Easy Prospecting
What do you like best about the product?
I am satisfied on how Zoominfo Sales makes my work so much easier. You have the freedom to contact whoever you choose on your prospected company. It may not be 100% perfect but it certainly almost there!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the buttons don't work or menus don't work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As someone from Sales, Zoominfo provides one-stop information about the company you are prospecting for with great detail. Most of the times I get the contacts of the key people in the company or other contacts in the company that may lead me to the key contact. it's better that going through the gatekeepers. This saves me a lot of time and I can spend it where it matters.

Zoominfo Sales - Helps My Sales Outreach Activities
What do you like best about the product?
Personally, I've found ZoomInfo sales to be a game-changer for my work. It's not just a contact database; it's a powerful research tool. Being able to quickly pinpoint the right decision-makers, complete with direct contact info, has saved me countless hours of searching. I especially appreciate the company profiles and insights – they give me the context I need to personalize my outreach and avoid generic pitches. The AI features are a real plus, too, helping me prioritize my efforts and focus on the leads most likely to convert. Sure, it's an investment, but for me, the improved efficiency and the ability to connect with the right people make ZoomInfo an invaluable asset.

Automation & Dynamics 365 Integration Inspires Data Driven Strategic Action
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite feature is the ease of use for subscribing to Advanced Searches and Intent search information; so that I receive e-mails when there are scoops, account / contacts additions and triggers within a prospective account.
What do you dislike about the product?
The separation of Intent from Advanced Searches section makes it feel rather separate, and it interrupts my workflow.

Demographics Accuracy
My primary use case is to expedite finding valid, responsive contacts within ideal mid-market prospective accounts within multiple market segments. Then, I leverage the integration with Dynamics 365 for Sales CRM, in order to 1) create the account / contacts quickly and to reduce the likelihood of creating a duplicate record in CRM.
Research in a Snap
Further, I like to use the data mining features of Sales OS a lot. Perhaps, I search for the organization of a client I really enjoy serving. I can find recent activity, updates, press releases, news and financial information. Those can be great talking points when I speak to someone on the buying committe or in a line of business role. Then, I click to show Related Companies and I have a list of 10 organizations--similar to my favored client; and I can use the data to reach out to others in their segment, in order to tell them about business outcomes I helped their 'competitor' to achieve.
Further, we allow Enrich to send the Technologies information to a custom tab / field within our CRM. That makes it quick and easy to find from within CRM without having to open the Sales OS interface.
Integration for Keeping Current
Then, once I claim accounts by exporting from Sales OS, I leverage Enrich. Enrich allows me--as an Administrator--to schedule automatic updates of the Contact / Company information. That way, if new information appears in the ZoomInfo database, Enrich makes sure that empty fields (e.g., phone numbers, e-mail addresses, etc.) are populated while leaving in place information we've entered manually. I have even created custom fields to receive Enrich data that helps Sales OS and the ZoomInfo Data Services Team to help me find data and trends.
Shortening the Sales / Marketing Motion
Additionally, I like upload lists from my CRM or from my partners CRM; so that I may check for Contacts and Organizational Intelligence. You see, I tag the accounts, as I import them; so that I may use the tag as a filter. After that, I apply search criteria plus the tag to filter a massive list into a focused short list of qualified accounts who are searching for information on the services I provide. Then, I can subscribe so that I get an e-mail to alert me when I should give some attention to that organization; and I add suggested contacts to identify people of whom I may not even be aware.
Digging Into Known Network Connections
Incidentally, the Reachout browser add-in is a real winner. I like to visit LInkedIn profiles and Websites. Then, I click the Reachout button and reveal instant information about the person and their organization. I can even click to dial or click to e-mail them before / after I export the contact into my CRM. Also, Websights can tell us about site visitors browsing habits on our company Website--even when they are not yet in our CRM.

Zoominfo Review
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and provides a lot of useful data for prospecting.
The filers are super helpful for targeting potential internal relevant stakeholders.
I also love the Chrome Extension that auto-populates the Zoom info data base based on the URL (website) it's sitting on.

What do you dislike about the product?
Can't think of anything. It meets my prospecting needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Targeted prospecting
ZoomInfo delivers the data I need through easy to use filtering
What do you like best about the product?
Identifying companies that are surging on data points relevant to my companies offerings allows me to prioritize my reach out as well as identify customer accounts that maybe at risk.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the data I'm looking for is not available. Phone numbers and emails are missing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Building up an ICP list from scratch and populating data for those companies from scratch, ZoomInfo has been an important tool not only in identifying those companies but then having visibility into buying signals as well as general information. Contact info is critical as well. Combining all of these areas, I have a robust application that provides the different insights I need to work smarter and prioritize my reach out.
Incredible data for contacts
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to upload a list to ZI is really efficient. We can match based on characteristics and be able to pull it out or send right to our CRM. We historically had really bad contact data and data sources so it was crucial for us to find a service that would actually have our contacts and help us in updating their information and characterisitcs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not having location level data. There are times where we need contacts and their data at our account level and not necessarily at the parent level. We can't bring that data back into our CRM because the accounts wouldnt match.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have really old data in our CRM for our contacts. Our other databases we use for account details and account data has really poor data when it comes to actual people. We are able to get contacts with up to date infomation, titles, contact information and previous emplolyment history.
Absolute Gold!
What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo, and specifically ZoomInfo Sales, is the backbone of my GTM. We utilize it daily across our entire org, helping our SDR's find targets, helping our AE's look for intent signals, and finding the right buyers and groups in an organization. CoPilot has become our best friend and I could not imagine not having ZoomInfo in my tech stack
What do you dislike about the product?
There is still the need to find time to carve out and setup everything - not set it an forget it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo allows me to find the relevant and correct buyers, find companies in my verticals that are looking to buy or showing intent to buy, and gives me a singular place for research and information. Additionally, it's integration with Salesforce and Gong is top notch
