I can then share with our partners.
Pretty Seamless and good Support
What do you like best about the product?
ZI Chrome Extension: The simpicity, my BDR uses the Chrome Extension to source and export contacts straight to our CRM while prospecting on LinkedIn SalesNav. They don't need to pivot / learn a brand new tool. All the contact info and Account details live right on the pop out. Easy Implementation, Fast Support, Flexible pricing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool itself can be a bit difficult to manage with multiple features from Workflows, Websights, formcomplete etc. Nice to have everything in one place, but things can often seem crowded. Aldo Advanced searches can be a nightmare at times. I aways struggle to filter out Org Exported Contacts/ Accounts. The SFDC Icon is always glitchy on searches and duplicates always exist no matter what I do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo solves both Account and Contact Aquisition / Enrichment. (EMEA Data is not as good as US data)
Workflows are neat. Formcomplete is a nice to have feature. We are working on leverginging Websights and Intent to replace 6sense now.

A great product
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of access to information I need
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be clunky on the initial set up. This can lead to frustration while trying to set up a new search.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping me find contact information for prospective prospects. Or helping me follow up with someone whose information I may have forgotten to grab.
Very solid tool for prospecting and data enrichment
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it has solid data coverage across many of the industries that we cover. It can automatically keep our Salesforce updated with the latest information. The new Copilot functionality makes it easier than ever for our reps to access data and it helps aggregate and surface important signals to them.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are occasional data quality issues that pop up, to be expected with a tool like this that operates at scale. We had a few hiccups in implementing the new copilot functionality but our service team at Zoominfo helped navigate through it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo is helping us understand our market and improve our sales motion by providing updated information about companies and contacts in our target market.
One of the best platforms I have used for getting accurate data on prospects & customers
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use, the UI is self explanatory, their customer service team is on top of any issues your account might have and their ability to update data in a short period of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is an expensive platform but coming from an enterprise company we are looking at how much time it saves our reps, accuracy of data over the pricing point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping us with the most upto date data, data accuracy, updating our CRM records, helping sales team prospect, get eyes on intent data.

This product is constantly undergoing updates and refreshes that keep the information viable and usable.
What do you dislike about the product?
This product isn't always the most user-friendly and can be a bit finicky for searches like most platforms like it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo Sales is providing insider information on key companies and accounts that I otherwise might not have come across.
