What do you like best about the product?
I use ZoomInfo Sales to search for potential clients for security services, and I really like how it actually can notice what type of company it is, giving me a better understanding of potential clients. It's a better way to offer our services. I also enjoy the daily updates on who is searching for security services, allowing me to find the type of company and where it is located. The initial setup was very easy, and I rate it a 10 out of 10 for recommending to a friend or colleague.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't give the actual person who is looking for the security services.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use ZoomInfo Sales to better understand potential clients, identify company types and locations, and receive daily updates on companies searching for security services.

What do you like best about the product?
I use ZoomInfo Sales to find reliable contact information for decision makers, and I like that the information can be adjusted to my specific requests. ZoomInfo Sales allows me to search for contact information by specific industry or business type, which helps me sort through hours of time spent searching for a contact. The integration with Salesforce is also a feature I utilize. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy, and the training modules are simple and easy to follow along with.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have been struggling with the Signals and where the signal is coming from. For example, a company has their main office here in my town but the signal was in another state.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use ZoomInfo Sales to find reliable contact info quickly and bypass gatekeepers. It lets me adjust searches for specific industries, saving hours searching for contacts.

What do you like best about the product?
I like ZoomInfo Sales because of its accuracy and speed. It helps us find critical data points quickly and efficiently, allowing us to put together accurate campaigns for potential prospects with the right personas. The integration with Salesforce is ideal and facilitates a seamless process for gathering essential data before launching sales or marketing campaigns. Additionally, I found the initial setup to be very easy, and we've just purchased another module in our marketing department that will integrate with ZoomInfo Sales, which we're pretty excited about as it will enhance our prospecting efforts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the data points can be antiquated, which can be frustrating because there is older data in the system that hasn't been updated yet.

ZoomInfo Sales accelerates data gathering and campaign accuracy, letting us create targeted campaigns efficiently. Its integration with Salesforce streamlines the process of collecting critical data before launching sales or marketing campaigns.
Meets ICP needs, but cross-border access limits and painful support hurt badly
What do you like best about the product?
It meets the business requirement and gives information about the ICP and is easy to use
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer support is a pain and it doesnt allow to access the tool cross border. As we had subscribed with our US account and the users were from India and they penalized us with additional users for a duration fo 2 years which is worst. I would never recommend anyone to use this proeuct
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It didnt solve the problem. Howver it made it diffu=icult for uss to continue with the subscription. They made it clear that there is no customer retention and they dont want their customers to renew the subscription

ZoomInfo Sales assists me in learning valuable information and buying characteristics about a target account and feeds me intelligent information on how to present a solution to decison-makers.

From time to time, the information is out of date and needs correcting/updating.

ZoomInfo Sales gets me a step ahead of my competition by providing valuable buyer information and tips/tricks on how to position my solution

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to access the information provided by ZoomInfo Sales, like the intent data and company overview details. It also gives me access to the intelligence feed. My favorite part is the intent feature, as it lets me know if a company intends to upgrade or modernize their technologies. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy, thanks to the base camp training that was part of our training curriculum, which helped us get a basic overview of its functions and features.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say if we could see if there was more contact information on different or varying levels, sometimes there are only one or two contacts. If we could provide more information regarding being able to send an email even if it's just a general email box or if we're able to add additional contacts with valid email addresses or phone numbers or both, that would be great. That would really help to increase the ability to contact these customers and schedule more appointments with them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use ZoomInfo Sales to locate updated contacts for prospecting. It solves contact issues when details are outdated, providing updated emails and numbers. I reach 50-60% more clients, and it efficiently helps me schedule more appointments and connect with more clients.
ZoomInfo’s Easiest Workflow for Pulling Organized Contacts
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of pulling contacts in an organized manner - after using other similar platforms (ie: Apollo), ZoomInfo by far has the easiest workflow
What do you dislike about the product?
The ability to only bulk export 500 leads at a time sometimes causes roadblock.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our mass outbounding efforts have been made much easier with ZoomInfo. Specifically by being able to filter with "Likely to engage" and lead confidence scores.
Perfect for Large-Scale Prospecting, Minor Limitations
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can go by industry and marketplace with ZoomInfo Sales and how niche you can get with it. It allows me to prospect big lists, over 1,000, which is really helpful for my work. The initial setup was easy, which was a nice plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not super keen about limiting my excel files by only 1,000 credits
